Аналоги представляют устройства, соединяющие протез с челюстью присасывающими камерами, и, похожим на присасывание, методом биофизической фиксации. Сущность изобретения в том, что из эластичного материала, например силикона, делается тело, ограниченное двумя коническими поверхностями, входящими одна в другую, с диаметром в основании от 2 до 20 мм. Для плоских поверхностей конусы прямые круглые в виде кнопки. Такое крепление аналогично биофизическому методу фиксации протезов с участием переходной складки слизистой оболочки и протезного края, по принципу крепления прототипа. Так, крепление диаметром 5 мм, сделанное из силикона, удерживается на гладкой плоской поверхности с силой 140 грамм.
