SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for attachment of a soother to baby clothes. The invention objective consists in creation of a device for attachment of a soother to baby clothes so that to enable easy attachment and detachment. The device for attachment of a soother to baby clothes contains a flexible band, a device for attachment to the soother to at one of the band ends and a clamp for attachment to baby clothes at the other end of the band. The above clamp contains a disc-shaped foundation with two tangs on one of the disc sides. There are grips at the end of each tang. In case of pressure applied to at least one resilient tang the grips move from the position wherein they are close to each other to the position wherein they are distanced from each other. After the tang release the grips return to the position wherein they are close to each other.

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The invention relates to a device for attaching a pacifier to a baby’s clothes.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Nipples for soothing babies, or soother pacifiers, are used to satisfy the need for infants and young children to suck and thereby soothe them. Dummy nipples essentially consist of a can, which in most cases is made of latex or silicone, and a protective shield that prevents the can from being swallowed. It is very important to keep the can clean. If the pacifier is used for the first time after cleaning, then this does not create problems at first. If the nipple falls to the floor, it may become contaminated and cannot be reused immediately if there are no adequate cleaning options. If a baby loses a pacifier during sleep, then he often cannot find it during wakefulness, which may result in a persistent disturbance in night sleep.

To date, devices are known for attaching a pacifier to a baby’s clothes, which prevent a nipple falling from the baby’s mouth and make it easier for a baby to find a nipple lost during sleep. From US Pat. No. 4,999,157, a device of this kind is known which comprises a polymer tape, one end of which in the form of a loop is fixed to the handle-ring of a pacifier, and the other end in the form of a second loop is connected to a clip for attaching to a child’s clothes.

The clamp is made of polymeric material in the form of a single part. It contains two tabs that are connected to each other at one end, and a tab with a through hole departs from the connection area, through which another loop is passed. The paws overlap and at the other end contain two jaws that, when creating prestress, are combined with each other. To do this, the clamp paws after manufacture are pressed against each other and, with the help of the locking rod connected to one of the paws, are held in the aligned position.

The known device has the disadvantage that it is a difficult task to provide a connection with a pacifier. A pacifier must be regularly disconnected from the device to attach to the baby’s clothes for cleaning. In addition, the known device cannot be connected to the pacifier with a round knob.

In addition, the disadvantage is that the clamp is easily separated from the child’s clothes, since for this you just need to gently press two freely lying paws to each other. In addition, the clip is not suitable for attaching to the edge of the fabric, since the tabs are perpendicular to the clamping surfaces of both jaws, so that the clip with the protruding tabs should be vertically placed on the clothes. As a result, in order to attach the clip to the garment, it is additionally necessary to create a vertical fold to which the clip is attached so that the protruding tabs are adjacent to the outside of the garment. Mounting on a small crease is also unreliable, so that the clip can be easily detached.

US 6,638,298 B1 describes a combination of a clamp with a pacifier cover and a ribbon. The cover contains a cavity for the nipple of the pacifier. The tape is attached to the clamp jaw. Attaching the clip to the baby’s clothes and detaching it is difficult due to the cover taking up. In addition, when attaching, the tape can get between the jaws of the clip, which will facilitate the accidental disconnection of the clip from the clothes.

JP 2005000313 A discloses a pacifier with ventilation holes that allow the baby to breathe when the nipple is swallowed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Based on this, the basis of the invention is to provide a device for attaching a pacifier to the baby’s clothes, which could be easily attached and disconnected.

The problem is solved by the device with the characteristics of claim 1 of the present invention. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are given in the dependent claims.

The device according to the present invention for attaching a pacifier to the baby’s clothes contains:

- flexible tape

- a clip located at one end of the flexible tape and designed to be attached to the clothes of the child, and

- a buckle located on the other end of the flexible tape, which on one side contains an elastic fastener ring for fixing the dummy nipples on the knob-handle, and on the other hand, a tongue that can be inserted into the fastener ring when it is threaded through the nipple ring handle -discharges and straightened.

The device according to the present invention can be easily fixed both on a pacifier with a handle-knob, and on a pacifier with a handle-ring. In the first type of nipples, the mounting ring is simply put on the knob. In the second type of nipple, the fastening ring is threaded through the handle-ring of the nipples and straightened so that it covers the handle-ring like a loop. After that, the loop is closed by introducing the tongue into the expanded mounting ring. The tongue is preferably elastic. In both cases, a reliable connection is ensured between the tape and the pacifier, which can easily be opened by an adult, in particular, if the pacifier is necessary to clean.

