Description

 The invention relates to a multi-sectional detachable container. The container consists of several sections for placing objects in them, and the sections form one cardboard box for carrying by the buyer, which, however, can be separated from each other with the formation of several hotel cardboard sections.

 US Pat. No. 4,919,269 discloses a multi-section container consisting of two sections, each of which may contain twelve cans of beer. In such a cardboard box, you can easily carry four cans. From this cardboard box can be obtained by separating from each other, two separate cardboard boxes of twelve cans each. Dividing the box into two parts can be done when selling for sale fewer products, and in the future this can be done by the buyer at his own discretion. The division of the multi-section container described in this patent into two parts does not lead to their opening and consists in the simple separation of one section from the other.

 In the present invention, as a subject of the invention, in particular, there is provided a multi-section container for packaging a set of items, for example, bottles, which includes two or more sections and a tear-off connecting panel, said sections having outer walls formed by a bottom panel, opposite side panels, opposite end panels and a top panel in which certain adjacent panels of each of said sections are partially formed by said tear-off connecting panel in a assembled multi-section container and in which the removal of said connecting panel results in at least partial separation of said sections and makes it possible to extract from at least one of said sections at least one of the objects contained therein, in which upon removal of said connecting panel at least a portion of said outer walls of each of said individual sections remains intact.

 In accordance with one of the distinguishing features of the present invention, said panel joins are top panels of respective sections, and said connecting panel forms part of a lid of said multi-section container that connects said sections to each other. In a preferred embodiment, by removing part of the lid, at least one of the objects in each section is opened and it becomes possible to extract one of the objects from each section. In addition, in the assembled multi-section container, adjacent sections can be connected to each other using one more tear-off connecting element, which can be a tear-off connecting tongue that is connected to one of a pair of sections adjacent to one another, which is attached to another section specified pair.

 In another preferred embodiment of the invention, a multi-section container consists of at least one pair of adjoining adjacent compartments, the side panels of which form partitions on the basis of the assembled container, separating objects from adjacent sections.

 In yet another preferred embodiment of the invention, a handle is provided on the tear-off portion of the container lid. At the edges of the lid, you can make flexible pull tabs, pulling which you can tear off the specified part of the lid from the container. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, a tear-off valve is connected to each section along the fold line with its end panel, which in the assembled cardboard box is attached to the flexible tongue of the lid part and serves as an additional device for connecting the compartment and the lid.

 In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the peelable part of the lid in the assembled container is connected to adjacent sections along perforated lines that intersect the top and end panels of the sections. It is preferable to make a multi-section container from one blank.

 The invention also provides a multi-section container for packaging a number of items, for example, bottles, consisting of two or more sections and a tear-off connecting element, said sections having external panel walls formed by a bottom panel, opposite side panels and opposite end panels, in which sections of the adjacent walls of each of these sections in the assembled container are partially formed by the specified tear-off connecting element and in which the separation of said connecting element from the container results in at least partial separation of said sections and it is possible to extract at least one of the objects located in at least one of said sections, in which at separation of said connecting element at least a part of each of said outer The panels of each of these sections remain intact.

 In this embodiment, each section may have a device for fixing one or more objects located therein, which provides storage of the sections separated from each other in a side position. In a preferred embodiment, the device for fixing objects is a partition that separates objects, or according to another preferred embodiment, there are holes in the upper panel.

 Below, in separate examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, options for containers of the present invention in the form of cardboard boxes are considered.

 Shown in FIG. 1, a blank 10 of cardboard or other similar bendable sheet material consists (sequentially) of a first inner side panel 12, a first bottom panel 14, a first lower side panel 16, a first upper side panel 18, a first upper wall 20 that are connected to each other, respectively along the transverse lines 22, 24, 26 and 28 of the fold. The upper wall 20 forms part of the handle structure, designated by the common reference letter "S" and included in the tear-off panel 30 (described in more detail below).

 The second module of the container has the same construction as described above, and is formed by successively main panels, including the upper wall 32, similar to the upper wall 20, the second upper side panel 34, the second lower side panel 36, the second bottom panel 38 and the second inner side panel 40, which are connected to each other, respectively, by transverse bending lines 42, 44, 46 and 48.

 The workpiece has a longitudinal axis of symmetry, and therefore, the construction of only one half of its panels is considered below, which are connected to the longitudinal edges of the main panels 12 - 20, 30, and 30 - 32 on both sides of the workpiece along the corresponding bending lines (all these panels have the same designation with the addition index "a" to the designation of panels located on the other side of the workpiece).

