Abstract

FIELD: production of fur articles.

SUBSTANCE: method involves applying fur strips with its side opposite to pile surface to substrate surface and attaching said strips on surface by wrapping with thread stitch loops at outside for closing at least part of substrate surface with piles of strips; applying each fur strip onto substrate surface for defining alternating rectilinear and looped portions; providing attachment of said strips along the entire length of rectilinear portions, with fur strips being arranged along width of substrate at frequency directly proportional to density of fur article to be manufactured.

EFFECT: reduced labor consumption and wider range of fur articles.

Description

The invention relates to a technology for the manufacture of fur products and is intended for use in furrier-tailoring production.

A known method of manufacturing articles of fur, including the use of strips of fur, interconnected with the formation of the cellular structure of the fur fabric, while before fastening the strips of fur into the cellular structure, the latter are pre-twisted and fixed in a twisted state (SU, patent 1725736, class A 41 D 5/00, 1992).

This method is very time consuming and requires significant costs.

There is a known method of manufacturing articles of fur, in which fur strips are laid on the surface of the substrate with the side opposite to its pile surface, and fixed to the surface by enveloping the stitches of the filament seam from the outside, covering at least part of the surface of the substrate with pile of strips (SU, patent 1725735, class A 41 D 5/00, 1992). This method is adopted as the closest analogue. The disadvantage of this method is the significant investment of time and the limited range of fur products.

The objective of the present invention is to reduce the time spent on the manufacture of fur products and expand their range.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the method of manufacturing articles of fur, in which fur strips are applied to the surface of the substrate with the side opposite to its pile surface and fixed to the surface by enveloping the stitches of the filament seam from the outside, covering at least part of the surface of the substrate with pile of strips, each which are superimposed on the surface of the substrate with the formation of alternating rectilinear and loop-like sections, and fixing is carried out along the entire length of the rectilinear sections, while the fur stems strips have a width of the substrate at a rate directly proportional to the density of the manufactured fur products.

In addition, the task is solved due to the fact that the loop-shaped sections are located on one side of the longitudinal axis of each fur strip, the loop-shaped sections are located on opposite sides from the longitudinal axis of each fur strip, the loop-shaped sections have the same length, the loop-shaped sections have different lengths, loop-shaped sections are evenly distributed along the length of the strip; loop-shaped sections are located along the strip length with a variable pitch.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a fur fabric obtained by the proposed method; figure 2 - canvas, in which the loop-shaped sections of the fur strips are located on opposite sides from the longitudinal axis of each fur strip; figure 3 is a canvas of their fur strips, loop-shaped sections of which have different lengths; figure 4 - a cloth of fur strips, loop-shaped sections of which are arranged with a variable pitch; figure 5 is a diagram of the fastening of fur strips on a substrate upon receipt of a fur product of high density; figure 6 is the same as in figure 5, but upon receipt of the product of low density.

The method is as follows. Fur strips 2 are laid on the surface of the substrate 1 with the side opposite to its pile surface, and fixed on the surface 1 by looping the stitches of the seam 3 from the outside, covering at least part of the surface of the substrate 1 with a pile of 4 strips 2. Each fur strip 2 is laid on the surface of the substrate 1 s the formation of alternating rectilinear 5 and loop 6 sections. The fastening is carried out along the entire length of the straight sections 5. Fur strips 2 are positioned across the width of the substrate 1 with a frequency directly proportional to the density of the manufactured fur product.

So, for example, for the manufacture of outerwear, fur strips 2 are placed on the substrate 1 with a higher frequency (Fig. 5), and a web with a thick pile is obtained, which has high heat-insulating properties. As the substrate 1 in this case, leather, raincoat fabric, drap and other materials are used. To obtain the desired decorative effect, these fur strips are selected either in one color (the brightness increases) or in different colors. It is possible to alternate fur strips from natural and artificial furs, alternate fur strips with fringes of silk, wool, leather, cotton, suede, and fringe of metal threads. For especially elegant products, an alternation of fur strips with embroidery with silk, cotton, wool, etc. is used. For the manufacture of light clothing (in particular dresses for pop and show), as well as for evening toilets, wraps, shawls, scarves, 2 fur strips are placed on substrate 1 with a lower frequency (Fig.6), while natural and artificial silk, velvet, satin and other similar materials are used as the substrate. The result is a light, fully blown, flowing product.

All the combinations of fur strips listed above for outerwear with strips of other materials, as well as with embroidery, and everything that was mentioned earlier in relation to the decorative effect is also true for light clothing. The unlimited possibilities in obtaining different fur colors in terms of color, structure and properties is provided by the use of fur strips due to the placement of their loop-shaped sections on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis of each strip, due to the same and different lengths, variable and uniform pitch of the loop-shaped sections. In addition, since the loop-like sections remain loose, less time and thread are spent on the manufacture of each product.

The products obtained by this method are convenient in operation, since they are practically not deformed and erased in the usual way, like ordinary garments.

A method of manufacturing articles of fur, in which fur strips are laid on the surface of the substrate with the side opposite to its pile surface, and fixed to the surface by enveloping the stitches of the seam from the outside, covering at least a portion of the surface of the substrate with pile of strips, characterized in that each fur strip impose on the surface of the substrate with the formation of alternating between straight and loop-like sections, and fixing is carried out along the entire length of the rectilinear sections, while fur strips they assume the width of the substrate with a frequency directly proportional to the density of the manufactured fur product. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop-shaped sections are located on one side of the longitudinal axis of each fur strip. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop-shaped sections are located on opposite sides from the longitudinal axis of each fur strip. 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop-shaped sections have the same length. 5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop-shaped sections have different lengths. 6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop-shaped sections are arranged uniformly along the length of the strip. 7. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop-shaped sections are located along the length of the strip with a variable pitch.
