SUBSTANCE: invention presents fluorinated graft copolymer, the polymeric electrolyte containing this copolymer, and lithium accumulator battery with the polymeric electrolyte. The graft copolymer of monomethylic ether of polyethylene glycol and copolymer trifluoroethylenechloride and vinylidene fluoride is described by formula I:
