SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of satisfaction of vital needs, and more specifically to a disposable appliance for kindling coal in a charcoal grill. Disposable appliance for coal firing in charcoal grill contains box in form of parallelepiped made of corrugated cardboard and containing side walls, bottom and cover. Inside the box at the corners of the side walls there are vertical posts, to which at a distance from the bottom of the box are attached lower crossbars, on which support rails are laid, which form the bottom for coal. Side rails are attached to lower halves of posts, which are located along side walls of the box and perpendicular to posts. On the support rails with the edges bent upwards there is a sheet of cardboard on which there is coal between the side rails. In the space between the bottom of the box and the support rails there is a sheet of cardboard impregnated with paraffin, to which a rope wick is attached, and in the wick area on two opposite side walls in their lower parts there are linear perforations separating hatches. In the space between the bottom of the box and the support rails there is also a box with matches.

EFFECT: ensuring cleanliness during transportation and storage, easy transportation and storage, compactness, assurance of ignition, absence of additional devices for ignition, as well as assurance of uniform coal ignition.

Description

The invention relates to the field of meeting vital needs, and more specifically to a disposable device for kindling coal in a barbecue.

Various variants of such devices are known from the prior art. For example, from the source RU 2666292 C2, published on 03/29/2018, a device for kindling coal in a barbecue is known, made in the form of a wooden box with a bottom that acts as a heating element during combustion. The known device is made of wooden slats laid parallel to each other at intervals between them and fixed at the locations of the crossbars, under which dry wood shavings are attached, wrapped in a light cloth impregnated with a flammable substance. Legs are installed in the corners and in the center. At the very bottom there is a bottom lining that protects against moisture. The design provides for a fuse to actuate the device, as well as a handle that allows you to hold the device with one hand. All parts of this device at different lengths are made with the same size cross-section - a square. The frame that holds the coal above the bottom is made in such a way that it is impossible to install the bottom of the device close to the wall of the brazier.

However, this design does not provide sufficient ease of use, because of its shape it does not provide convenient storage and transportation, and also does not provide uniform ignition of coal. At the same time, for ignition, an additional device (matches or a lighter) is required to ensure the ignition of the structure.

Also known from the prior art is the source RU 2573806 C1, published on January 27, 2016, which discloses a device for kindling coal in a brazier, which consists of a wooden box with a bottom-lattice attached to it in a suspended state, made in the form of rails joined into an edge and attached to him a wick from a perforated plate, consisting of sawdust soaked in paraffin, and a fuse made of gauze soaked in paraffin.

This source of information was taken as the closest analogue to the claimed invention.

However, the disadvantage of the closest analogue is the lack of ease of use, not providing convenience during transportation (coal constantly wakes up), and also not ensuring uniform ignition of coal. At the same time, for ignition, an additional device (matches or a lighter) is required to ensure the ignition of the structure.

Thus, the objective of the claimed invention is to eliminate the shortcomings of the prior art.

The technical result, to which the claimed invention is directed, is to ensure cleanliness during transportation and storage, ease of transportation and storage, compactness, ensuring a guarantee of ignition, the absence of additional devices for ignition, as well as ensuring uniform ignition of coal.

A disposable device for kindling coal in a brazier contains a box in the form of a parallelepiped made of corrugated cardboard and containing side walls, a bottom and a lid. Inside the box, at the corners of the side walls, racks are vertically located, to which, at a distance from the bottom of the box, lower crossbars are attached, on which support rails are laid, forming a bottom for coal. Attached to the bottom halves of the uprights are side rails that run along the side walls of the box and perpendicular to the uprights. On the support rails with the edges bent upwards, there is a sheet of cardboard on which coal is located between the side rails. In the space between the bottom of the box and the support rails, there is a cardboard sheet impregnated with paraffin, to which a rope wick is attached, and in the region of the wick on two opposite side walls in their lower parts there are linear perforations separating the hatches. In the space between the bottom of the box and the support rails there is also a box with matches.

The side rails are joined to risers with lateral or end connection.

The lid has a rope handle.

The paraffin-impregnated sheet is not flat.

The box is made of a blank, the elements of which are connected with staples or glue.

