Description

The invention relates to the field of construction of sports and playgrounds, in particular to prefabricated coatings and floorings, consisting of separate modules, and can be used, in particular, in the construction of golf greens with artificial grass (in golf chip & putt objects, on compact golf courses such as pitch & putt), as well as with the installation of holes for mini-golf.

The following panel solutions for modular coatings are known in the art.

Known panel for modular coating of the roller, made of thermoplastic material with two smooth working surfaces in the form of a rectangular sheet, the edges of the sheet are made with periodic profiles for the castle connection type "dovetail" (RF patent No. 111447, published on December 20, 2011).

Also known is a rectangular massage flooring module made of an elastic material equipped with locking elements located around the entire perimeter of the module (RF patent No. 177223, published February 13, 2018).

The closest analogue to the patented solution is a gym floor covering, including a shock-absorbing, insulated base made of rubber or plastic, consisting of identical rectangular mats that form the main surface of the mat with several edge mats. The center mats are installed together using a swallow’s nest lock, which are positioned so that the teeth on each side of the mat coincide with the teeth on the adjacent mat. The edge mats are bent together around each side of the main mat, each of which has one straight edge, forming the edge of the mat with four rounded corner elements. Thus, a coating is formed that is easily and quickly assembled, so that the connection of the parts does not break during use, but can quickly break into small, easily portable parts (German patent No. 2516843, published 10/28/1976).

Currently known coatings, including the coating described in the closest analogue, are not suitable for use in open space and fastened directly to the ground. When using the above modules for coating assembly, there will be no natural lawn effect due to the lack of a relief repeating natural relief, in addition, the probability of accumulation of precipitation on artificial grass has not been taken into account.

The technical problem solved by the invention is to create a modular cover for golf objects of various types (separate training greens for strokes chip and putt, compact golf courses such as pitch & putt, holes for mini golf, etc.), which allows you to organize a golf course - green with imitation of a natural lawn with a natural, but smooth relief.

The problem is solved by performing a base of EVA foam (EVA - ethylene vinyl acetate), a lock connection of the coating base blocks, as well as valves for attaching the base to the ground using soil fastening nails.

The technical result of the invention is to obtain an artificial golf green with a monolithic coating and a non-deformable base that retains its shape under the influence of the players weight, the relief of which is as close as possible to the natural one without visible joints between the modules and holes that interfere with the planned movement of the ball, due to the tightness of the coating provided by dovetail locks, as well as valves through which the modules are nailed to the surface to be coated.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the design of the modular coating panel, including a base made of a foam material of ethylene vinyl acetate, connected to a layer of artificial grass of textured monofilament fiber, and including valves made in the form of cuts of a layer of artificial grass placed above the recesses in the base, while the edges of the panel made with periodic profiles for locking connection with other panels of modular coating.

The castle joint is a dovetail joint.

The base and layer of artificial grass have drainage holes for removing rainfall from the modular coating.

In the particular case of the invention, the grass is carpet-type grass-colored with a substrate of elastic material, without lint, with felted fibers of the type of felt. A simpler and more affordable coating solution, intended for use mainly in rooms closed from precipitation, also provides game comfort and the required quality of ball rolling.

The valves are made in the form of cuts in the coating, placed above the recesses in the base, which ensures the solidity of the grass coating and eliminates the need to create new holes when driving soil nails. Due to the elastic and elastic properties of the base material, the modules pressed to the ground both straighten and repeat the unevenness of the soil, forming on the green smooth slopes characteristic of golf. The solidity and smoothness of the green surface over the entire area of the modular golf course also provides a dovetail lock connection due to the tight fit of the coating modules to each other.

The golf green artificial turf panel 1 is double layer. The base 2 is made of 2.5 cm thick EVA foam, which has the combined properties of resilience, elasticity and fluidity. In the particular case, the EVA material for the base can come with the addition of rubber, and an additional base of material with shape memory can also be used.

The second layer 3 of panel 1 is an artificial grass glued to the base, or technologically connected with it, and made of elastic textured monofilament fiber. The grass layer of the panel adheres quite reliably to the base with polyurethane adhesive. For the grass layer of the panel, the type of artificial grass Jutagrass Adventure was selected, according to its characteristics (structure of grass fibers, density, shape preservation, comfort) closest to a natural golf lawn and usually used for mini golf. The grass has a dense drainage base, along with it the fiber height is 10 mm. The fibers are not straight, but twisted (as in reality) 1 mm wide. Pile Density 929 g / m ^2, the stiffness 10400 dtex, the pile material - polyethylene backing material - polypropylene, and the substrate fixing pile - SBR LATEX.

The panel 1 at the edges has periodic profiles 4 under the castle connection in the form of a "dovetail".

To exclude accumulation of precipitation on the surface of the green, drainage holes 5 are made in the panel and the layer of artificial grass.

Each coating panel is attached to the soil with soil fastening nails in several places (the main panel is in four) through valves 6, made in the form of cuts of a layer of artificial grass over the recesses 7 in the base into which the nails are hammered. The notches extend along two sides of an isosceles triangle (Fig. 4, item 10 - open valve position) 9 cm long, and the third side bends 8. In the working position (Fig. 4 item 11), the notch of valve 6 lies on the base around recess 7 for a nail head, covering the hat without a gap. The diameter of the recess is 4.5 cm, the depth is 0.5 cm, the diameter of the hole 9 at the base of the nail shaft is 1.5 cm. Due to the triangular shape of the valves, the grass with an acute angle of incision tightly engages with each other with the closed working position of 11 valves 6, which does not affect the unity of the grass and does not interfere with the movement of the ball.

The nails are made of durable plastic, have a flat hat and longitudinal grooves in the legs, in which the radial protrusions are placed. Longitudinal grooves (a cross-sectional nail nail) facilitate entry into the ground, and radial protrusions prevent reverse movement. Different nails are recommended depending on the type of soil: 10 cm long for alumina, 20 cm long for loose sandy soils. In the particular case, when fixing the panels on stony-sandy soil, it is possible to use metal nails.

The proposed modular green allows you to use it both indoors and outdoors. In case of covering the soil with greens, when fixing it to the surface, soil nails are used.
