State of the art

A device for the treatment and / or prevention of human diseases, comprising an element made with the possibility of bringing it into contact with a person in the area of the location of acupuncture points on it, which are supposed to influence (Medisana Acustim professional, Medisana AG, Meckenheim, 01/17/2000; Internet-Homepage: www.medisana.de), as well as the corresponding method, which consists in the fact that some element of such a device is introduced into contact with a person in the area of the location of the acupuncture points on which it is supposed to affect.

The disadvantages of the known device and method include the need to use an electric battery.

A known set is intended for the treatment and / or prevention of human diseases, including a set of material objects containing the drug, despite the fact that such a drug provides after interaction with the human body a chemical effect on its tissues. We are talking about the Syntrex kit (manufactured by Ferrosan A / C Denmark, DK-2860, Saborg, Reg. Ud. P No. 015658/01), which is selected as a prototype.

Such a kit includes a coated tablet, which includes a combination preparation composed of a dry extract of blueberries and beta-carotene concentrate with the addition of a number of excipients. Additionally, the prototype includes a blister, instructions for use and a cardboard box (see Instructions (consumer information) on the medical use of the drug).

Due to the use of an extract rich in trace elements necessary for the functioning of the human organ of vision, and beta-carotene, Sintrex should be characterized as a highly effective drug that meets the specified purpose.

In this case, however, it should be noted that the prototype orientates the consumer to limit himself solely to the chemical effect on the tissues of the organ of vision.

Indeed, it follows from the aforementioned instructions that taking Syntrex is sufficient to relieve visual fatigue syndrome during prolonged work with a computer and reading, to correct myopia of various degrees, etc., although, as is known, only one chemical effect on the mentioned tissues in the event of these and other disorders vision is not enough.

The claimed invention is intended to prompt a person to the idea that in the diagnosis, prevention, treatment of any disease requires an integrated approach and that only part of the relevant activities can be performed independently.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention is intended to improve the medical and hygienic culture of the population, and the main technical result from its implementation is the motivation for independent development by methods of exposure to acupuncture points.

Due to the diagnostic effect of exposure to acupuncture points, the use of the inventive kit allows you to individually quickly (i.e. correctly and quickly) achieve a technical result consisting in

- increasing the therapeutic and prophylactic effect of the use of drugs, both medicinal and included in the composition of food additives;

- providing highly effective impact on acupuncture points;

- creating conditions for protecting the rights of consumers of medical services, in particular, in ensuring the possibility of assessing the adequacy of the purpose of the drug, the qualifications of the person who prescribed the drug, the disclosure of fraud in the field of distribution of drugs, as well as in the field of services for exposure to acupuncture points and in the distribution of devices for such impacts;

- providing the ability to prevent unwanted drug administration, clarify the appropriateness of taking this drug in general, clarify the diagnosis or otherwise - the current state of a particular organ;

- providing the ability to identify the need to take another drug, correcting the pattern (schedule) of taking the drug;

- providing the ability to select the minimum sufficient current dose of the drug;

- the presentation of a complete set of tools for relieving acute conditions through a comprehensive effect on the body.

Additionally, it should be noted the convenience of using the presented device and set, as well as the availability of the proposed approach to the general public.

Here it is necessary to note the synergy of the proposed method and the traditional drug, as well as vitamin and mineral therapy.

Basically, the invention can be applied in the treatment and prevention of diseases of the internal organs of a person.

The invention can be useful to prevent complications of diseases, as well as reduce the suffering of the patient.

The claimed technical result is achieved as follows.

A kit is designed for the treatment and / or prophylaxis of diseases, including a material object containing a drug, despite the fact that such a drug provides, after interacting with the human body, a chemical effect on its tissues with the following main distinguishing features:

- the kit includes at least one device containing an element made with the possibility of its introduction into mechanical contact with a person in the area of location at the last acupuncture points that are supposed to be affected;

- said device includes an electrically unipolar physical body made with the possibility of electrical communication with a person made of a conductor or semiconductor, the capacity of which satisfies the condition:

For the most complete implementation of the invention, a number of particular distinguishing features are also included in the inventive kit:

Information on the possibility of implementing inventions

In the application materials, under the acupuncture points, in addition to the traditional points indicated in the corresponding atlases, we also mean points on the human skin that are sensitive to the discussed effect, located in areas of skin hyperesthesia.

