Abstract

FIELD: training simulators; sport.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed technical solution relates to sports equipment and can be used to create devices for training athletes to increase efficiency of striking equipment. Distinctive feature of the proposed invention is movable hands, which are fixed to torso with elastic, resilient material, nominally imitating boxing stance for imitation of sparring partner and behavior of his hands, which allows to approximate honing of boxes on moving opponent, imitating conditions of actual contraction. Additional fixation of movable hands by elastic material between forearm and elbow surfaces allows their return to initial position, due to elasticity of connecting materials, which allows maximally similar to simulate actions of real opponent. Training implement is ideal for conditions with insufficient number of sparring partners, and also gives some advantages in relation to honing with real partner.

EFFECT: use of the proposed training apparatus improves efficiency of training when mastering various techniques, reduces training time, improves coordination of movements and functional characteristics of the athlete.

Description

The proposed technical solution relates to the field of sports equipment and can be used to create devices for training athletes to increase the effectiveness of shock equipment.

The prior art. A large number of shells for training with shock equipment are known, for example, hanging boxing bags, pears, balls on shock absorbers, paws, etc. (see, for example, copyright certificates for inventions of the USSR No. 1796228, publ. 1993; No. 275803, 1970).

Known boxing projectile containing a housing covered with soft skin, upper limbs with articulated elbow and shoulder levers (Auth. Certificate. No. 563984, 1977).

Known wrestling mannequin containing a frame covered with cushioning material, a torso with a head, movable upper limbs in the form of two shoulders levers with hinges in the joints located inside the torso, and an outer shell covering the frame with cushioning material (Auth. Certificate. No. 1657211,1991 )

However, well-known shells do not recreate the conditions that arise in a real battle and, in connection with this, the effectiveness of known shells is extremely low.

A similar technical solution is also known, see the description of the invention to the USSR Copyright Certificate No. 275803, which is selected as the closest analogue, prototype, and which contains the following essential features:

- a torso made in the form of a power frame made of layers of foam rubber and tarpaulin, and representing an imitation of a part of the human body, with a load located in the region of the lower surface of the torso;

- the head frame, which is an imitation of the human head, fixed to the corresponding section of its lower surface in the upper part of the torso and connected to the ceiling of the sports hall by the corresponding section of its upper, outer surface by means of a known hook for hanging loads;

- the left and right shoulders articulated by their respective shoulder joints in the corresponding blind holes made in the region of the left and right side surfaces of the torso;

- the left and right forearms, articulated with their elbow joints at the respective ends of the left and right shoulders, and having boxing gloves at their ends.

This device allows you to practice the impact technique at various positions of the upper limbs due to a change in the spatial position of the elbow and shoulder joints. However, a known device, a prototype, cannot imitate the enemy’s response.

The task to which the claimed technical solution is directed is to improve the design of the training apparatus, increase the efficiency of the practiced techniques, as well as to improve coordination and functional parameters of athletes.

The technical result consists in expanding the functionality of a training projectile for practicing impact equipment by simulating the enemy’s response, with a relatively simple and reliable design of a training apparatus for practicing impact equipment.

The technical result indicated above is achieved by the fact that the training apparatus for practicing impact technology contains a torso made of elastic material and representing an imitation of a part of the human body, a head frame representing an imitation of a human head, fixed in the upper part of the torso, movably fixed hands with movable shoulder and elbow joints, while the projectile is equipped with additional fixation of the hands with flexible elastic material to the torso. Additional fixation of the hands is made in the form of a flexible connection, mounted on the shoulder surface of the hands and on the outer side surfaces of the torso. Contains a height-adjustable flexible suspension mounted on the head frame. In the lower part the torso is made with the possibility of fixation. In the area of the lower surface of the torso is the load.

The proposed device training apparatus is illustrated by the following description of an example design.

- torso-1, made of elastic elastic material and representing an imitation of a part of the human body, with a load-2, fixed in the region of the lower surface of the torso-1;

- head frame-3, which is an imitation of the human head, fixed to the corresponding section of its lower surface in the upper part of the torso-1 and connected to the corresponding section of its upper, outer surface, for example, to the ceiling of the gym using, for example, the famous hook-4 for hanging cargo;

- left-5 and right-6 shoulders pivotally mounted with their respective shoulder joints-7.8 in the corresponding blind holes made in the region of the left and right surfaces of torso-1, and not shown in the figures of the drawings;

- left-9 and right-10 forearms pivotally fixed by means of left-11 and right-12 elbow joints at the corresponding ends of left-5 and right-6 shoulders, and having at their ends an imitation of boxing gloves-13,14;

- additional fixation-15 of the movable arms, made in the form of a flexible connection, for example, in the form of an elastic cord, tape or rubber band, or spring and fixed to the pre-shoulder or shoulder surface hands and on the corresponding sections of the outer side surfaces of the torso-1. If necessary, the arms of the training apparatus can be made interchangeable.

The proposed device is operated, for example, as follows.

A boxer puts on boxing gloves and, in accordance with the coach’s instructions, takes a boxing stance and strikes appropriate sections of torso-1, “head” -3 and boxing gloves-13.14, suspended, for example, on the ceiling of the gym of this boxer training device , practicing, thus, boxing techniques. The proposed device for training athletes through the use of additional nodes of the fixation of the hands expands the functionality of the training apparatus by simulating the response of the enemy, with a relatively simple and reliable design of the training apparatus.

A distinctive feature of the invention are movable arms that are fixed to the torso with elastic, elastic material, nominally simulating a boxing stance to simulate a partner’s sparring and the behavior of his hands, which makes it possible to approach practicing blows against a moving opponent, simulating the conditions of a real fight. Additional fixation of moving arms with elastic material allows them to return to their original position, due to the elasticity of the connecting materials, which makes it possible to most similarly simulate the actions of a real opponent. Training equipment is ideal for conditions with insufficient number of sparring partners, and also gives some advantages compared to working out with a live partner.

Using the proposed training apparatus increases the effectiveness of training in mastering a variety of techniques, helps to reduce the time required to develop skills, improves coordination of movements and functional indicators of an athlete.

The design of the simulator has a familiar shape; materials widely used in industry are used for manufacturing. The simulator has a high-tech design due to the exceptional simplicity of the technical implementation of the volume.

A training apparatus for practicing shock equipment, comprising a torso made of elastic material and representing an imitation of a part of the human body, a head frame representing an imitation of a human head, fixed in the upper part of the torso, movably fixed hands with movable shoulder and elbow joints, characterized the fact that the shell is equipped with additional fixation of the hands of flexible elastic material to the torso. 2. A training apparatus for practicing shock equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the additional fixation of the hands is made in the form of a flexible connection fixed to the pre-shoulder or shoulder surface of the hands and on the outer side surfaces of the torso. 3. A training apparatus for practicing shock equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a height-adjustable flexible suspension mounted on the head frame. 4. A training apparatus for practicing impact equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the torso is made with the possibility of fixation in the lower part. 5. Training apparatus for practicing impact equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a load is located in the region of the lower surface of the torso.
