Abstract

FIELD: food industry; wine and beer dispensing plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has base, conveyor, auger, guides, carrousel and reduction gear on which label magazine 8, label carriers 9, glue bath with glue roll, label drum 11, ink mastic impregnated roller and dating head are mounted. Dating head has housing with rods fitted in through hole and slots. Rods are turned at one side into threaded holes of clamp and at other side they are fastened by nuts to plate. Printing types are installed in clamp glue slot and are fixed by cheeks and screws. Springs with washers are fitted on rods between clamp housing. Stop screw with locknut is installed in middle of plate. Locknut serves for stepless adjustment of position of clamp with types relative to axis of rotation of dating head housing. EFFECT: provision of legible imprint of data of production on different bottles, even at wear of roller with ink mastic and run out of label drum. 7 dwg
