Abstract

FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: resin applicable in manufacture of resin-bound chipboard, composites, and plywood glues, is prepared by condensation of formaldehyde component with a first portion of urea in presence of viscosity regulator at heating in variable-acidity medium and formaldehyde-to-urea molar ratio (1.9-2.1): 1, followed by after- condensation with additional portion urea at formaldehyde-to-urea molar ratio (1.01-1.5):1 and cooling resultant resin. As formaldehyde component, urea-formaldehyde concentrate, which is composition containing 57.0% formaldehyde, 22.8% urea, and 20.2% water is used at formaldehyde-to-urea molar ratio 1:5. Process is conducted in presence of amine modifier, in particular 10-60% as of polyamine with general formula:

Способ получения модифицированной карбамидоформальдегидной смолы путем конденсации формальдегидного компонента с первой порцией карбамида в присутствии регулятора вязкости - деминерализованной воды или водного раствора метанола, при нагревании в среде с переменной кислотностью при мольном отношении формальдегида к карбамиду 1,9-2,1, с последующей доконденсацией полученного продукта с дополнительным количеством карбамида при мольном отношении формальдегида к карбамиду 1,01-1,5 и охлаждением готовой смолы, причем процесс проводят в присутствии аминного модификатора, отличающийся тем, что в качестве формальдегидного компонента используют карбамидоформальдегидный концентрат, представляющий собой композицию, содержащую 57,0 мас.% формальдегида, 22,8 мас.% карбамида и 20,2 мас.% воды при мольном отношении карбамида к формальдегиду 1:5, в качестве аминного модификатора применяют 10-60%-ный водный раствор полиамина общей формулыA method of obtaining a modified urea-formaldehyde resin by condensing a formaldehyde component with a first portion of urea in the presence of a viscosity regulator — demineralized water or an aqueous solution of methanol, when heated in a medium with variable acidity with a molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea of 1.9–2.1, followed by post-condensation of the obtained product with an additional amount of urea with a molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea 1.01-1.5 and cooling the finished resin, and the process is carried out in addition an amine modifier, characterized in that a urea-formaldehyde concentrate is used as the formaldehyde component, which is a composition containing 57.0 wt.% formaldehyde, 22.8 wt.% urea and 20.2 wt.% water with a molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde 1: 5, as an amine modifier, a 10-60% aqueous polyamine solution of the general formula is used
