Производится туннелизация расширителями Гегара. В сформированном неофаллосе также выполняется туннелизация, адекватная оптимальным размерам У-протеза. В туннель неофаллоса имплантируется основная часть протеза, ножки его имплантируются в туннели кавернозных тел. Проводятся дополнительные циркулярные капроновые швы на основания ножек протеза, фиксируюпдие их к белочной оболочке кавернозных тел. Гемостаз. В глубину раны устанавливается резиновый дренаж. Кетгутовые швы на мягкие ткани. Капроновые швы на кожу. По уретре в мочевой пузырь устанавливается катетер Фолея на 2-3 суток.
