Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out fragment from hairy part of the head. Cosmetic suture is put-in over the so produced defect. The cut-out fragment is divided into grafts. The grafts have 1 to 2 or 3 to 5 hair follicles. Micro- incisions are made on the head part grown bald. Implants are transplanted into the micro-incisions. The grafts having 1 to 2 hair follicles are arranged along the boundary of the created hair zone. The grafts having 3 to 5 hair follicles are implanted in the rest part of the hair cover. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 cl, 3 dwg

Известны разнообразные лечебные мероприятия консервативного типа, применяемые для коррекции облысения - витамины, препараты цинка и меди, антиандрогенные средства, а также местные процедуры, улучшающие кровообращение волосистой части головы. Широкое распространение за рубежом получил, например, препарат местного действия - регейн (миноксидил), оказывающий определенный положительный эффект при облысении. Однако результаты использования всех упомянутых мероприятий не всегда бывают удовлетворительными, т.к. после их прекращения процесс облысения возобновляется. Недостатками прототипа, не позволяющими достичь поставленной нами цели, является:
- вынужденное обривание головы пациента в связи с необходимостью большой площади донорской части волосяного покрова,
- необходимость образования на восстанавливаемом участке лунок достаточно большого размера, что приводит к повышенному кровотечению и кровопотере во время проведения процедуры и повышает вероятность инфицирования,
- процедура требует применения специальных повязок, например, повязки Гиппократа, или бинтования головы пациента, т.е. не позволяет провести коррекцию облысения незаметно для окружающих и без изменения трудового ритма и привычного уклада жизни пациента,

Согласно изобретению способ коррекции облысения посредством взятия кожных имплантатов с волосистой части головы и пересадки их на облысевшую часть головы характеризуется тем, что из кожного покрова волосистой части головы вырезают фрагмент кожного покрова, на образовавшийся дефект накладывают косметический шов, затем делят кожный фрагмент на совокупность микрографтов и макрографтов, содержащих единичные количества волосяных фолликулов, например соответственно 1-2 и 3-5 волосяных фолликулов, после чего на кожном покрове облысевшей части головы в соответствии с формой восстанавливаемого волосяного участка и требуемой густотой волосяного покрова образуют микронадрезы, в которые осуществляют пересадку микрографтов и макрографтов. Способ осуществляют следующим образом. The method is as follows.

Из кожного покрова волосистой части головы, где они запрограммированно растут на протяжении всей человеческой жизни, вырезают фрагмент кожного покрова 1, который соответствующим образом обрабатывают и сохраняют. На образовавшийся дефект накладывают косметический стягивающий шов. В качестве конкретного примера реализации заявленного способа приводим фотографии волосяного покрова пациента Н. до и после коррекции, выполненной в соответствии с заявленным способом, которая включала три процедуры пересадки общим объемом 3000 графтов в течение трех лет. (фиг. 2 и фиг. 3). Claims

1.