The tape can be fastened to the buckle in various ways, for example, by gluing or welding. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the buckle is in the form of a disk and comprises two parallel slots for threading nipple tapes through them. One end of the nipple tape can be looped through both slots and secured, for example, by tying a knot.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the buckle is in the form of a circular disc. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the fastening ring and tongue extend outwardly from the diametrically opposite edges of the fastening buckle.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the buckle, the fastening ring and the tongue are made as a single part.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the buckle, the fastening ring and the tongue are made of a polymer material or silicone.

Further, the object of the present invention is solved by a device with the features of claim 7. Preferred embodiments of this device are described in the following dependent claims.

The device according to the present invention for attaching a pacifier to the baby’s clothes contains:

- flexible tape

a device for attaching to a pacifier at one end of the tape, and

- a clip for attaching to the child’s clothes at the other end of the tape, which contains a base in the form of a disk with two tabs on one of its sides, these tabs at the ends containing sponges that, when pressed at least one elastic tab, move from position to in which they are close to each other, in a position in which they are removed from each other, and when released, the legs return to the position in which they are close to each other, and the base near the edge contains a slot through which a portion of the tape is passed.

In the device according to the present invention, the legs are on one side of the disk-shaped base. The clip may be fixed to the edge of the garment, with the base parallel to the upper side of the garment close to the edge of the garment. This ensures reliable clamping. Attaching the clip to the base allows the use of jaws with a large area, which, in turn, contributes to the reliable attachment of the clip to clothing. Due to the fact that the base closes the clamp, it is difficult for the child to press the clamp. An adult can easily open the clamp by moving his index finger under the springy foot, putting his thumb on the base and squeezing the index and thumb. If the pacifier has dropped out of the mouth, the baby can easily find it, and it gropingly advances the hand from the smooth and easily distinguishable surface of the base along the tape to the pacifier.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the base is round or oval. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the base has at least one ventilation opening for breathing if the child swallows the clip.

The base near its edge has a slot for passing through it a portion of the tape. The end of the tape can be passed through the slot and closed in the form of a loop, for example - tied in a knot.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the legs are in the form of strips so that they do not exert unpleasant pressure on the surface of the body.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the tabs on the sides facing each other have recesses whereby the tabs snap together. This contributes to the manufacture of the clamp of polymer material in the form of a single part, which is described in detail in US 4990157 for the case of the execution of the legs in the form of strips.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the jaws are disc-shaped, with large clamping surfaces contributing to a secure fit. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, for securely attaching to the clothes, the sponges on the sides facing each other comprise means for engaging the garment. These means are, for example, protruding teeth or ribs. The protruding ribs preferably have a saw tooth profile.

According to one of the embodiments of the present invention, the clamp is made in the form of a single part. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, it is made of a polymeric material, for example polypropylene. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the clamp is made by injection molding. Preferably, the clamp is injection molded so that the inner sides of the jaws are pulled apart after being removed from the injection molding device, but can be aligned with the lateral displacement of the tabs, so that in the initial position they are adjacent to each other with the inner sides under a preliminary elastic stress. In this sense, the manufacture is essentially analogous to the manufacture of a one-piece clamp according to US 4990157. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the legs are heated in boiling water before they are mechanically aligned so that the legs do not break when the legs are aligned.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the clip, at least on the side of the base remote from the legs, is overprinted. The overprint can be, for example, a picture and / or logo of the manufacturer, which is widespread in the case of pacifiers.

Preferably, the device according to claim 7 further has the features of the device according to claim 1 and, if necessary, the features of the dependent claims given after claim 1.

The following tape embodiments relate both to the embodiment of the present invention according to claim 1, and to the embodiment of the present invention according to claim 7.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the tape is made of a polymer film or of textile material. In the case of textile material, we are talking about a flexible material, which consists of a set of fibers.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tape is made of a polymeric material or natural material. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the tape is made of polyester.

The tape may be, for example, a thread or cord. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tape consists of a flat material.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the end of a portion of a tape passed through an aperture of a clamp and / or an attachment device is sewn and / or glued and / or welded and / or crocheted and / or knotted and / or woven , and / or connected, and / or connected by buttons to the tape at a certain distance from its end.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

According to figure 1 and figure 2, the device contains a flexible tape 1. The tape 1 may consist, for example, of a fabric of polymer fibers.

A clip 2 is fixed at one end of the tape 1. A device 3 is fixed to the other end of the tape 1 for attaching to the pacifier 4 with the handle-ring 5 (Figure 1) or to the pacifier 6 with the handle-knob 7 (Figure 2 ) The pacifiers 4, 6 contain a protective shield 8, from the concave inner side of which protrudes the can 9 of the nipple.

