SUBSTANCE: invention relates to garden and park furniture, namely, to benches. Core of the invention is that the bench includes two seats made with inclinations from the edges to center to form a cavity, legs and a back, herewith the seats along the edges of the bench are hinged, and in the center they are supported by springs, saddles for which are made with metal bushings, and hinges at the edges of the bench are fixed on the lower side of the seats with a shift from the edges so, that the seats turn on them is possible only to increase the cavity formed between them herewith, that gives the bench the property of "dating and reconciling bench". Bench is characterized by that the bottom support for the springs is made as a flat plate, and the seats are equipped with plates covering the gap between them and with a support for the springs along the front edge of the bench, the hinges at the edges of the bench are made paired, and the supports for the springs in the central part of the bench supporting the seats are located between the paired hinges arranged on the edges of the bench.

Description

The invention relates to garden and park furniture and can find application in city parks and squares for seating and the original complement to their design.

It is known to use in this capacity a bench with an original seat shape, from the edges to the middle of which a recess is made, along which the people sitting on it slide smoothly towards each other, known as the “bench for acquaintances and reconciliations”, see, for example, note 3- th page of the Altai Pravda newspaper dated July 16, 2013 No. 207 or a photograph by a link on the Internet at http: //news.tut/by/kaleidoscope/295665.html. The disadvantage of such benches is the lack of elements of mystery and obscurity in their design. The principle of their action is immediately understandable with an external look at them, which can create certain psychological inconveniences for those who decide to use them.

This disadvantage is deprived of the bench according to patent RU 2524009 C2, 07.27.2014, selected as a prototype of the claimed invention and characterized in that the seats along the edges of the benches are fixed on hinges, and in the center - supported by springs, while the bench is equipped with a beam serving for springs with a lower support, nests for springs are made with metal bushings, and hinges along the edges of the bench are fixed on the lower side of the seats with an offset from the edges so that the rotation of the seats on them was possible only to the side cheniya formed at the same time deepening between them.

The disadvantage of the prototype is its poor design and lack of design elements that exclude the possibility of injury to people using the bench when changing the angle of inclination of the seats.

The purpose and technical result of the claimed technical solution is to eliminate these shortcomings, i.e. increased safety and ease of use. The technical solutions found in this case completely eliminate the possibility of pinching in the gaps between the bearing elements of the bench and the seats of the fingers, clothing edges, etc.

The essence of the claimed technical solution providing the specified technical result consists in the fact that the bench known according to patent RU 2524009 C2 is made with the following differences: the lower support for the springs is made in the form of a flat board, and the seats are equipped with strips that cover the gap between them and the support for the springs the front edge of the bench, the hinges along the edges of the bench are paired, and the spring supports in the central part of the bench supporting seats are located between the pair hinges finding along the edges of the bench.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is illustrated by drawings on which the claimed bench is schematically depicted. In FIG. 1 shows a general view thereof; FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, in FIG. 3, the bench is depicted in a position with a changed angle of inclination of the seats. In FIG. 4 shows, on an enlarged scale, the attachment site of seats on a hinge at the edge of the bench, indicated in FIG. 3 by the letter B, in FIG. 5 - mounting unit of seats in the central part of the bench on the springs, indicated in FIG. 1 letter A.

The numbers on the drawings indicate: 1 - bench seats, 2 - bench legs, 3 - its back, 4 - hinged mounting of seats along the edges of the bench. The number 5 denotes the springs supporting the bench seats in its central part, 6 - the support in the form of a flat board, in which the nests for the springs are located 5. The number 7 denotes the springs for the springs 5, the number 8 - the strips that cover the gap between the seats 1 and the support 6 under the springs along the front edge of the bench.

FIG. 1, 2 and 3 illustrate the general principle of operation of the bench, i.e. the mechanism for the formation of the slope of the seats 1 from the edges to the middle with the formation of the recess and the way the slats pos. 8 overlap the gap between the seats 1 and the support under the springs 6, which is especially clearly seen in FIG. 2.

In FIG. 4 it can be seen that the hinged mounting of the seats is made in such a way as to exclude the possibility of folding the seats on opposite sides of the bench. This is achieved by the fact that the edges of the seats abut against the base of the legs of the bench, which limits the possibility of their rotation on the hinges 4 up. Turning on hinges 4 is only possible downward with the formation of a recess from the edges to the middle of the bench.

In FIG. 5 shows the fastening of the springs 5 in the bushings 7 on the support 6 and seats 1. The use of the bushings in this case allows for more reliable fastening of the springs.

The claimed bench has clear advantages over the described analogues and prototype, because it retained the principle of its action. Before her seats are occupied, she looks like an ordinary bench - the seats are parallel to each other. The qualities of the bench appear after two sit on it. Under load, the seats change the angle of inclination from the edges to the middle with the formation of a recess, the bench acquires the properties of “benches for acquaintances and reconciliations”. Performing the lower support of the seats in the form of a board and securing each seat on the pair of hinges along its edges, and in the center with support on the springs, allows to increase their stability. And the addition of the design of the bench with straps 8 allows you to overlap the changing gaps between the seats 1 and the support 6, which completely eliminates the possibility of injury. In this case, special attention should be paid to the gaps between the seats 1 in the center of the bench. Since their size changes with a change in the angle of inclination of the seats, they must be large enough to prevent pinching of the fingers, the edges of the clothes, etc., that is, to ensure complete safety of use.

Thus, the implementation of the claimed technical solution will improve the performance of the bench and will allow it to be used in city parks and squares as park furniture for seating and an original complement to their design.