 On the first inner side panel 12, as an integral part, an angular “inclined” panel 50 is provided connected along the longitudinal fold line 52 to the panel 12, and a bonding valve 54 is connected to the inclined panel 50 along the fold line 56. The valve 54 is connected by means of the kerchief panel 58 to one edge of the lower end panel 60, while the panel 58 is attached to the valve 54 along the transverse bend line 62 and to the lower end panel through an inclined bend line 64. The lower end panel has a foldable bonded valve 66, which is connected to the lower end panel 60 along the perforated line 68 with the possibility of separation.

 The other end panel of the section structure is formed by a folding corner panel 70, which is attached along the longitudinal fold line 72 to the first lower side panel 16. The corner panel 70 is connected along the folding line 73 to the folding bendable valve 71. Another folding corner panel 75 is attached along the longitudinal line 76 fold to the longitudinal edge of the upper side panel 18 and along the fold line 77 to the inner panel 74. The panels 71 and 74 are connected to each other by a folding scarf 78. Another scarf 80 along the fold lines 86 and 88 connects the panel 74 with the upper end panel pour 84. On the edge of the upper end panel 84 there is a foldable bonding valve 90, which is connected to the upper end panel along the fold line 92. The foldable upper end panel 84 is connected along the longitudinal line 91 of the fold with the longitudinal edges of the upper panel 20.

 When assembling the cardboard box, the bonding valve 71 is glued inside the package to the free edge of the lower end panel 60, and the panels 60 and 84 together form the main part of the end face of the module. The corner panels 70 and 75 form a beveled corner portion located in the assembled box between the side panels 16 and 18 and between the end panels 60 and 84.

 The panels 20, 84, 90, 84a and 90a are connected to the tear-off panel 30 along a cliff line 94 located across the workpiece 10. Similarly, the other edge of the tear-off panel 30 is connected along the tear-off line 96 with the upper panel 32 and other panels connected to it. It is easy to see that the tear-off panel 30 forms the upper and end panels.

 As already noted above, the design of the handle "S" is located within the upper and end sections of the tear-off panel 30 and preferably has the form of a pull-out handle, which is described and claimed in European application 89304604.5. The handle "S" of this design is made in the form of a reinforcing panel 98 located along the slot 100 and connected at the ends with a tear-off panel having a gap by the transverse fold line 102. A similar slot 106 is made on the other half of the tear-off panel 30 between the transverse fold line 104 and the line along which the panel 30 is torn off from the upper panel 32. A relatively short transverse cut 202 is made parallel to the slot 30 in the panel 30. The slot 202 and the parallel longitudinal bend lines 204 reduce stresses arising in the cardboard when gripping the handle and lifting the box.

 The right part of the blank of FIG. 1 has the same shape as the part of the workpiece located on the left along the tear line 94 and on it are all structural elements of the second detachable module of the container.

 The second upper end panel 108 is connected along the bend line 110 with the upper panel 32. A bonding valve 112 is connected with the panel 108 along the longitudinal bend line 114 with an end edge. The second upper end panel 116 is connected along the bend line 118 with the longitudinal edge of the upper side panel 34. Panel 116 , forming a beveled corner panel in the assembled box, is connected to the inner panel 117 via the fold line 119. The panel 117 is connected to the panel 108 by the scarf 120. The scarf 120 is connected to the upper end panel 108 via the bend pepper line 122, and with the inner panel 117 - by pubic fold line 124.

 The foldable lower end corner panel 126 is connected along the longitudinal fold line 130 to the second lower side panel 36 and along the fold line 131 to the internal bonding panel 127. The panel 127 is connected to the panel 117 with the scarf 128 and with the second lower side wall 132 with the scarf 133.

 The second lower end panel 132 is connected along a longitudinal bend line 134 to the second bottom wall 38 and has a peel-off bonding valve 136 that is connected to the panel 132 via a perforated peel line 138. The second end panel 40 is connected along a longitudinal fold line 142 to a foldable corner beveled panel 140 to which a bonding valve 144 is connected along a longitudinal fold line 144. The valve 144 is connected via a fold line 150 to a scarf 148, which in turn is connected along an inclined fold line 152 with bottom end panel 132.