According to figure 3, the clip 2 contains a disk-shaped base 10 with ventilation holes 11, providing breathing of the child in case of swallowing the clip. On one side of the disk-shaped base 10 are tabs 12, 13 in the form of strips. The foot 12 is slightly curved outward. The legs 12, 13 are located in approximately the same direction at an acute angle to the disk-shaped base 10 and at the ends contain jaws 14, 15. The jaws 14, 15 are bent from the legs 12, 13 at such an angle that when the legs 12, 13 are aligned (see Fig. .4) they are located almost parallel to the base 10. The sponges 14, 15 on the inner sides, which, when the tabs 12, 13 are aligned, are directed towards each other, contain several parallel ribs 16, 17 in the form of saw teeth. The tabs 12, 13 on the sides have recesses 19, 20. The tab 13 inside contains a rib 13.1, which prevents the introduction of the finger and its clamping between the tab 13 and the base 10.

The base 10 has an oval shape and in the edge region (where the oval has a small radius) contains a slot 18 through which the end of the tape 1 can be passed (Figs. 1 and 2).

Clamp 2 is made as a single piece of polypropylene by injection molding. After being removed from the injection molding device, the clamp is heated in boiling water and the tabs 12, 13 are aligned so that the recesses 19, 20 engage. The jaws 14, 15 are energized and aligned with their ribbed inner sides.

The tape 1 is passed at one end through the slot 18 and stitched, and / or glued, and / or this missed end is welded with tape 1.

The device 3 for attachment to a pacifier-dummy according to Figure 5 is a fastening buckle 21 in the form of a circular disk, which contains two parallel slots 22, 23 for threading the end of the tape 1. On the opposite sides of the fastening buckle 21 protrude outwardly the mounting ring 24 and the tongue 25 This device 3 for attachment to a pacifier is made in the form of a single part of a polymer material or silicone, for example by injection molding.

This device 3 for attachment to a pacifier is connected to the end of the tape 1, threaded through slots in the form of a loop and sewn and / or glued and / or welded to the tape 1 (Figures 1 and 2).

According to Fig.1 and Fig.6, the device 3 for attachment to the pacifier 4 can be attached to the handle ring 5, while the mounting ring 24 is threaded through the handle ring 5 and straightened, after which the tongue 25 is inserted.

According to Figure 2, the device 3 for attaching to the pacifier-dummy can be connected to the handle-knob 7, while the mounting ring 24 is put on the knob 7.

The connection between the device and the pacifier 4, 6 can easily be disconnected by performing the steps in the reverse order.

In addition, the device can be securely fixed to the edge of the garment with a clip 2.

According to Fig. 7, the clamp 2.1 on the base 10.1 contains tabs 12.1, 13.1, jaws 14.1, 15.1 of which in the closed state are oriented parallel to each other (Fig. 7.1), while in the open state the jaws 14.1, 15.1 diverge according to the type of scissors (Fig. 7.2).

According to Fig. 8, the clamp 2.2 on the base 10.2 contains tabs 12.2, 13.2, jaws 14.2, 15.2 of which in the closed state are located at an acute angle to each other (Fig. 8.1), while in the open state the jaws 14.2, 15.2 are located almost parallel to each other friend (Fig. 8.2).

According to Fig.9, the clamp 2.3 contains the tabs 12.3, 13.3, and the tab 12.3 on the jaw 14.3 is provided with only one rib 16.3, and the tab 13.3 on the jaw 15.3 is equipped with two ribs 17.3. The rib 16.3 in the closed state of the clamp 2.3 is located between the ribs 17.3.

According to figure 10, the clip 2.4 contains the tabs 12.4, 13.4. The sponge 14.4 of the foot 124 is provided with several parallel ribs 16.4, the height of which decreases in the direction from the free end of the foot 12.4. The sponge 14.4 of the foot 13.4 is also provided with several parallel ribs 17.4, the height of which decreases in the direction from the free end of the foot 13.4.

Claims (15)

1. A device for attaching a pacifier to the baby’s clothes, which contains
flexible tape (1);
a clip (2) for attaching to a child’s clothes at one end of the flexible tape (1); and
a buckle (21) on the other end of the flexible tape (1), which on one side contains an elastic fastening ring (24) for putting on the dummy handle (7) pacifiers (6), and on the other hand, the tongue (25), made with the possibility of screwing into the mounting ring (24) after holding this ring through the handle-ring (5) of the pacifier (4) and its expansion. 2. flexible tape (1);
a device (3) for attaching to a pacifier at one end of the flexible tape (1); and
a clip (2) for attaching to the child’s clothes at the other end of the tape (1), which contains a base (10) in the form of a disk with two legs (12, 13) on one of its sides, and these legs at the ends contain sponges (14, 15), which, when pressing at least one elastic tab (13), move from a position in which they are close to each other, to a position in which they are removed from each other, and when releasing the tab (13) returns to the position, in which they are close to each other, and the base (10) near the edge contains a slot (18) through which tape (1). 8.
