Abstract

Изобретение относится к системе мониторинга состояния психической деятельности или сознания человека, обладающего ощущениями, в частности к устройству и способу определения состояния сознания субъекта, обладающего ощущениями, путем автоматического обнаружения переходных состояний посредством получения сигнала EEG (электроэнцефалограммы) и сравнения двух сигналов для обнаружения перехода и обеспечения предупредительного сигнала, когда происходит переход. Устройство содержит множество датчиков для получения множества непрерывных сигналов, средство для стимулирования, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала вызванного потенциала, средство получения, по меньшей мере, одного из множества непрерывных сигналов и средство для вычисления показателя для каждого полученного сигнала и для выбора показателя из вычисленных показателей, характерного для состояния сознания субъекта, обладающего ощущениями. Физиологические сигналы содержат один или более из сигналов EEG и, по меньшей мере, один сигнал мышечной активности, включающий в себя меру движения века. При этом устройство содержит средство контроля датчиков для установления качества сигналов. Способ включает регистрацию сигналов неврологической, сердечно-сосудистой и мышечной систем, стимулирование и анализ соматосенсорной, слуховой и визуальной вызванной активности, проведение электроэнцефалографического (ЭЭГ) исследования. При этом выполняют частотный и фазовый анализ электроэнцефалограмм с использованием одного или более из оптимизированного R&K анализа, анализа бикогерентности, анализа биспектра и анализа слухового вызванного потенциала. Каждый анализ адаптируют к специфическим для субъекта параметрам, включающим одно или более из массы тела, возраста и пола. Затем осуществляют перекрестный контроль и взвешивание весовых коэффициентов измеряемых параметров и определяют, находится ли субъект в переходе из состояния сознания в состояние меньшей степени сознания или наоборот. Claims (16)

1. Устройство для определения состояния сознания субъекта, обладающего ощущениями, путем получения физиологических данных от упомянутого субъекта, обладающего ощущениями, причем упомянутое устройство содержит средства в виде датчиков для получения множества непрерывных физиологических сигналов, средство для стимулирования, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала вызванного потенциала в упомянутом субъекте, обладающем ощущениями, средство для получения упомянутого, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала вызванного потенциала из, по меньшей мере, одного из упомянутого множества непрерывных физиологических сигналов и средство для вычисления показателя из каждого полученного сигнала и для выбора показателя из вычисленных показателей, характерного для состояния сознания субъекта, обладающего ощущениями.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором множество физиологических сигналов содержит один или более из сигнала EEG и, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала мышечной активности.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором сигнал мышечной активности включает в себя меру движения века.
4. Устройство по п.2 или 3, в котором сигнал EEG включает в себя непрерывный сигнал.
5. Устройство по п.2 или 3, содержащее средство для получения упомянутого сигнала вызванного потенциала из сигнала EEG.
6. Устройство по п.4, в котором средство для вычисления, по меньшей мере, одного показателя, характерного для состояния сознания упомянутого субъекта, обладающего ощущениями, содержит комбинацию упомянутого, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала вызванного потенциала и упомянутого сигнала EEG.
7. Устройство по п.6, содержащее средство для контроля множества датчиков на качество сигнала.
8. Устройство по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, в котором упомянутые средства для получения множества непрерывных физиологических сигналов или средство для получения упомянутого, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала вызванного потенциала включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один датчик одноразового использования.
9. Устройство по п.8, в котором упомянутый датчик одноразового использования содержит средство для его активации.
10. Устройство по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, в котором упомянутые средства для получения множества физиологических сигналов включают в себя электродный датчик, активируемый в ответ на давление, прикладываемое к средству для активации датчика оператором или пользователем устройства, причем сигнал получается от активированного электродного датчика.
11. Устройство по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, в котором упомянутое средство для стимулирования упомянутого, по меньшей мере, одного сигнала вызванного потенциала стимулирует одно или более из следующего: вызванную соматосенсорную, слуховую или визуальную реакцию.
12. Устройство по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, содержащее средство для отображения функционального или операционного состояния датчика.
13. Устройство по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, в котором упомянутое средство для стимулирования сигнала вызванной слуховой реакции содержит средство для стимулирования одной или более из парадигм вызванной реакции, в частности, звукового стимула, причем комбинация звукового стимула генерируется в соответствии с предварительно заданной последовательностью.
14. Устройство по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, содержащее средство для слухового или визуального оповещения оператора или пользователя о состоянии, по меньшей мере, одного датчика.
15. Способ определения состояния сознания субъекта, обладающего ощущениями, включающий регистрацию сигналов неврологической, сердечно-сосудистой и мышечной систем, стимулирование и анализ соматосенсорной, слуховой и визуальной вызванной активности, проведение электроэнцефалографического (ЭЭГ) исследования; при этом выполняют частотный и фазовый анализ электроэнцефалограмм с использованием одного или более из оптимизированного R&K анализа, анализа бикогерентности, анализа биспектра и анализа слухового вызванного потенциала, при этом каждый анализ адаптируют к специфическим для субъекта параметрам, включающим одно или более из массы тела, возраста и пола; осуществляют перекрестный контроль и взвешивание весовых коэффициентов измеряемых параметров и определяют, находится ли субъект в переходе из состояния сознания в состояние меньшей степени сознания или наоборот.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором способ выполняют в реальном времени.
