 The invention relates to medical cosmetics, namely to cleaning and medical masks for skin care.

 Known masks can increase the degree of facial skin cleansing without removing beneficial substances from skin cells due to surface sorption cleaning and "grinding" of the skin, as well as provide a more physiological effect of the cosmetic product on skin cells.

 A well-known mask is complex in composition and may be unsuitable for some skin types.

 However, in clays contained in masks, the process of absorbing moist skin secretions is rather slow, which affects the therapeutic effect of masks with its use.

 The objective of the invention is the creation of a mask for skin care, which will provide anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-edematous effect, increasing skin elasticity and rejuvenation, expanding the range of products for this purpose.

 The technical result consists in expanding the range of masks for skin care, which will provide anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-edematous effect, increasing elasticity and skin rejuvenation.

 This is achieved by the fact that the mask for skin care containing substances of mineral origin, according to the invention as a substance of mineral origin contains tripoli in the ratio of 3 parts by weight Tripoli and 1 wt.h. water.

 In this case, the mask may additionally contain 1 parts by weight tinctures of medicinal plants.

 Moreover, the mask additionally contains 1 wt. including alum and 2 parts by weight starch.

 The difference of the proposed solution is the use of Tripoli as a substance of mineral origin, which refers to biogenic elements and is a natural formation containing biogenic silica. A very important indicator that determines many useful properties of biogenic silicas is the complex cellular structure of the surface, due to which there is good adsorption of skin metabolite products. At the same time, masks containing tripoli remove puffiness, hyperemia, resolve primary morphological elements, as a result of which the skin's perspective is improved, and the water-lipid mantle is restored.

To prepare the mask used:

 Of trace elements in tripoli contain: copper, molybdenum, fluorine, manganese, phosphorus. Heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury) are not contained. Used tripoli finely ground with a particle size of 0.03-0.04 mm.

Example 1

 Patient I., female, 19 years old. She suffered from acne from 15-16 years. Complaints when referring to the periodic appearance of blackheads on the skin of the face. Facial skin with increased sebum. The mouths of the sebaceous glands are contaminated, especially in the nose and nasolabial folds.

 When pressing on the area of the nasolabial folds of the sebaceous glands, a liquid, translucent, oily content is released. On the skin of the chin, forehead - inflamed nodules of bright pink color, soft consistency and minor inflammatory infiltrates of 0.1-0.2 cm in size, at the top of which there are small purulent vesicles. The skin around the pustules is slightly hypermediated.

 Diagnosis: oily seborrhea, papular-pustular acne.

 Recommended: treatment of concomitant diseases, hardening of the body, adherence to diet, personal hygiene, rehabilitation of foci of chronic infection.

Treatment: diet with a restriction of animal fats, carbohydrates, salt, smoked meats. Vitamin therapy A, E, C for 1 month. Vitamins B ₆ , B ₁ , purified sulfur 0.5 g x 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal - 1 month, zinc sulfate in a daily dose - 40 mg - 1 month after a meal.

 After a 12-day treatment, the skin condition improved, and a clinical recovery occurred during the 1.5-month treatment.

 Example 2

 Patient V., 15 years old, husband. He complained of the appearance of "black", fatty multiple dots on the face, on the back skin of the "cones" painful and blackheads. In the anamnesis: denies an allergy, is healthy, heredity is burdened.

 Objectively: facial skin with increased sebum secretion. The mouths of the sebaceous glands are contaminated. When pressed, sebum is allocated with difficulty, dense texture, with an unpleasant odor. There are also compacted formations with a dark head of various sizes. Deep cysts of the sebaceous glands, slightly above the skin, whitish and yellowish formations, single dense painful nodes of cyanotic-crimson color on the back.

 Diagnosis: thick seborrhea, comedones, atheromas, condensed acne. Recommended: diet with restriction of animal fats, carbohydrates, spices. Proper hygiene procedures, hardening.

 Treatment: D. Arsonvalization of the skin of the face and back 10, cryomassage 10, antiseptic lotions, zinc ointments with ichthyol. For resorption of atheromas and densified blackheads - after 10 days - massage according to Jacques. Before going to bed for 1 hour from the first day of treatment, a mask containing 3 parts by weight was applied. Tripoli, 1 parts by weight water and 1 parts by weight calendula 10 days after the start of treatment, mechanical cleaning of the face was carried out, after which a mask containing 3 parts by weight was applied. Tripoli, 1 parts by weight water, 0.1 parts by weight alum and 1 part by weight starch for 20 minutes. The mask is removed with a cotton swab.

Inside: Vitamin A - 200 thousand ME 1 time per day after meals - 1 month. Vitamin E - 10 mg 1 time - 10 days, vitamin B ₆ - 0.01 mg 2 p. per day - 1 month; zinc sulfate 150 mg x 3 times daily after meals.

 After a 1-month course, local treatment with a mask containing 3 parts by weight was performed during the week. Tripoli, 1 parts by weight water and 1 parts by weight of calendula. A month later, again inside, they repeated the course of treatment with vitamins.

 The skin condition improved after 1 month, and clinical recovery came after 4 months.

 Example 3

 Patient T., 25 years old, female. She complained of the appearance of blackheads on the skin of the face mainly in the spring and autumn, with minor itching.

 An allergic history without features. History: chronic adnexitis.

 Objectively: facial skin with increased sebum secretion. The mouths of the sebaceous glands are contaminated. In the region of the nasolabial triangle, pink diffuse erythema was noted against the background of seborrhea, cheek teleangiectasia, inflammatory nodules of a bright pink color, soft consistency, slight infiltrates, on the top of which there were small purulent vesicles, the skin around which was hyperemic.

 Diagnosis: rosacea, papular-pustular stage.

Treatment: ascorutin 1 tablet. x 3 times a day for 1 month, with repeated courses in 2-3 weeks. Vitamins B ₁ and B ₆ - 15 v / m in 1 ml. Aevit - 1 drop 1 time per day - 30 days. Tetracycline 1 g / day for 10 days. 500,000 units of nystatin x 4 times a day for 10 days. Tiberal 1 capsule 2 times a day for 5 days.

 Outwardly: metrogil-gel - wash 1-2 times a day. 3 weeks. Antiseptic lotions with Trichopolum. Cryomassage 20.

 After drying of the inflammatory elements, the residual scars were treated by applying a mask consisting of 3 parts by weight to the face skin. Tripoli and 1 wt.h water for 10 days. Clinical recovery occurred 1.5-2 months after the start of treatment.

 Example 4

 Patient N., 35 years old, female She complained of partial hair loss and the formation of a lesion in the parietal region. The duration of the lesion is 2-3 months. In the anamnesis: goiter of 2 degrees.

 Objectively: the hair is dark, with twitching 1-2 hairs fall out, slight itching is noted in the scalp. In the parietal region, the lesion is 2.5-4.0 cm in size, with uneven edges. Around the hearth, the hair is diluted, dry thin hair is preserved.

 Diagnosis: focal alopecia of the scalp of the parietal region on the right. Progressive stage.

 Recommended: consultation of an endocrinologist, a psychotherapist, general clinical tests with the conclusion of a therapist and a neurologist.