A device for influencing acupuncture points can be as follows (Fig.1, 2). It should include element 6, made with the possibility of its introduction into contact with a person in the area of the location of acupuncture points on it, which are supposed to be affected. In this case, it must include an electrically unipolar physical body 1 made with the possibility of electrical communication with a person through an object 3 made of a conductor or semiconductor, also made of a conductor or semiconductor material, the capacity of which must satisfy condition (1).

In the particular case of the said object may be part of the body, for example, be a continuation of the latter.

In general, a ground bus or any massive metal object, such as water pipes, can be used as the mentioned body.

The said element can be located at the end (at the end) of the said object and is made with a rounding having a radius r satisfying condition (2).

The element itself can, in fact, be the end of the mentioned object.

Additionally, the device may include a handle made of dielectric material. Such a handle may cover said body.

The said object at some distance from the said element, for example between the element and the body, can be made curved at an angle α, satisfying condition (5).

The said element and / or a fragment of the said object located in close proximity to it may include an outer coating 5 with a material selected from the list: gold, molybdenum, nickel, niobium, tin, palladium, platinum, silver, tantalum, titanium, chromium, or alloy based on one of these materials.

Said element may be spring loaded. So, for example, the said object may include a flat spring 2.

In another embodiment, said element may be made in the form of a spring-loaded ball mounted in said object, as in a sleeve.

Mentioned body may be made in the form of a rod. This is the preferred option.

Said rod may be made of stainless steel or an alloy based on such steel.

Mentioned rod or said body can be composed of embedded pipes of different diameters or at least contain one such pipe, possibly deaf, and made sliding in the form of a telescopic antenna.

The mentioned rod can be made with an average cross-sectional area satisfying condition (3), and have a length L satisfying condition (4).

The device under discussion may include several of the mentioned objects, while the number of the latter, which determines the maximum possible number of acupuncture points that can be simultaneously affected, must satisfy condition (7).

Moreover, the mentioned objects should be located in such a way that the minimum possible distance between the acupuncture points, which can be affected simultaneously, determined by the minimum step of their movement, must satisfy condition (8).

A device in this design, as a rule, should be used in statics. For example, it should be placed under the patient.

Additionally, the claimed device in the said object may include an internal hole open from the side of the element. In production, a tool can be introduced into such a hole to reduce friction between the said element or object and the skin, as well as to reduce contact electrical resistance between them. There can be several such holes in an object.

Also, the inventive device may include an electric heater, and said body can be made with high heat capacity.

A design is possible in which the traditional needle used in acupuncture will act as the mentioned element. Before or after piercing, such a needle can be connected to the said body by means of a conductor or semiconductor or “grounded”.

The represented set can be used as follows.

Before, during or after taking the medication included in the kit, some element of the device, a conductor or semiconductor, must be introduced into contact with a person in the area of the location of the acupuncture points on which it is supposed to affect. Moreover, in the place of the said contact, they must ensure removal of the electric charge, in particular, leading to a decrease in the contact area of the instantaneous value of the electric potential caused by external electric and / or electromagnetic fields, or arising in connection with the vital activity of the human body. To this end, an object made of a conductor or semiconductor must be brought up to such a place before mechanical interaction with the skin, while the latter (object) must be connected to a physical body having a capacity that satisfies condition (1), or must make up with the said body one whole. In this case, it is necessary that the contact area between the said object and the skin, without taking into account the exit from the last fragments of the corresponding surfaces associated with micro- and macro-roughness, satisfy the condition:

To ensure such a condition with the said object, pressure must be applied to the skin that satisfies the condition:

Such an effect can be exerted, for example, by the hand, with the fingers of which the body or the handle enveloping it, or the object itself are squeezed.

The mentioned points can be selected on the basis of the characteristic irradiation of pain, and can - in accordance with current symptoms - look where it hurts. In some cases, it is advisable to use atlases of acupuncture points.

In the process of implementing the inventive method in order to search for acupuncture points, they can provide relative movement of the aforementioned object and skin when the first or second glides or rolls. In this case, according to acute or dull pain sensed by the mentioned person, they can find the specific location of such points that can subsequently be affected by the said object or element for a time that satisfies the condition:

In the process of such interaction, charge is removed, including in the above sense, from such a point, for which they ensure contact of the said object with a person in an appropriate place.

Practical studies show that the difference in sensations arising from the removal of charge from acupuncture points corresponding to diseased organs and the removal of charge from acupuncture points corresponding to healthy organs is so great that this difference, i.e. expressed pain, can serve as one of the reasons for making intermediate decisions in the process of diagnosis or in the process of clarifying the diagnosis or current condition.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the unwanted intake of the drug, and in particular to clarify the advisability of taking this drug in general. For example, if in the region of the right hypochondrium with the indicated effect of pain does not occur, then the need to take such a drug as, for example, cholenzyme is doubtful.

You can also identify the need for another drug. For example, if pain in the region of the left hypochondrium reveals itself during the indicated exposure, then it is advisable to examine the pancreas and at least take appropriate homeopathic remedies.

You can adjust the schedule for taking the drug - how often, in what doses. If the pain steadily disappears at lower doses than prescribed, then it is advisable to dwell on such lower doses.

The charge can be removed sequentially from several acupuncture points. At the same time, the mentioned displacements are carried out mainly along direct paths (Figs. 5, 6). Imaginary lines along which these movements are carried out should mainly be oriented along the spine or ribs, or shoulders.

During said removal, periodic reciprocating movements of said object relative to the skin can be carried out with a range that satisfies the condition

In this case, the number of cycles of such movements must satisfy the condition:

Also periodically, and possibly not, during the said removal, they can change the angle at which pressure is applied to the said point within the solid angle satisfying the condition

To achieve the maximum effect, it is desirable that 24 hours before the discussed effect on the acupuncture point is provided, a decrease in the concentration in the body of the said person of substances that reduce the electrical resistance of his body is ensured. To this end, the use by the aforementioned person of such products and nutritional supplements as alcohol (C ₂ H ₅ OH), salt (NCl), etc., is generally completely excluded, and normal sleep patterns are also established.

The recommended frequency of the discussed procedures is once a day or in case of any pain.

The problem is that with a low resistance of the human body tissues to electric current, the power released in them due to the absorption of external electric and electromagnetic fields is high, which in urban conditions significantly weakens the positive effect of the discussed exposure.

The inventive set can be performed as follows. It should include a material object containing the drug, despite the fact that such a drug provides, after interacting with the human body, a chemical effect on its tissues.

As the specified material object, the kit may include a portion of powder, tablet, capsule, soluble eye film, the volume of solution or infusion, or decoction, or liquid extract, ointment, made with the possibility of contact interaction in whole or in part with the user's body, despite the fact that such after the specified interaction, the drug provides a chemical effect on the tissues of the said organ.

Advantageously, the set should contain some set of such material objects.

In addition, the kit must contain at least one device, including an element made with the possibility of its introduction into mechanical contact with a person in the area of location on the last acupuncture points that are supposed to influence.

Additionally, the kit should include instructions for the use of the device in question, corresponding to the purpose of the said drug included in the kit. Such an instruction can be combined with instructions for the use of the drug itself.

Said device may be included in an individual package. Moreover, such a package may include antifriction and / or aromatic and / or disinfectant, as well as a substance that reduces contact resistance between the said element and the skin.

Returning to the prototype of the kit, we can additionally note the following. A kit similar to the aforementioned may include a set of material objects - tablets or capsules, or soluble eye films, sufficient for the minimum duration or amount of micronutrients used in a therapeutic or prophylactic course. In this case, the kit may include packaging of said kit, while said kit and material carrier can be combined by means of a fastener or a common packaging element with the device in question.

