SUBSTANCE: disclosed is Enterobacteriaceae bacteria family - producer of L-aspartic acid, which is modified such that said bacteria contain aspartate dehydrogenase. Disclosed is a method of producing L-aspartic acid, involving growing said bacteria in a culture medium and separating L-aspartic acid from the culture fluid.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain L-aspartic acid in a large amount.

Claims (21)