The claimed disposable device for kindling coal in the barbecue is a box (1) made of corrugated cardboard. The box (1) contains side walls (3), a bottom (5) and a lid (4), on which a rope handle (2) is placed for ease of carrying. Inside the box (1), there are wooden posts (6) at the corners, which have a height equal to the height of the side walls and can be attached to the box (1) with glue or staples (not shown in the figure). In this case, the racks (6) are arranged vertically. At a distance from the bottom (5) and parallel to it between all adjacent posts (6), the lower crossbars (7) are fixed, which form a frame for the support rails (8), which are laid on the lower crossbars (7), forming a support plane for coal (9 ). Between the bottom (5) of the box (1) and the support rails (8) there is a sheet (10) of cardboard impregnated with paraffin, to which a wick (11) is attached. Moreover, the sheet (10) of the cardboard is made crumpled (i.e., it is not even). On two opposite side walls (3) of the box (1) in the area of the wick (11) there are places (12) with linear perforation designed to bend hatches (13) at the start of using the claimed device. At the same time, in the space in the area of the hatch (13) between the support rails (8) and the bottom (5) of the box, a box (14) of matches is placed. One hatch (13) is used to access the wick (11) and the box (14) with matches, and the second hatch (13) is designed to provide oxygen access for the best ignition of the paraffin-soaked cardboard sheet at the beginning of the combustion process.

Between adjacent posts (6) in their lower half, side rails (16) are attached or stacked on top of each other alternately without fixing. Moreover, the side rails (16) are installed in such a way that they allow air to pass between the walls (3) of the box (1) and the side rails (16). At the same time, the side rails (16) can be located to the uprights (6) both with a side fit (A) of Fig.3, and with its end end (B) of Fig.3, providing an uneven arrangement of elements inside the box (1) to ensure better burning coal. On the support rails (8) inside the box (1), a sheet of cardboard (15) is laid, which is larger than the size of the bottom (5) of the box (1) with sides folded up along the side rails. (see figure 3). Charcoal (9) is located inside the cardboard sheet (15).

The assembly of the claimed device is carried out as follows:

Initially, the corrugated cardboard is cut out according to the shape of the fixture box blank, places with linear perforation are applied in the area of the hatches. Next, a box is folded, racks are installed inside the box at its corners and, if necessary, fixed with glue or staples, a box of matches is installed, a sheet of crumpled paraffin-impregnated cardboard sheet is laid, and lower crossbars are installed, which are attached to the racks with glue or staples. Support rails are laid on the lower crossbars, and side rails are installed along the side walls of the box in an unequal arrangement with respect to neighboring rails, and, if necessary, are fixed to the rails with glue or staples. In this case, the side rails can be fixed on the side walls of the box, and not on the racks. The side rails are located only in the lower half of the box (this is to ensure that the material from which the rails are made burns out while the coal is burning. Otherwise, if there are side rails in the upper half of the box, the coal located in the lower part of the box, burns out until the side rails located in the upper half of the box have not yet become coal). A sheet of cardboard is placed in the formed "well" with the sides bent up along the side walls of the box and coal is poured inside to the upper edges of the side walls. Next, a rope handle is installed in the lid and the lid closes, forming a closed container that can be conveniently and comfortably stored and transported without fear that the coal will spill.

The use of the claimed device is carried out as follows:

The user installs the claimed device on the barbecue without any additional means of combustion (wood and coal), along the linear perforations (12) tears the cardboard of the side walls (3) and bends the hatches. From one side he takes out a box of matches, straightens the wick and sets it on fire with the help of matches. From the wick, a sheet of cardboard soaked in paraffin flares up, which in turn ignites a sheet of cardboard (15), coal and the frame itself, made of racks (6), lower rails (7), support rails (8) and side rails (16).

Due to the claimed design of the device, a quick and uniform ignition of coal is carried out, and the external shape of the structure provides convenient transportation and storage of the device.

Thus, the claimed invention is new, since the totality of its features is not known from the prior art, and, accordingly, meets the condition of patentability "novelty".

The claimed invention meets the patentability condition "industrial applicability", since it can be used in industry.

The claimed invention meets the "inventive step" patentability condition, since it does not explicitly follow for a specialist in the known state of the art.

Although the present invention has been disclosed with reference to preferred embodiments, this is not intended to be limiting. Specialists with general knowledge in the art of the present invention can modify and implement it without departing from the idea and scope of the invention, therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention should be governed by the scope given in the claims of the claimed invention.

A disposable device for kindling coal in a barbecue, characterized in that it contains a box in the shape of a parallelepiped, made of corrugated cardboard and containing side walls, a bottom and a lid, inside the box at the corners of the side walls there are vertically located racks, to which, at a distance from the bottom of the box, lower crossbars on which support rails are laid, forming a bottom for coal, while side rails are attached to the lower halves of the racks, which are located along the side walls of the box and perpendicular to the racks, on the support rails with the edges bent upwards there is a sheet of cardboard on which between the side rails coal is located, in addition, in the space between the bottom of the box and the support rails there is a paraffin-impregnated sheet of cardboard to which a rope wick is attached, and in the area of the wick on two opposite side walls there are linear perforations that separate the hatches, while in the space between the bottom of the box and support rails are also located matchbox. 2.
