Description

 The invention relates to electronic systems, namely to information transmission systems, for example via the Internet.

 A known method of transmitting information by telephone, which consists in transmitting information to the computer of the paging company from the sender by telephone, transmitting information from the computer of the paging company to the recipient on the pager [1].

 The disadvantage of this method is that the information may not be received by the recipient of the paging company, but completely lost if the recipient's pager is in the reception zone.

 A known method of transmitting information by telephone, which consists in transmitting information to the computer of the paging company from the sender by telephone; send information from the computer of the paging company to an electronic machine in the recipient’s electronic mail box by electronic address via the Internet [2].

 The disadvantage of this method of transmitting information is that the sender cannot transfer information to the recipient’s email inbox at the recipient’s email address, provided that the recipient of the information is not the recipient of the paging company.

 The technical result of the proposal is the transfer of information by telephone to the recipient’s email address and to the database, provided that the recipient of the information is not the recipient of the paging company.

 To achieve a technical result, a method for transmitting information by telephone is proposed, according to which information is transmitted to the paging company’s computer from the sender by telephone, this information is sent from the paging company’s computer to the computer with the electronic mailbox of the intermediary subscriber by his electronic address via the electronic network, and then transmitted information from the computer with the electronic mailbox of the intermediary subscriber to the computer with the robot program, is processed by the robot program received information for the presence of keywords in it, the robot program determines the purpose of the information by keywords, the information is transmitted for storage from the computer with the robot program to the computer with the database, still unsent information is sent from the database to be sent to the recipient’s email address, to the computer with the robot program, the robot program sends this information through the electronic network to the recipient’s electronic address, to his electronic machine containing his electronic mail box.

 In addition, in the proposed method, information is transmitted from the computer on which the database is located to the recipient’s electronic machine in a constant connection mode. This allows you not to lose information, but to save it and receive it directly from the database if the information cannot be sent to the recipient at his email address (for example, if the recipient did not leave it).

 The information transmitted by the sender to the recipient should contain the keyword received by the recipient during registration in the system.

 There can be an unlimited number of senders and recipients of information.

 The recipient’s electronic mailbox 12 may not be located on the recipient’s electronic machine 11, but on any computer (not shown) that is connected to an electronic network, such as the Internet 4.

 The electronic mailbox 6 of the intermediary subscriber, the robot program 8, the database 10 may not be located on different computers, as shown in the drawing, but may be located on one computer, or all individual computers may be connected to a local network with an output, for example, to the Internet 4 (not shown in the drawing).

 Thus, a method for transmitting information by telephone, through existing systems for transmitting information to electronic machines of any recipients connected to any electronic networks, is proposed. Information transmitted by an unlimited number of senders via telephone over the telephone network will go to the databases and e-mail addresses of an unlimited number of recipients whose machines are connected, for example, to the Internet, without being lost.
