Bends (10, 101, 24, 241) connected with bends (9, 91, 19, 191) by transverse crease lines are arranged horizontally at right angle to bends (9, 91, 19, 191). Bends (11, 111, 27, 271) connected with bends (10, 101, 24, 241) by transverse fold lines, in folded state they are located vertically at right angle to bends (10, 101, 24, 241). Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to cardboard packaging for glass bottles.

BACKGROUND

Known box for bottles, in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, obtained by cutting or cutting a workpiece from a single sheet and folding it along the fold lines, in which the said workpiece contains:

the Central part, which in turn contains the first part (3) of the cover, the first long side wall (4), the bottom (5), the second long side wall (6), the second part (7) of the cover, connected in series with each other the long sides in the order of enumeration by means of transverse fold lines, and arranged so that the longitudinal axis of symmetry (32) of the aforementioned workpiece passes through them, and side parts connected to the short sides of the first and second long side walls (4, 6) by longitudinal fold lines ;

said side portions comprise:

bends (9, 911, 19, 1911), directly connected to the short sides of the first and second long side walls (4, 6), when folded, they are vertically at right angles to the first and second long side walls (4, 6) and equipped overlapping with each other when combining the slots (14, 1411, 20, 201) for the palms,

bends (10, 101, 24, 241) connected to the said bends (9, 91, 19, 191) by transverse fold lines, when folded, lying horizontally at right angles to the said bends (9, 91, 19, 191), and

bends (11, 111, 27, 271) connected to the said bends (10, 101, 24, 241) by transverse fold lines, when folded, are located vertically at right angles to the said bends (10, 101, 24, 241);

the bends (9, 91, 19, 191) are provided with fixing bends (21, 211) on its short edge and mating slots (15, 151) at the bend line, while the said fixing bends (21, 211) pass through mating slots (15 , 151) in the folded state (RF patent for the invention No. 2629144, see Fig. 1).

The known box has an insufficiently strong connection between the bends (19, 191) and the side wall 4, which adversely affects the strength of the side walls. In addition, the implementation of the bottle holder from the bends (16, 161) necessitates the use of a sufficiently thin cardboard for the manufacture of the entire box as a whole, otherwise it is difficult to ensure that the holder elements are folded along fold lines without creases.

Also in the well-known box, the bottom, unlike the walls, is single-layer, which is not rational in terms of the ratio of material consumption and strength, since the strength of the whole product as a whole in this case is limited by the weakest element - the bottom.

In addition, the well-known box has insufficient functional flexibility, since the holder (lodgement) for bottles and elements of the box itself are cut from one sheet, and subsequently cannot be replaced by a lodgement for bottles of a different shape and size.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide a box in which the aforementioned drawbacks of the box of the RF patent for invention No. 2629144 are eliminated.

The technical result provided by using the invention is to increase the strength of the box.

As will be clear to the average person skilled in the art, the achievement of the technical result is ensured by the fact that a bottle box is proposed in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, obtained by cutting or cutting a workpiece from a single sheet and folding it along the fold lines, in which the said workpiece contains :

the Central part, which in turn contains the first part (3) of the cover, the first long side wall (4), the bottom (5), the second long side wall (6), the second part (7) of the cover, connected in series with each other the long sides in the order of enumeration by means of transverse fold lines, and arranged so that the longitudinal axis of symmetry (32) of the aforementioned workpiece passes through them, and side parts connected to the short sides of the first and second long side walls (4, 6) by longitudinal fold lines ;

said lateral parts comprise:

bends (9, 91, 19, 191), directly connected to the short sides of the first and second long side walls (4, 6), when folded, they are vertically at right angles to the first and second long side walls (4, 6) and provided overlapping with each other when combining the slots (14, 141, 20, 201) for the palms,

bends (10, 101, 24, 241) connected to the said bends (9, 91, 19, 191) by transverse fold lines, when folded, lying horizontally at right angles to the said bends (9, 91, 19, 191), and

bends (11, 111, 27, 271) connected to the said bends (10, 101, 24, 241) by transverse fold lines, when folded, are located vertically at right angles to the said bends (10, 101, 24, 241);

characterized in that in it the bends (9, 91, 19, 191) are provided with fixing bends (21, 211) on its short edge and reciprocal slots (15, 151) at the bend line, while the aforementioned fixing bends (21, 211) pass through the response slots (15, 151) in the folded state.

Further, the aforementioned device, characterized in general categories, is illustrated by the example of some particularly preferred forms of execution, providing additional benefits.

The aforementioned side parts, in one particular embodiment of the above-described box, further comprise bends (16, 161) connected to the said bends (19, 191) by means of longitudinal fold lines located in the assembled state at the bottom (5), and provided with slots (17, 171, 18, 181), and the bends (27, 271) are provided with protrusions (29, 291, 31, 311), made in such a way that when folded they pass into the said slots (17, 171, 18, 181).

The aforementioned fixing bends (21, 211), in one particular embodiment of the above-described box, are further provided with bends (22, 221, 23, 231), separated from the fixing bends by transverse fold lines.

The aforementioned slots (15, 151), in one of the particular forms of execution of the above-described boxes, are made U-shaped.

