Description

Technical field

The present invention relates to nippers for styling hair with curls or waves that contain a handle and a nozzle connected to it, according to the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

State of the art

Hair tongs of this type have been known for a long time and, in a special embodiment, contain a hair clip oriented in the direction of the nozzle axis and controlled from the handle, by means of which the selected strands of hair are first caught by the tip, and then, by turning the nozzle or hair tongs, molded or stacked in waves. In an alternative embodiment, the hair tongs typically comprise at least two parallel rods, between which hair laid in waves or curls is first clamped and then curled. A disadvantage of the known hair tongs is that hair curling is in some cases difficult because the hair can only be fixed with tongs or pinched between the individual bars of the tongs only to an insufficient degree.

Disclosure of invention

The objective of the invention is the improvement of hair tongs of this kind or the development of at least one alternative embodiment, which will differ, in particular, high ease of use.

According to the invention, this problem is solved by the features disclosed in the independent claim. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims.

The general idea of the present invention is that the known hair tongs are provided with a plug-in holding device which, in the connected state, locks the hair strands and thereby facilitates the handling of the hair tongs. Due to the fact that the holding device is made in a plug-in version, it can only be connected if necessary, that is, for example, when twisting the hair onto the nozzle or hair tongs. When the forceps are removed from the hair, this device can be turned off, as a result of which the hair can be easily and conveniently released from the forceps. Due to the possibility of switching the holding device between the on and off state, it is possible, in particular, to reliably prevent unpleasant pulling sensations when pulling hair from the hair tongs. At the same time, at the beginning of laying the locks with a curl or wave, the hair can be easily and reliably fixed on the nozzle, as a result of which the process of forming curls or waves as a whole can be easier and more convenient for the user.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holding device comprises at least one holding element that improves fixation, in particular one rubberized holding element. Such a rubberized retaining element significantly increases friction against the hair and thereby simplifies hair curling. Such rubberized holding elements can have almost any geometric shape and are manufactured with optimal costs and high quality, so the presence of such a holding element allows you to obtain achievable additional benefits with relatively low additional costs. In addition, such retaining elements can be made in almost any color design, that is, with their help, if necessary, even design tasks can be solved. In addition, the retaining element described by the invention can be made thermally conductive, which will allow for heat transfer between the hair tongs and curled hair, including in the region of the retaining element, and thereby reliably eliminate the formation of unwanted creases in the hair in this region.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holding element can be switched between an on, raised position and an off, lowered position with a switch or lever. Thus, the holding element can be translated into a raised, engaged position for gripping and curling hair, which greatly facilitates curling of the hair. To release the hair, on the contrary, the holding element can be moved by a switch or a lever to the lowered, that is, the disconnected position. Such a switch or lever can be connected to the holding element electrically or mechanically, that is, it is possible in principle to switch the holding element between the on and off position in a purely mechanical or electromotive manner, for example, depending on the design of the line of hair tongs.

It is believed that the features mentioned above and those mentioned below can be used not only in the indicated combinations, but also in other combinations or separately, without going beyond the scope of the present invention.

The implementation of the invention

According to figures 1-3, the hair tongs 1 described by the invention and intended for styling hair 7 with curls or waves contain a handle 2, as well as a nozzle 3 connected to it. In the embodiments shown in figures 1 and 2, a nozzle 3 is provided hair clip 4, which can be actuated from the handle 2. Between this clip 4 and part of the nozzle 3, hair 7 is fixed, stacked with curls or waves. In an alternative embodiment, the forceps 1 for hair contain two parallel rods 5 and 5 ', between which the hair 7 is fixed, stacked with curls or waves. All versions are characterized in that the attachment holding device 6 is provided on the nozzle 3, which, when turned on, facilitates fixation of the hair strands 7. The holding device 6 contains at least one holding element 8, which improves fixation, in particular one rubberized holding element, which, in contact with the styling hair 7, significantly increases the friction between the hair and the holding element 8.

Referring to Figure 1, it can be seen that the holding member 8 extends linearly along the nozzle 3. Furthermore, the holding member 8 could linearly extend along at least one of the rods 5, 5 ′ (cf. FIG. 3) or the clamp 4 for hair. Of course, a variant is also possible in which the holding element 8, similarly to the holding coating, extends over at least part of the inside of the hair clip 4 (cf. FIG. 2) or along the entire inside of the hair clip 4. When the hair clip 4 is pressed against the stacked hair 7, which is clamped between it and the nozzle 3 of the hair tongs, the holding device 6 goes into its on state. In this case, essentially, the retaining element 8 can be made heat-conductive, which will allow heat transfer to the hair styling 7, including in the region of the retaining element 8, and thereby reliably eliminate the formation of unwanted creases in this area.

The figure 1 shows a holding element 8 linearly extending along the nozzle 3, and this element can be switched between the on, that is, the raised position, and the off, i.e., the position recessed into the nozzle 3, for example, by means of a switch 9 or a lever not shown in the figure. In this case, the switching between the on and off position of the holding element 8 can be carried out by a purely electric or purely mechanical means.

In the embodiment of the forceps 1 for hair, shown in figure 3, the holding device 6 (see the right section) contains two opposite and made in the form of covers holding elements 8 and 8 ', which can be switched between the on, that is, the raised position, and off , that is, a recessed position by moving the lever 10, 10 'located in the respective rods 5, 5'. Of course, a variant is also possible in which such an adjustable lever 10, 10 'or a corresponding holding element 8, 8' is located in only one of the two rods 5, 5 '. Thus, to activate the holding device 6, at least one of the levers 10, 10 ′ is moved in the direction of the strands of hair 7 being clamped and thereby presses on the corresponding holding element 8, 8 ′, stretching it relative to the strands 7 of the hair. As a result, strands of 7 hair are fixed due to the increased coefficient of friction. Due to the fact that the holding device 6 can be turned on and off again, the gripping and fixing of the stacked hair 7 when curling on the nozzle 3 is greatly simplified. The release of the hair tongs 1 from the curled hair 7 is also facilitated by disconnecting the holding device 7. Thus the holding device 6 described by the invention significantly increases the convenience of such hair tongs 1 according to the invention for the user.

Nippers (1) for styling hair with curls or waves, containing a handle (2) and a nozzle (3) connected to it, characterized in that a connecting holding device (6) is provided on the nozzle (3), which in the connected state facilitates fixation strands (7) of hair, while on the nozzle (3) there are two parallel rods (5, 5 ′), between which locks of hair (7) are fixed, stacked with curls or waves, moreover, on the indicated two rods (5, 5 ′) of the nozzle (3) there are two opposing and made in the form of covers holding element and (8, 8 ′), which can switch between the on, that is, the raised position and the off, that is, the recessed position by moving the lever (10, 10 ′) located in the corresponding rods (5, 5 ′). 2.
