Изобретение относится к составу сырьевой смеси для получения портландцементного клинкера нормированного минералогического состава. Цемент на основе этого клинкера может найти применение в промышленности строительных материалов и строительстве при изготовлении дорожных и аэродромных покрытий, портовых сооружений, а также в нефтегазодобывающей промышленности при тампонировании нефтяных и газовых скважин. Настоящее изобретение решает задачу получения цемента с высокими специальными свойствами: повышенной сульфатостойкостью, пониженным водоотделением, пониженными деформациями усадки при хороших прочностных показателях.
