Abstract
FIELD: means of protection. ^ SUBSTANCE: collapsible breather, flat when folded, is made of single-component hard filtration panel joined to other part of breather at least along one separation line. Panel comprises porous single-component one-layer nonwoven fabric, which comprises charged intertwined continuous polymer fibres of one and the same polymer composition and has sufficient density or interfibrillar adhesion, so that Harley hardness is more than 200 mg, and pressure difference at breather is less than 20 mm of water column. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for formation of breather without additional strengthening layers, double-component fibres or other strengthening, ease of secondary processing, possibility to fold breather into flat form for storage. ^ 22 cl, 13 dwg, 12 tbl, 4 ex

Claims (22)

c) приспосабливают полотно для получения тела маски, которое характеризуется перепадом давления менее 20 мм водяного столба и способно складываться в практически плоскую форму и раскладываться в выпуклую открытую конфигурацию.15. A method of manufacturing a folded flat folding respirator, comprising the steps of:
a) form a single-component single-layer non-woven fabric from interwoven continuous single-component polymer fibers of the same polymer composition and charge this fabric, while the fabric is characterized by sufficient density or adhesion of the fibers to each other to provide a Harley stiffness of more than 200 mg;