After applying glue to the valve 66 and the tongue "B", the part of the workpiece located to the left of the fold line "F" bends to the right by 180 ^° and is superimposed on top of the other bent part of the workpiece. The valve 66 coated with glue and the tongue “B” adhere to the valve 136 and the bottom wall surface 38 adjacent to the hole “G”. Similarly, valve 66a adheres to valve 136a.

 A partially assembled preform has a flat shape and it is possible to assemble a cylinder from it and load into it the usual number of items to be packed in the usual known manner. During loading, the inner side panels 12 and 40 are in an upright position and separate one part of the box from another so that the loaded items are arranged in two sections that form modules that are detachable from each other. It should be emphasized that when assembling the box, the inner side panels 12 and 40 do not connect, but simply touch each other, and the opposite edges of the workpiece 10 are attached to each other using the valve "B" and openable bonded valves 66 and 136.

 Closing the terts of the workpiece after loading is carried out in the usual way. The corner panels 70, 75, 116 and 126, the panels 74 and 117 and the bonding valves 71 and 127 are folded inwardly along the fold lines 72, 76, 130, 118, 77, 119, 73 and 131, respectively. After that, the upper end panels 84 and 108 are bent down along the bend lines 95 and 110, which are superimposed on the panels 74, 71, 117 and 127.

 Then, along the connection line with the bottom panel 14, the lower end panel 60 is bent upwards, which is glued to the panels 71, 74, 90 and 54. Similarly, along the fold line 134, the upper end panel 132 is bent off and glued to the panels 127, 117, 112 and 144 for complete box assembly.

To open the box, it is necessary to pull the tabs T and T ₁ , which are glued to the external peel flaps 66, 136 and glued to them and are closed to the outside, to tear off the top panel 30 along with the handle S along the perforated lines 94, 96 and thereby open the contents of the box, removing this part of the upper and opposite end walls. The paired containers can then be separated from each other by tearing valve B from the bottom of the mating module, thereby freeing both modules M ₁ and M ₂ , as shown in FIG. 3. It is easy to notice that these modules can not only be used to store items packed in them, but also make it easy to remove them from the package as needed. To extract from the container the bottles B contained in it, nothing but a tear-off center strip, the removal of which is accompanied by the separation of the container into two separate modules, is not necessary. After separation, these modules can be stored in an upright position (M2 in FIG. 3) or in a side position. Shown in FIG. 3, the module M1 lies on its side and the bottles B are held therein by the upper panel 20, the upper end panels 84 and 84a and the upper side panel 18.

 These modules can be stored one at a time or in a form laid next to each other in the appropriate place of the refrigerator (on a shelf or a door pocket), easily removing bottles from them through the open part of the container. Separate modules can be used as containers for storing or returning empty bottles.

 Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a container for the manufacture of which one single piece is used, shown in FIG. 1, the blank, however, is a detachable multi-sectional container assembly, similar to that shown in FIG. 2 can be made from the three depicted in FIG. 4 and 5 of individual blanks: covers 31 'and two blanks 15' and 35 ', from which tray-shaped elements or modules are assembled.

 To assemble from such blanks 31 ′, 15 ′ and 35 ′ of the container 10 ′ (not assembled), the module 15 ′ is first assembled; To do this, the side panels 12'i 16 'rise upwards and the glued valves 54', 54a ', 71' and 71a 'are folded inward. After that, the end panels 60 'and 60A' rise up and adhere to these valves, forming a tray-like structure.

 In a similar manner, module 35 'is then assembled.

 To complete the assembly of the container 10 ', the lid panel 31' is first folded out to form a reinforced handle S ', similar to that described above with respect to the handle made on the tear-off connecting panel 30 according to the first embodiment of the invention. Initially, the handle panel 98 'is folded down along the fold line 104' and glued to another handle panel in a portion between the fold line 104 'and the slot 106'. After that, the lid panel 31 'is laid on the tray-shaped sections 15' and 35 'and glued with them using all appropriate gluing elements, for example, by applying glue to the valve 90' and pressing it against the outer surface of the end panel 60 'of the section 15'.

 Then, the side wall 18 ′ of the cover panel 31 ′ is glued externally or internally to the side panel 12 ′. You can also not stick the wall 18 'to the panel 12'. Instead, you can simply insert the panel 18 'into the section 15'; the container is assembled when all panels 90 ', 112', 98 'and 112a' are glued to the corresponding portion of section 15 'and 35'.

