Description

The claimed invention relates to a method for the production of household items, in particular, items for body skin care, which are used as personal care products for washing the body and massage.

A washcloth is known from the prior art (Utility Model Patent RU 118530, Publ .: 27.07.2012 Bul. No. 21) containing a knitted fabric base that is made of polypropylene thread, foam rubber in the form of at least one layer, placed inside basics, and handles made passing through the washcloth from one edge to the other and fixed at the ends. A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of manufacturing, as well as the need to purchase expensive equipment of a knitting machine.

Known washcloth (Patent for utility model RU 78 411, Publ .: 27.11.2008 Bull. No. 33), containing the basis of terry cloth, which is made of polypropylene thread, inside the product there is foam in two layers, while the handles are made passing inside the washcloth from one edge to the other between two layers of foam and fixed on the ends of the washcloth. A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of manufacturing, as well as the need to purchase expensive equipment of a knitting machine.

A known method of manufacturing a bath-massage washcloth (for example, from the source https://www.sima-land.ru/2582739/mochalka-spa/), selected as a prototype, made of sponge materials, with handles, while the handles are attached by fastening a line to the end of the washing (working) element. A disadvantage of the known device is the unreliability of the fastening of the handles, since with little effort they can come off.

The problem to which the invention is directed is the development of a method for the production of washcloths.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the claimed method of manufacturing a bath-massage washcloth consists in preparing a washcloth blank from a sponge material and a tape of the required length, pulling the tape with needle hooks through the blank, connecting the ends of the tape into a closed loop.

The technical result provided by the given set of features is to simplify the method of manufacturing a washcloth while maintaining its operational properties, including through the implementation of handles in the form of a closed loop passing through the washcloths, providing strength during operation of the product and preventing longitudinal stretching of the base during operation.

The invention is illustrated by the figure, which shows the washcloth, where 1 is the basis of the washcloth (sponge), 2- tape (sling).

The washcloth obtained by the claimed method contains a base in the form of a three-dimensional integral part made of synthetic thread (foam rubber), and handles placed in the base cavity, brought out on both sides of the workpiece, and the handles are made of previously sewn together slings, which are a closed curved line.

In the cavity of the base, the handles are placed by punching and leading out on both sides of the workpiece.

A method of manufacturing a bath-massage washcloth is as follows. Cut the bast of sponge material. The tape for pens is cut to the required length. The bast blank (sponge) is inserted into the machine. Hook needles pierce the workpiece and exit from the opposite side, while the hook needles are parallel to each other and are installed on the same level. Both ends of the tape (slings) are attached to needle hooks. The reverse stroke is turned on and the hook needles exit the workpiece and drag the tape. The ends of the tape are sewn on a sewing machine or sealed on a special device.

The basis of the washcloth is made primarily of polyurethane foam (foam).

As a handle, mainly textile tape (sling) is used. The sling is pre-cut into blanks of the required length.

The method is carried out on a machine. The machine consists of a base on which there is a special place for laying the bast blanks, a pneumatic cylinder with hook needles, and a control panel.

A method of manufacturing a bath-massage washcloth, which consists in preparing a billet of sponges and a tape of the required length, characterized in that by means of needle hooks, the tape is pulled through the workpiece, the ends of the tape are connected into a closed loop. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection of the tape in a closed loop is made by stitching or sealing.
