Description
Изобретение относится к металлургии конструкционных сталей и сплавов и может быть использовано в энергетическом и химическом машиностроении при производстве корпусов водоохлаждаемых атомных реакторов, сосудов давления и нефтехимического оборудования. Предложена сталь для корпусных конструкций атомных энергоустановок повышенной безопасности и надежности, содержащая компоненты в следующем соотношении, маc.%: углерод 0,10 - 0,28; кремний 0,03 - 0,42; марганец 0,17 - 0,70; хром 2,0 - 3,3; молибден 0,6 - 0,8; ванадий 0,20 - 0,40; никель 0,05 - 0,40; медь 0,03 - 0,30; кобальт 0,005 - 0,025; алюминий 0,05 - 0,1; азот 0,005 - 0,08; церий 0,002 - 0,05; кальций 0,001 - 0,005; сера 0,002 - 0,020; фосфор 0,002 - 0,020; мышьяк 0,002 - 0,040; сурьма 0,001 - 0,005, олово 0,001 - 0,005; железо - остальное, при этом суммарное содержание углерода и азота не превышает 0,03%, суммарное содержание никеля, меди и кобальта не превышает 0,5% и суммарное содержание сурьмы, олова, фосфора и мышьяка не превышает 0,05%. Техническим результатом изобретения является повышение сопротивления металла хрупкому разрушению в условиях теплового воздействия и радиационного облучения, снижение уровня наведенной активности, повышение эксплуатационной надежности и ресурса работы. 2 табл. Steel has been proposed for the hull structures of nuclear power plants of increased safety and reliability, containing components in the following ratio, wt.%: Carbon 0.10 - 0.28; silicon 0.03 - 0.42; manganese 0.17 - 0.70; chrome 2.0-3.3; molybdenum 0.6 to 0.8; vanadium 0.20 - 0.40; nickel 0.05 - 0.40; copper 0.03 - 0.30; cobalt 0.005-0.025; aluminum 0.05 - 0.1; nitrogen 0.005-0.08; cerium 0.002-0.05; calcium 0.001-0.005; sulfur 0.002-0.020; phosphorus 0.002-0.020; arsenic 0.002 - 0.040; antimony 0.001-0.005, tin 0.001-0.005; iron - the rest, while the total content of carbon and nitrogen does not exceed 0.03%, the total content of nickel, copper and cobalt does not exceed 0.5% and the total content of antimony, tin, phosphorus and arsenic does not exceed 0.05%. The technical result of the invention is to increase the resistance of the metal to brittle fracture under thermal exposure and radiation exposure, reduce the level of induced activity, increase operational reliability and service life. 2 tab.
