Abstract

FIELD: urban and rural settlements economics; industrial and commercial enterprises; methods of sorting of the industrial, commercial and the household solid wastes.
SUBSTANCE: the group of the inventions is pertaining to the field of the urban and rural settlements economics and may be widely used for sorting of the industrial, commercial and the household solid wastes, predominantly - the container garbage. The method and the complex for sorting of the wastes requires the usage of the sites equipped with the roofs, the reusable soft containers for handling the wastes, the auto trucks with the manipulators for transportation of the wastes to the sorting station. The sorting station includes the section of the sanitation treatment and repair of the containers, the load-lifting mechanisms, the site of dismantling of the large-size wastes, the sites of accumulation, the reception desk, the suspended horizontally-closed chain sorting conveyor with the hook-type suspensions for hanging of the soft containers with various sorts of the wastes, two perforated desks. At the conveyer movement the manual takeoff of the sacks with the wastes is exercised onto the perforated desk, their opening and placing of the certain types of the wastes in the soft containers. The soft containers with the remained different wastes are turned over and emptied above the perforated desk, where conduct the final sorting of the wastes at separation of the siftings onto the belt conveyer, using the iron-separator extract from the siftings the small iron-containing fractions, and from them manually takeoff the mercury-containing batteries. The sorted out wastes are removed in the soft containers for the waste-reprocessing or for dumping. The invention allows to raise the efficiency and quality of the wastes sorting, considerably to reduce the overall dimensions of the sorting equipment.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency and the improved quality of the wastes sorting, the considerable reduction of the overall dimensions of the sorting equipment.

1. Способ сортировки твердых отходов, включающий сбор, транспортировку и разгрузку отходов на сортировочном конвейере с извлечением определенных видов отходов ручным и механическим отбором и перемещением отсева и неутилизируемых отходов, отличающийся тем, что отходы собирают на специальных площадках, которые оборудуют крышами для защиты от атмосферных осадков и крючками для подвешивания мягких контейнеров, в которые сбрасывают как определенные виды отходов, в том числе пищевые отходы преимущественно в маленьких пакетах, так и различные виды отходов, а крупногабаритные отходы сбрасывают на пол специальных площадок, затем загружают и транспортируют грузовиками с манипулятором мягкие контейнеры с отходами и крупногабаритные отходы на сортировочную станцию, где разгружают на площадку разборки, затем разбирают крупногабаритные отходы и сортируют по определенным видам отходов в мягкие контейнеры, разгружают мягкие контейнеры с определенными видами отходов на площадки накопления, а с различными видами отходов на приемный стол, подвешивают за две диагонально расположенные ручки мягкие контейнеры с различными видами отходов на крючковые подвески подвесного горизонтально-замкнутого цепного сортировочного конвейера, а при движении последнего из мягких контейнеров извлекают мешки с различными видами отходов и сбрасывают их на первый перфорированный стол, извлекают и сбрасывают маленькие пакеты с пищевыми отходами и крупные фракции пищевых отходов на ленточный конвейер, извлекают и сбрасывают раздельно в мягкие контейнеры крупные фракции неутилизируемых отходов, случайно попавшие крупногабаритные отходы и макулатуру, проводят отбор маленьких пакетов с пищевыми отходами и крупных фракций пищевых отходов путем сброса в мягкие контейнеры, вскрывают мешки с различными видами отходов в мягких контейнерах, перевешивают мягкие контейнеры с диагонально расположенных на две соседние ручки, проводят ручной отбор текстиля, полимерных материалов, древесных отходов, стеклянной тары, черных и цветных металлов путем сброса в мягкие контейнеры, затем мягкие контейнеры с оставшимися различными видами отходов снимают с крючковых подвесок и переворачивают над вторым перфорированным столом, при этом на перфорированных столах вскрывают мешки с различными видами отходов, а при одновременном отведении отсева на ленточный конвейер, на котором удаляют из отсева с помощью железоотделителя мелкие фракции черных металлов, а из последних ручным отбором ртутьсодержащие батарейки, проводят отбор маленьких пакетов с пищевыми отходами и крупных фракций пищевых отходов путем сброса на ленточный конвейер, проводят отбор различных определенных видов отходов путем сброса в мягкий контейнер, проводят отбор случайно попавших крупногабаритных отходов в мягкие контейнеры, затем по мере наполнения, отправляют с помощью грузоподъемных механизмов на площадку разборки мягкие контейнеры с крупногабаритными отходами, отправляют на приемный стол мягкие контейнеры с различными определенными видами отходов, раздельно наполняют мягкие контейнеры отсевом и неутилизируемыми отходами, перемещают с помощью грузоподъемных механизмов на площадки накопления заполненные неутилизируемыми отходами, определенными видами отходов и отсевом мягкие контейнеры, затем загружают их на грузовики с манипулятором и отправляют на переработку или на захоронение, откуда освободившиеся мягкие контейнеры возвращают на участок санитарной обработки и ремонта мягких контейнеров сортировочной станции, где их готовят для дальнейшего использования при обращении с отходами.1.
