Abstract

FIELD: devices for roasting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for frying in air. Portable brazier comprises fuel box arranged between two skewer supporting plates of sheet steel to make horizontal shelves with slots made therein to accommodate skewers. Cartridge side walls are the central parts of the skewer plates with which the box is permanently attached, under the box there is a tray made of a steel plate for fat collection. In the upper part of the box there is a horizontal transverse crossbeam for tightening the sides and transferring the brazier. Brazier is equipped with two upper and two lower lateral outward folding covers for protection from wind and rain, avoiding product burning in wind and reducing fire hazard. In the perforated walls of the box and in the skewer plates there are openings for ledges of the side covers. Grate box perforated on top side is arranged at box bottom. Brazier is equipped with detachable legs with fasteners, legs can be fixed in slots of the skewer plate at any height to ensure horizontal installation of brazier on relief area.

The famous grill is characterized by the following formula:

A device for heat treatment of food products made in the form of a folding brazier with the possibility of placing it in a flat shipping container, having a vertically oriented rectangular body for fuel, front, back and side walls, supporting elements, holders for fixing food products from the side of the source heat, characterized in that the body is made of prefabricated flat parts of sheet steel with hooks at the ends of the parts and mating fastening holes, while the supporting elements are side walls made in the form of brackets with holders, and the device has a bottom, and in the upper part of the body a plate-shaped spacer is installed between the front and rear walls.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that at least the front wall, side walls and bottom have ventilation holes, and each side wall has at least 3 ventilation holes, which are rectangular on one side wall and round on the other , and the front wall and the bottom are made in the form of a lattice.

3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the holders have grooves for installing skewers or grill grates in them, which are made semicircular on one of the side brackets, and rectangular on the other.

The disadvantages of the well-known barbecue lie in its not entirely satisfactory performance characteristics ..

It is inefficient in terms of using the heat from the combustion fuel due to the one-sided arrangement of the products relative to the heat source. The open thermal cooking zone does not allow using the grill in windy weather. The bottom in the form of a lattice and the absence of support legs makes its use fire hazardous.

Known brazier, presented in p. RF No. 185463 on cl. A47J 37/07, h. 02.07.2018, op. 05.12..2018 and selected as a prototype. The famous grill is characterized by the following formula.

Brazier vertical, containing a box for fuel with perforated bottom and walls, located between the skewer support screens with grooves for skewers, characterized in that the skewer support screens are fastened together by upper longitudinal ties and lower longitudinal supports, forming a support frame, in which freely a fuel box is inserted, resting on the lower longitudinal supports between the upper longitudinal ties.

2. A brazier according to claim 1, characterized in that the fuel box is made with gripping handles fixed on the upper sections of its side walls.

3. Brazier according to claim 1, characterized in that the grooves for skewers on the skewer support screens are located one above the other with the same distance from the wall surface of the active heating zone of the fuel box equal to 5-10 cm.

4. Brazier according to claim 1, characterized in that the skewer support screens are made with the possibility of adjusting the distance of the skewer slots from the wall surface of the active heating zone of the fuel box.

5. Brazier according to claim 1, characterized in that the grooves for the skewers are rectangular.

6. Brazier according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper longitudinal ties and the lower longitudinal supports are made of a metal corner.

The disadvantages of the known barbecue lie in its not entirely satisfactory performance characteristics. More specifically, the following should be noted.

Making the fuel box a separate element complicates the design and makes it heavier.

The presence of an open thermal cooking zone in it leads to low efficiency in the use of burning fuel, burning of the product in the wind and increased fire hazard, which is inconvenient during operation.

The absence of a pallet in the grill and the perforated bottom lead to undesirable heat effects and the ingress of fat on the mounting surface, which is inconvenient during operation, for example, when placing the grill on a table.

A collapsible frame made of support screens, fastened by lower and upper ties, requires a flat platform for assembly and operation (installation), which is not always convenient and possible. Adjustable support legs are not provided, allowing you to horizontally install the brazier on an uneven supporting surface.

