Целью изобретения является сокращение смертности эмбрионов кур, повышение выводимости и сохранности цыплят, получение молодняка, более устойчивого к воздействию внешних факторов.The aim of the invention is to reduce the mortality of chicken embryos, increase the hatchability and safety of chickens, obtaining young animals, more resistant to external factors.
Известен метод введения растворов внутрь яйца путем создания отрицательного внутрияйцевого давления, который основан на погружении нагретых яиц в охлажденный раствор. При этом яйца укладываются в лотки, помещаются в инкубатор, где их прогревают до t=37-37,5°С. Затем яйца погружают на 10-15 мин в охлажденный до 6-9°С раствор вводимого вещества. После извлечения яйца слегка обсушивают и снова закладывают в инкубатор.
