Abstract

Any half is made of telescopic components or halves of a branch can be connected by telescopic way and movable intermediate members can be placed between halves of branches.

EFFECT: prevention of complications during long-time usage of device at joint areas.

Description

The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to devices for rapprochement and dilution of the edges of the wound.

There are various devices for information and breeding the edges of the wound. The device closest in technical essence to the proposed one is a device for reducing the edges of the wound, taken as a prototype (1) and containing a gear rack with pressure plates made prefabricated and containing spikes and holes for mounting brackets, and a ratchet mechanism with a handle.

However, this device has significant disadvantages:

- the inability to use the device to bring the edges of the wound in the joints due to the rigidity of the structure;

- the use of the device for a long time can lead to complications in the form of stiffness in the joint due to contracture, ankylosis, etc.

The aim of the present invention is the prevention of complications with prolonged use of the device to bring the edges of the wound in the joints.

This goal is achieved in that the jaws are made of two halves that can rotate relative to each other in the plane of motion of the joint, which creates the conditions for long-term use of the device without the occurrence of complications of this nature.

The implementation of the jaw of telescopic components provides free movement of the joint when installing the device on its lateral and flexion surfaces with simultaneous external fixation and rapprochement of the edges of the wound.

The presence of a movable intermediate element between the halves provides free movement of the joint when installing the device on its extensor surface and, as a result, the absence of complications (stiffness) during prolonged use of the device.

A device for converging the edges of the wound in the area of the joints (Figs. 1-3) consists of branches made of two halves 1, 2; 3, 4, with the possibility of rotation relative to each other in the area of movement of the joint (by, for example, rolling bearings 5, 6). Half of the branches are equipped with spikes 7 and are interconnected by fixing devices 8 (for example, studs and nuts).

A device for converging the edges of the wound can be performed in three versions. A feature of the variant of the device for converging the edges of the wound on the lateral surface of the joint (Fig. 1) is that halves 3, 4 of one of the branches are connected telescopically, which allows changing its length.

In the second embodiment, the branches of the device for converging the edges of the wound on the extensor surface of the joint (figure 2) have movable intermediate elements 10 connected to the halves 1, 2; 3, 4 by means of rolling bearings 5, 6.

In an embodiment of the device for converging the edges of the wound on the flexion surface of the joint (Fig. 3), the jaw is made of telescopic halves 1, 2 connected by rolling bearings 5.

A device for rapprochement of the edges of the wound in the joints works as follows (Fig.1-3). Initially, depending on the location of the wound 9, the necessary device design option is selected. Next, they lay the device on the surface to be pressed by deposition, so that the spikes penetrate into the soft tissues and bring together the halves 1, 2; 3, 4 by means of a ratchet mechanism with a handle and a gear rack, squeezing the edges of the wound 9 to a complete stop of bleeding and their adaptation, after which half 1, 2; 3, 4, the jaw is fixed by means of fixing devices 8 (for example, studs and nuts). After wound healing, the device is removed.

1. A device for rapprochement of the edges of the wound in the joint area, containing jaws of two halves that can rotate relative to each other, characterized in that the halves of the jaws are mounted to rotate in the plane of movement of the joint and can be connected to each other by means of fastening devices, each half is made of telescopic components or half of one of the branches is connected telescopically, and movable intermediate elements are placed between the halves. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a ratchet mechanism with a handle and a gear rack. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting device is made in the form of studs and nuts. 4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable intermediate elements are connected to the halves by means of rolling bearings.