To increase the rigidity of the collapsible barbecue and reduce thermal deformation during perforation of the fuel box in the form of rectangular cells of a rather large size (1.5 cm × 2.5 cm), thick sheet steel is required, which leads to an increase in the weight of the structure. The rectangular design of the grooves on both support screens is inconvenient for fixing the skewers during their rotation and limits the use of skewers to only one type - flat.

Summarizing the above, we can draw the following conclusion: the well-known brazier has not entirely satisfactory performance characteristics, namely: it is inconvenient in operation due to the difficulty of installation on the ground, high weight, fire hazard, unreliability of fixing the skewers in a certain position; not very efficient in terms of fuel use and does not always provide high quality cooking.

The task is to improve the operational characteristics of the barbecue, in particular, to increase the ease of use while ensuring a higher quality of products.

The problem is solved by the fact that in a portable grill containing a box for fuel with a bottom and walls, located between two skewer support screens, each of which is made of sheet steel in the form of a rectangular plate, on the sides of which figured cutouts are made in the form of sharp corners with beveled to the center of the screen tops on their lateral sides, forming horizontal shelves with grooves made in them for placing skewers, the grooves for skewers on the skewer support screens are located one above the other with the same distance from the surface of the wall of the active heating zone, while the fuel box is made in in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped in the form of a single structure with longitudinal perforated long side walls and a bottom, ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, the side walls of the box are the central parts of the skewer screens, with which it is permanently attached,

the long side walls of the box in their upper part have a narrow bend outward, the perforations on the long side walls of the box are made symmetrically in the form of longitudinal, oppositely directed to each other relative to the middle vertical axis of the long wall of oval holes,

for which, slightly below the edges of the box in its long perforated walls, there are slots for opening top covers, which have the shape of a rectangular plate about half the height of the lower side covers, and folds along the long sides - protruding beyond the rectangle in the upper part and flush with the side - in the lower part, while the bend in the lower part has two symmetrically located rectangular protrusions for fixing them in the slots of the long perforated side wall of the box, and in the central part of the upper part there are two symmetrically located oval elongated holes for the grip, while the lateral edges of the upper part of the skewer screens are made with outward bevels and protrusions in the lower part of these bevels to abut the upper box covers in them,

for the lower side covers made in the form of rectangular plates with folds inward in their lower part and outward in the upper part, in two places in the lower part of each of the skewer screens, two profile holes are also made horizontally for the protrusions of the side covers in the lower part, and under the projections in the upper part of the lower side covers in the skewer screens are made of rectangular grooves,

The use of the central parts of the skewer screens as side walls of the fuel box in combination with the above-described perforation on the long side walls of the box and the presence of outward bends in its upper part and the transverse beam connecting its long sides in their upper part, reduces thermal deformations of the structure and makes it possible to make a grill from thinner sheet steel, which reduces the weight of the grill, making it more convenient to carry.

Placing a wide tray made of a steel plate under the box with small bends outward and with a small depression along its axis makes it possible to collect fat in it and not stain the mounting surface, which is convenient in operation.

The presence of a grate at the bottom of the box improves the combustion mode.

The supply of the barbecue with two upper and two lower side walls reclining outward, installed in the cuts of the box walls and the grooves of the skewer screens, significantly improves the conditions for its operation, protects it from wind and rain, allowing the barbecue to be used in any weather, as well as eliminating the burning of the product in the wind and reducing fire hazard and at the same time ensures good protection of the cooking zone in terms of quality, reducing the possibility of ash getting on the product.

The presence in the upper part of the box of a horizontally placed transverse crossbar, welded to the long side walls of the box and simultaneously playing the role of a tie for the sides and the role of a handle for transferring the barbecue, in conjunction with the execution in the central part of the upper part of the skewer screen two symmetrically located oval elongated holes for the grip makes it more convenient use of the barbecue when carrying and when opening - closing the side and top covers.