The fact is that although the implementation of the described method is associated with some inconveniences (the corresponding actions are to remove the charge from at least two points on the upper eyelid (near the nose and approximately in the middle of the eyebrow), it should be repeated periodically for 4-6 minutes throughout the day 30 minutes after each dose of the appropriate drug), it still allows a modern person to lead a familiar lifestyle, involving high visual stress, while minimizing the risk of acquiring chronic visual impairment.

The methodology for conducting the discussed actions is designed in such a way that the latter easily become a habit and do not require serious efforts. At the same time, the need for a comprehensive approach to the treatment and prevention of diseases of the organs of vision, including chemical and physical effects on the corresponding tissues, is paid to the user's attention each time they use capsules - a kit including the claimed device does not misinform the user about the sufficiency of taking capsules for treatment and prevention of eye diseases.

It should be noted here that the aforementioned device may act as the indicated device. Moreover, the kit may include a kit of the mentioned devices, each of which is intended for single use. Moreover, the number of devices included in the kit indicated here may be equal to the number of material objects included in the kit mentioned in the previous paragraph.

In relation to other preferred values of some parameters of the claimed objects.

Good results were obtained with the values of the mentioned capacitance equal to 1, ..., 5 pF.

Preferred is the value of said radius in the range of 0.5, ..., 1.0 mm.

Good results are achieved at a temperature of said element 38, ..., 50 ° C.

About approbation. A series of studies was conducted on the use of the claimed objects, which yielded positive results.

The possibilities of using the proposed method and device in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases of internal organs: digestion, such as the stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, duodenum, etc .; respiratory organs; circulatory organs, and in particular the heart; urinary organs.

Good results are shown when using the inventive device as an antispasmodic.

So, for example, it turned out to be advisable to use a pre-heated inventive device in the design with several of the mentioned objects for opening the gallbladder.

The applicability of the claimed kit was tested in the treatment of arthritis, etc. To date, no positive results have been identified, although there is preliminary practical evidence of a synergistic effect of the combined use of the inventive device with calcium - D ₃ therapy in terms of targeting the effects of this drug.

There is no doubt the analgesic effect of the described method and device.

When used in conjunction with drugs, the aforementioned effect from the claimed device was carried out 15, ..., 45 minutes after their administration.

We checked the synergistic effect of the claimed device on the effects of drugs such as cholensim, atenolol, noshpa, analgin, enzyme preparations, etc. The results are positive.

The possibility of using the proposed method in the prevention of vitamin-mineral deficiency among people with chronic diseases, as well as prone, for example, to acute respiratory infections, was investigated. The results confirm the feasibility of comprehensive prevention.

Some estimates.

When implementing the proposed method, characteristic pains disappear for a period of 3 to 10 hours.

When using the presented device in conjunction with a number of drugs, it is possible to reduce the daily doses of the latter by 30, ..., 50% or more. So, for example, the desired result is achieved when switching from the daily intake of 100 mg of atenolol to the use of 50 mg in case of parallel use of the presented device.

The connection of the distinguishing features of the claimed inventions with the technical result is mainly based on the simplicity of the implementation of the described method and set, as well as the use of the claimed set. At the same time, the low cost of the presented devices is indisputable, which, in particular, makes it possible to manufacture it in a single use.

According to the authors, the connection of the distinguishing features with the claimed technical result is obvious in view of the fact that each of these features (subject to the implementation of the main distinguishing feature) serves to achieve the latter, regardless of the others.

The invention is intended to remove the veil of secrecy from the procedure for influencing acupuncture points, making the latter understandable and accessible to a wide range of users.

The need to supplement any kit that includes the above drug with the claimed device is evidenced by the fact that in almost any underlying disease there may be complications and concomitant diseases for which the feasibility of using the inventive device has been proven.

Compared with traditional methods of influencing acupuncture points, the claimed method allows the procedure to be carried out without the use of special knowledge and skills, but based on simple instructions. Moreover, any active effects on the human body are excluded.

In conclusion, it should be noted that, with proper development of instructions for self-diagnosis, a consumer of medications (in particular, medicines) can independently verify the correctness of the prescriptions or confirm their suspicions about the incorrect diagnosis and seek the help of another doctor or other medical institution.
