Description

 The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the enrichment of the human diet with biologically active additives with therapeutic properties.

 Diets that are insufficient or excessive in terms of the qualitative or quantitative composition of nutrients, as well as other components, determine the development of specific "malnutrition diseases" and a decrease in the body's resistance to various pathogenic factors.

 It has now been proven that the biological role of food components is not limited to their importance as the plastic and energy resources of the body. Food is a source of regulatory and protective factors necessary for the coordinated activity of all body systems, adaptation to different environmental conditions, and the fight against damaging effects. So, in people exposed to stress, many physiological parameters did not differ from the norm, if on the eve a number of vitamins, some minerals, glucose, phospholipids were added to the diet; in the control group of the examined, these indicators deviated from the norm.

 Due to the circumstances, currently spa treatment is used mainly for indications developed for patients with general somatic pathology, not always associated with the received exposure to physical, chemical and biological risk factors, special criteria that take into account the nature of the received effect, and their possible the consequences are not taken into account.  Therefore, the technical task of the claimed invention is the introduction of biologically active food additives in the diet, contributing not only to the differentiation of the diet through their introduction, but also to accelerate the timing of adaptation and expand its boundaries in a short period of time, taking into account resort factors by restoring balance and harmonious interaction of the nervous , immune, endocrine and other body systems that help optimize its functioning.

 This is achieved through the use of biologically active food additives of pectin, and / or hydrolyzed mussels, and / or dietary fiber, and / or bee products, and / or a complex of essential amino acids, and / or alginates, and / or clays, and / or coal, and / or eleutherococcus, and / or leuzea, and / or aralia, and / or ginseng, and / or lemongrass, and / or licorice, and / or elecampane, and / or valerian, and / or mint, and / or plantain, and / or Rhodiola, and / or preparations from β-carotene, and / or antlers of deer, red deer, reindeer, or a mixture thereof, the introduction of biol Reactive additives are administered orally in effective amounts.
