В качестве прототипа представляем препарат оксивет. Антибиотик, входящий в состав препарата относится к тетрациклиновой группе и обладает широким спектром антибактериального действия. Препарат состоит из следующих компонентов:
Окситетрациклин гидрохлорид - 50 мг
Комплексный органический растворитель - до 1 мл
Препарат применяют при пневмониях бактериальной этиологии, пастереллезе, сальмонеллезе и др. заболеваниях [1].The drug consists of the following components:

Предложенный препарат, апробированный с положительным результатом на телятах, поросятах и ягнятах при респираторных заболеваниях и впервые при некробактериозе, эндометрите, анаплазмозе и при желудочно-кишечных заболеваниях. Эффективность препарата составила 96 - 98%, что отражено в ниже приведенных примерах. На 2404 телятах, больных респираторными болезнями доксиветин применяли внутримышечно или подкожно в дозах 0,05 - 0,1 мг/кг массы животного с интервалом 3 - 5 дней, в зависимости от тяжести болезни двух-, трехкратно. Эффективность препарата не зависела от метода применения, но при подкожном введении снижалась болевая реакция. Из 2404 телят выздоровело 2352 головы, что составило 97,8% эффективности. Пример 5. Доксиветин вводили 5 коровам, больным анаплазмозом с характерным проявлением клинических признаков. При микроскопии мазков крови коров обнаружены анаплазмы.