The implementation of long vertical slots dividing the surface of the screen into three approximately equal parts: the central and side parts of the screen, in conjunction with the implementation of two-part legs and the possibility of their fastening using the attachment point at different height points of the vertical slots makes it possible to install the brazier horizontally on almost any terrain ...

The execution in parts of skewer screens, each of which is made with an inclined upper side, a short straight side vertical side and a horizontal lower side-shelf, two consecutively located along the length of the shelf grooves for skewers on one side of the shelf - rectangular and semi-elliptical on the opposite wall of the shelf makes more convenient fixation of skewers when turning them during the preparation of kebabs.

All of the above essential features work to solve one problem - to improve operational characteristics, in particular to ensure ease of use of the barbecue while improving the quality of the finished product.

The inventive brazier has a novelty in comparison with the prototype, differing from it in such significant features as the use of the central parts of the skewer screens as the side walls of the box, with which it is inseparably fastened, the implementation of long side walls of the box in their upper part with narrow bends outward, the perforation on long side walls of the box, symmetrically in the form of longitudinal, oppositely directed to each other relative to the middle vertical axis of the long wall of oval holes, placement under the box along its entire length of a steel plate tray with low outward folds, and in the center - a small depression along its entire length , while the width of the tray is almost commensurate with the width of the skewer screens,

The applicant is not aware of technical solutions with the specified distinctive features that would collectively ensure the achievement of a given technical result, therefore he considers that the claimed portable brazier meets the criterion of "inventive step".

The inventive brazier can be widely used in everyday life and therefore meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

Under the box 3 for fuel along its entire length, there is a loto k-pallet 14 (Fig. 5) made of a steel plate having low folds 15 outward, and in the center there is a small recess 16 along its entire length and cutouts 17 for legs 2, while the width of the tray 14 is almost commensurate with the width of the skewer screens 4.

The grate box 11 (Fig. 6) is a rectangular parallelepiped of small height with the perforation of the upper wall in the form of oval holes 18.

Each of the skewer screens 6 (Fig. 7) is made of sheet steel and has a rectangular shape with two (or three) shelves 19 and 20 from its vertical sides, located one above the other. The shelves are formed by two (or three) shaped, parallel to each other side cutouts with grooves (recesses) 21 'and 21' 'for skewers. In this case, the shelves 22 located in the upper part of the lateral parts of the screen 4 have an upper flat horizontal side and small bevels of the lateral sides on both their edges with the formation of a small projection 23 to the side from the bottom to abut the upper covers 10 of the box 3 in them.

Recesses (grooves) 21 'and 21' 'in shelves 19 and 20 for skewers are located on each of the shelves sequentially in a row at different distances from the long longitudinal perforated wall 5, which is an active heating zone, which allows you to adjust the distance of the skewers from the thermal zone, placing them offset from it in different grooves. In this case, the recesses 21 'and 21' 'are made rectangular on one side of the shelf and semi-elliptical on the opposite wall of the shelf, so that it is more convenient to fix the position of the skewers during cooking when they are turned.

The central part of the skewer screen 6 in its lower part is separated from its lateral parts by two parallel vertical slots 24 for the upper parts of the removable support legs 2 of the barbecue, going from bottom to top with a trapezoidal expansion in their lower part and narrower along the rest of their height, reaching approximately to the middle of the central part of each of the skewer screens 6.

To install in the barbecue two outwardly hinged lower side covers 12 in the lower part of the skewer screens 6 there are profile holes 25, and to fix these side covers 12 in the closed position, vertical grooves 26 are made on the shelves 19. The upper part of each of the screens 6 is provided with two spaced apart along its width with elongated oval holes 27 for the grip.

