Известно средство лечения псориаза - препарат этритинат (тигасон), влияние которого представляется все же недостаточным, так как тигасон, непосредственно воздействуя на кожу, по-видимому, коррегирует следствие, а не причину возникновения такого психосоматического заболевания, как псориаз. Следует также учесть возможность проявления тератогенного эффекта тигасона в силу негативного влияния псориаза на регулируемый тигасоном процесс кератинизации кожи, в особенности при лечении хронических случаев. Then the plaques began to lighten, thin out, and by the end of 1.5 months after a single injection of ceruletide, they completely disappeared. Relapse of psoriasis after treatment with ceruletide was not observed during the next 14 months of observation. Monitoring of the patient's condition continues.

Анамнез. Себорея обнаружена 7 лет назад во время прохождения военной службы. Бляшки первоначально появились на лбу, а затем распространились на всю волосистую часть головы. Заболевание обострялось каждые 2 месяца. После лечения ртутной мазью наступило лишь временное незначительное улучшение: бляшки не исчезли, а приобрели перманентный характер. Лечение с использованием Spa эффекта не дало. Anamnesis. Seborrhea was discovered 7 years ago during military service. Plaques initially appeared on the forehead, and then spread to the entire scalp. The disease worsened every 2 months. After treatment with mercury ointment, only a temporary slight improvement came: the plaques did not disappear, but acquired a permanent character. Вся волосистая часть усыпана бляшками географической формы. Наиболее крупные и утолщенные бляшки располагались за ушными раковинами. У больного отмечалась небольшая депрессия. Complaints of severe itching, sleep disturbance, significant peeling of the skin, the presence of plaques on the scalp and psoriatic "crown" on the forehead. The "crown" is dark crimson in size of 16.0 x 3.8 cm. The entire scalp is strewn with plaques of geographic shape. The largest and thickened plaques were located behind the auricles. The patient had a slight depression.

Больной отметил улучшение сна, ослабление зуда и стабилизацию эмоционального состояния. К исходу недели бляшки истончились и побледнели. В "короне" образовались широкие просветы: она стала делиться на фрагменты. Улучшение дерматологической картины продолжалось три месяца. Вторичное введение произведено через четыре месяца после первого. В результате значительно уменьшилось шелушение на волосистой части головы, "корона" уменьшилась в размере до 14х2 см и стала более светлой. Заушные бляшки уменьшились в диаметре, побледнели и истончились. Broad gaps formed in the “crown”: it began to be divided into fragments. The improvement of the dermatological picture lasted three months. Secondary administration was performed four months after the first. As a result, peeling on the scalp was significantly reduced, the “crown” decreased in size to 14x2 cm and became lighter. The behind-the-ear plaques decreased in diameter, turned pale and thinned.
Через 12 месяцев после третьего введения препарата сколько-нибудь заметного ухудшения состояния больного по сравнению с тем, что было зарегистрировано после лечения, отмечено не было. 12 months after the third injection of the drug, there was no noticeable deterioration in the patient's condition compared with what was recorded after treatment.
