Technical field

The invention relates to light industry, and in particular to a method of packaging for the presentation (demonstration), storage and transportation of absorbent diapers, usually sold unpacked.

State of the art

It is a well-known widely used method of packaging and traditional presentation of textile products, including products such as bedding, including placing products in packages such as rectangular bags, sometimes transparent, rolled up after repeated folding of the product in a planar orientation.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed method is a known method of packaging by folding a hygroscopic product (diaper or hygiene product) (RU 98118776 from 2000.09.10), consisting of many elements that determine the folding method.

The disadvantages of the known packaging methods by folding textile products in a planar orientation is that the products (for example, bedding items) are usually stacked on top of each other, which prevents the full demonstration of the material (color) of individual products, if they are of different colors, as well as this makes it difficult to freely remove individual items from the bag. In the case of the packaging method by folding the diaper or hygiene products, we are usually talking about a method of packaging complex products having a special design that defines the folding method, which is not critical for products of a simple shape, for example, close to rectangular. In addition, diapers of a special design, consisting of multilayer structures, including moisture-proof insulating layers, cause harmful local overheating of the body, which differs from textile diapers and diapers.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The technical result of the claimed invention is to improve the usability of the package, increase its rigidity and reliability when packing diapers, as well as increase the attractiveness of packaged textile hygroscopic diapers, provide a clear demonstration of the material from which the products are made, including structure and color, and facilitate the removal of products from the package, the implementation of packaging products (diapers) with a shape close to rectangular, which are traditionally not packaged, but sold in stores fat, getting out of the foot. The inventive method of packaging also allows for the implementation of packaged products such as diapers and diapers through pharmacies, which is not a traditional implementation for textile diapers and diapers. In addition, the products can be sterilized in the packaging, which expands the scope of textile products. In addition, products can be packaged while being flavored, which increases the attractiveness of products.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a rectangular package placed products (for example, diapers, diapers, etc.) of a rectangular shape, folded not traditionally on top of each other, but in a row after their multiple addition in the form of longitudinally oriented straight quadrangular prisms (1) figure 1 or with a possible subsequent spiral-shaped coagulation in the form of an elongated cylinder (2) of figure 1. Folded products are stacked in a single layer. Packaging becomes more convenient to use, due to the placement of multiple folded products in it, its rigidity and reliability are increased.

In addition, the products can also be folded in the form of identical flat straight triangular prisms (3) of Fig. 1, the hypotenuses of the bases of which (7) are in contact when placed in a bag opposite each other (Fig. 2 c)), with possible subsequent folding in a bag in at least one layer (FIG. 2 c)). At the same time, as in two other cases, the usability of the package is increased, its rigidity and reliability are increased, the ability to select products, retrieve, demonstrate, store with possible previous sterilization or aromatization before being placed in a bag with sealing along the edge or with closure is facilitated. it using the valve (5) (Fig. 2 a), 2 c), 2 c)).

In order to expand the scope of application of packaged textile diapers by the indicated packaging method, it becomes possible to realize sterile textile diapers in pharmacies in cases where the products are placed in a bag after sterilization. With hermetically sealed package, it is also possible to preserve the sterility of textile absorbent products used for personal hygiene (such as diapers and diapers) if used immediately after removal from the package. With regard to textile diapers and diapers, the ability to sell them packaged makes them more competitive than diapers of complex designs that cause local overheating of the body, which is negligible when using textile products.
