Abstract

FIELD: cosmetic industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for curative-prophylactic skin and hair care. Invention proposes a cosmetic composition containing 5-95 wt.-% of Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosum L. ) extracts of the following composition: 0.25-50 wt.-% of Jerusalem artichoke extracts and extractant - the rest. The cosmetic agent involves tuberous and above-ground parts of plant at moisture 0.5-82% in aqueous or aqueous-saline or aqueous-alcoholic extractive media. The cosmetic agent containing Jerusalem artichoke shows correcting effect on systemic immune response of body. EFFECT: broadened assortment of use of Jerusalem artichoke plant and cosmetic preparations of curative-prophylactic effect based on the known cosmetic compositions. 3 cl, 4 tbl, 1 ex