 To separate the container into separate sections, it is necessary to tear off the panel 30 'from the container in relation to the first embodiment by a method, i.e. pulling the tabs T1 and T1 'and tearing off part of the lid bounded by the tear lines 94' and 96 '.

 Another embodiment of the container of the invention is shown in FIG. 6, 7, 8, and 9. In this embodiment, two sections 15 ″ and 35 ″ are made of separate blanks and have partitions separating objects, as shown in FIG. 7. The container 10 ″ also has a separate lid 31 ″ with a panel 30 ″ detachable from it (Fig. 9). In accordance with this third embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two-section detachable container in each section of which there are six bottles (three in each of two rows), each bottle being in a separate cell and separated from the other bottles in the package.

 A blank for performing one of these sections is shown in expanded form in FIG. 8. When assembling the section, the end panels 60 "and 60A" are folded along the fold lines 64 "and 63", 62A "and 63A", raising the panel 61 "up. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the side panels 12 ″ and 16 ″ are folded down, and the bonded flaps 50 ″, 70 ″, 50A ″ and 70A ″ are folded inwardly and adhered to the inner surfaces of the end panels 60 ″ and 60A ″. After that, the lower panels 14 ″ and 14A ″ are stacked one on top of the other, which are then connected to each other using, for example, a known locking device.

 In the upper panel 61 '' of sections 15 '' and 35 '', cutouts 310 '' are made for the upper parts of the bottles. In addition, on this panel there are dividing baffles 312 '' separating from each other the bottles in the container.

 When assembling, sections 15 '' and 35 '' are installed next to each other, after which the upper panel 31 '' is put in place. In this embodiment, the top panel 31 ″ has a tear-off panel 30 ″, which consists of an upper part 33 ″, upper inclined side panels 20 ″ and 32 ″ and side panels 18 ″ and 34 ″. The tear-off panel 30 ″ also has slanted end panels 84 ″ and 84A ″ and end panels 90 ″ and 90A ″. On the cover 31 ″ there are also two tear strips 300 ″ and 300A ″ and bonding tabs 302 ″, 302A ″, 304 ″ and 304A ″. The top cover 31 ″ is assembled by bending down the end panels 18 ″ and 34 ″, bending down the side panels 90 ″ and 90a ″, and gluing the respective corner tabs, for example, 75 ″ and 80 ″, in pairs. After that, the cover 31 '' is put on both adjacent sections 15 '' and 35 '' and the tongues 302 '', 302A '', 304 '' are glued to the end walls 60 '' and 60A '' of the sections 15 '' and 35 '' and 304A. ''

 To separate the sections and remove the 30 '' cover, it is necessary to tear strips 300 '' and 300A '' along the separation lines 94 '', 94A '' and 96 '', 96A '' from the cover. By cutting the glued tabs 302 '' and 304 '' from each other along the cut line 303 '' and the glued tabs 302 '' and 304A '' along the cut line 303A '', sections 15 '' and 35 '' can be separated from each other, as shown in FIG. 7.

 At the ends of the tear strips 300 '' and 300A '', there are cut sections 301 '' and 301A '', which are convenient to grasp when tearing off the strips while removing the tear off panel 30 '' from sections 35 '' and 15 ''.

 And in this embodiment, by removing the tear-off panel 30 '', access to objects in sections is opened. The presence of dividing partitions in the sections allows, among other things, to store them in a lying position on one of the side walls, for example, in section 15 '' of FIG. 7.

Claims (10)

 1. A multi-section container for packaging a set of objects, including at least two sections and an openable lid connecting the sections to each other, each section consisting of a bottom panel, opposite side panels, opposite end panels and a top panel, in which the upper panels of the sections partially form an openable connecting section of the cover, the removal of which leads to at least a partial separation of the sections and in which after removing the connecting section of the cover at least part of each of the panels of each of the sections remains intact, characterized in that the upper panels of the sections partially form an openable connecting section of the cover so that the removal of the upper panel makes it possible to extract objects from the sections, and the connecting section of the cover has a handle for carrying the assembled container .  2. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that the removal of part of the lid provides access to at least one of the items in each of the sections.  3. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that the sections are connected to each other by a second openable connecting device.  4. The container according to claim 3, characterized in that the second opening connecting device is a connecting tab, which along the fold line is located on one of the packaging sections with the possibility of separation and is attached to an adjacent section of the container.  5.
