Вышеупомянутый недостаток исключается тем, что в печи агрегата непрерывного горячего цинкования (АНГЦ), включающего ванну для цинкования с расплавом цинка, содержащую корпус со стенками и подом, нагревательные элементы, размещенные в стенках и поде корпуса, и крышку, шарнирно соединенную с корпусом, корпус печи выполнен в виде 2-х секций, разделенных перегородкой с патрубком в нижней части, и герметичной третьей секции, расположенной над второй секцией и соединенной с ней нагнетающей трубкой, при этом к третьей секции присоединен вакуум-провод и сливной патрубок с клапаном. В первой секции имеется перфорированная изложница и шарнирно соединенная крышка с нагревательным элементом. Дросс загружается в перфорированную изложницу 11 и секция 4 закрывается крышкой 12 с нагревателем, расплавленный цинк собирается в секциях 4 и 5, через определенные промежутки времени включается вакуум-насос (на чертеже не показан), в секции 6 создается вакуум и расплавленный цинк из секции 4 и 5 по нагнетательной трубке 7 поступает в секцию 6, при отключении вакуум-насоса открывается клапан 9 и расплавленный цинк поступает в ванну линии АНГЦ.
