Варку фритты эмали осуществляют при температуре 1300-1350°С. Расплав гранулируют в воду. Гранулы размалывают мокрым способом до прохождения через сетку 0056. Полученный шликер с влажностью 44-47% наносят (напыляют) на подготовленную поверхность изделий из сплавов на основе серебра и закрепляют оплавлением при температуре 680-750°С.Enamel frit is cooked at a temperature of 1300-1350 ° С.