The aforementioned bends (9, 91, 27, 271), in one of the particular forms of the above-described box, are additionally provided with bends (12, 121, 26, 261, 28, 281), separated from them by longitudinal fold lines, when folded located horizontally at right angles to the aforementioned bends (9, 91, 27, 271).

The aforementioned bends (11, 111, 10, 101, 16, 161.24, 241, 27 and 271), in one particular embodiment of the above-described box, are separated from the aforementioned central part of the workpiece by cut lines.

The aforementioned first part (3) of the lid or the second part (7) of the lid, in one particular embodiment of the above-described box, is provided with a slot (2) for the finger.

The aforementioned first part (3) of the lid and / or the second part (7) of the lid, in one particular embodiment of the above-described box, are provided with transverse bends (1.8) to improve the mating with each other when closed, and the aforementioned bends ( 10, 101, 11, 111, 24, 241, 25, 251) are provided with longitudinal slots (13, 131, 25, 251) into which the said limbs (1.8) pass in the closed state.

The aforementioned bends (9, 91, 10, 101, 11, 111), - in one of the particular forms of execution of the above-described boxes, are located inside the box formed by the aforementioned bends (19, 191, 24, 241, 27, 271, 16, 161 )

Box. in one particular embodiment, it is further provided with at least one bottle holder and / or bottle separator.

The aforementioned blank, in one particular embodiment of the above-described box, is made of corrugated cardboard.

You must understand that in the present text the invention is characterized only by such signs that are sufficient to solve the problem, implement the purpose and achieve the selected technical result; special mention of all the features and utilitarian characteristics of the invention without exception is not required if specialists should be aware that products of the same kind possess such features and utilitarian characteristics and without them the main purpose is not realized: all the more, it is not necessary to limit the generalized features to any specific options if those should be known to specialists and (or) can be selected according to known rules.

The design and use of the box is clearly illustrated by figures 1 and 2 as an example of a specific embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 2 in a box for bottles, in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, obtained by cutting or cutting a workpiece from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard and folding it along the fold lines, the said workpiece contains:

The lateral part and the workpieces contain bends (16, 161) connected to the said bends (19, 191) by means of longitudinal fold lines located in the assembled state at the bottom (5) and provided with slots (17, 171, 18, 181) and the bends (27, 271) are provided with protrusions (29, 291, 31,311), made in such a way that when folded they pass into the aforementioned slots (17, 171, 18, 181).

The fixing bends (21, 211) are provided with bends (22, 221, 23, 231), separated from the fixing bends by transverse bending lines.

The slots (15, 151) are made U-shaped.

The bends (9, 91. 27. 271) are equipped with bends (12, 121, 26, 261, 28, 281), separated from them by longitudinal fold lines, when folded, they are horizontally at right angles to the aforementioned bends (9, 91, 27 , 271).

Bends (11, 111, 10, 101, 16, 161, 24, 241, 27 and 271) are separated from the central part of the workpiece by cut lines.

The first part (3) of the cover is provided with a slot (2) for the finger.

The first part (3) of the lid and the second part (7) of the lid are provided with transverse bends (18) to improve connection with each other in the closed state, and the aforementioned bends (10, 101, 11, 111, 24, 241, 25, 251) are provided longitudinal slots (13, 131, 25, 251) into which said bends (1.8) pass when the box is closed.

Bends (9, 91, 10, 101, 11, 111) are located inside the box formed by bends (19, 191, 24, 241, 27, 271, 16, 161) when the box is fully assembled.

After assembly, at least one bottle holder (lodgement) and / or bottle separator is installed on the bottom of the box. Holders and / or dividers are preferably made in the form of an independent part (s), preferably of corrugated cardboard.

The assembly of the box is carried out essentially as described and illustrated in the patent of the Russian Federation for invention No. 2629144 (namely: the elements 16 and 161 are bent 90 degrees to the elements 19 and 191; then the element 19 and 191 are bent 90 degrees to the element 6; then element 6 is bent 90 degrees to element 5; then elements 9 and 91 are bent 90 degrees to element 4; then element 4 is bent 90 degrees to element 5, so that elements 9 and 91 are inside the box volume, while element 21 and 211 goes into the hole 15 and 151; then the elements 27 and 271 are bent inside the box of the volume so that the protrusions 29 and 31 and the protrusions 291 and 311 fall into the holes 17 and 18 and 171 and 181; the bends 26, 28, 30 and 261, 281 and 301 serve to abut the box walls), with the only difference that at the end of the assembly, the bends (21, 211, 22, 221, 23, 231) are installed in the slots (15, 151), and the bends (16, 161), from which the lodgements for bottles are formed in patent No. 2629144, are laid on the bottom in the form of the second layer.

These techniques can increase the strength of the bottom and the connection of the side walls, helps to prevent bending of the box during stacking.

A box according to claim 1, in which the aforementioned side parts additionally comprise bends (16, 161) connected to the said bends (19, 191) by means of longitudinal fold lines located in the assembled state at the bottom (5) and provided with slots (17, 171, 18, 181), and the bends (27, 271) are provided with protrusions (29, 291, 31, 311), made in such a way that when folded they pass into the mentioned slots (17, 171, 18, 181 ) 3.