The upper covers 10 (Fig. 8) have in vertical section the form of a rectilinear reverse bracket with the upper and lower edges bent at an angle of about 45 ° inward, the length of the upper covers 10 is slightly less than the length of the perforated side covers 5 of the fuel box 3. Both folds 28 and 29 in the upper covers 10 are directed inward, while the upper folds 28 are wider than the lower folds 29 and rest in the closed position on the protrusions 23 on the side edge to fix the covers 10 in the open position, a selection 30 is made. In the upper covers 10 at the top in their central part there are two oval holes 31 for the grip, and in the lower part there are two symmetrically located rectangular protrusions 32 for fixing them in the slots 9 of the long side perforated wall 5 of the box 3.

The lower side covers 12 (Fig. 9) have a ∫-shaped view in the vertical (longitudinal) section, where the upper fold at right angles outward is shorter than the lower fold at right angles inward.

The folds 32 and 33 in the lower side covers 12 are directed in opposite directions - the upper folds 32 are directed outward from the box 3, and the lower folds 33 are directed inward. In this case, the lower side covers 12 have narrower folds 32 in their upper part to fix them in the vertical grooves 26 of the shelf 19 of the skewer screens 6 and wider folds 33 with short side protrusions 35 in their lower part to install the covers in the holes 25 in the lower part skewer screens 6. The supporting removable legs 2, inserted into the brazier in the cutouts 17 of the tray-pallet 14, are made (Fig. 10) from a hollow square tube of two parts: an upper, longer part 37, and a shorter lower part 38, connected along the edge using obliquely located at an angle of approximately 45 with an outward inclination of a flat plate 39 with the upper part 37 of the support leg. In this case, the legs 2 are fastened with the possibility of their movement vertically in the slots 24 of the skewer screen 6 with the help of a threaded rod 41 installed in the upper part of the tube 37, a washer 40 and an elongated wing nut 42 at any height. When working with the brazier, grips 43 (two pieces) are also used to open the lids 10 and 12 and carry the brazier.

A portable barbecue grill is used as follows. First, support legs 2 are inserted into the body 1, with the help of which the brazier is exposed in a horizontal position. The constructive solution of the support legs 2 allows you to securely fix and install the grill on any surface. To prepare the product, fuel is loaded into the fuel box 3. In this case, the crossbar 13, which plays the role of a spacer and connects the perforated long side walls 5, is used as a support for long boards, chips, branches, etc. The same crossbar 13 is convenient for carrying the barbecue. After the fuel has been ignited, the side bottom covers 12 are opened and skewers with meat are placed in the grooves 21 ', 21' 'on the skewer screens 6. Skewers are placed horizontally, one above the other on shelves 19 and 20 on both sides of the active heating zone. With the side bottom 12 closed and the top cover 10 lowered, cooking takes place in a thermal zone, protected from external climatic influences. This constructive solution also increases fire safety. By rotating the skewers and changing their location in the recesses - grooves 21 ', 21' 'on the shelves 19, 20 from the walls of the core, uniform treatment is ensured. The degree of roasting is controlled with the top lids 10 raised and fixed if necessary. The design of the fuel box 3 with optimized perforation 8 in the side walls 5 of the grate box 11 ensures an optimal combustion process, making the cooking process continuous. The location of the skewers to the side of the heat source ensures that the secreted fats flow downward, without getting on fire and, accordingly, without burning. In this case, the location of the tray-pallet 14 under the box 3 and its shape make it possible to collect the released fat. Profile openings 27 for the grip 43 in the upper part of the skewer screens 6, openings 36 on the lower side 12 and openings 31 in the upper lids 10 allow you to carry the brazier and work with it without touching heated surfaces. A constructive solution, in which the skewer side screens 6 are inseparably connected to the walls of the fuel box 3 and the tray 14, allows to reduce thermal deformations, which makes it possible to use thin-walled sheet steel. The proposed design allows you to use the brazier in various conditions with great efficiency and high fire safety. In comparison with the prototype, the claimed portable grill is much more convenient to use and provides a finished product of higher quality.
