Abstract

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: worm-type root crop cleaner has shafts arranged in parallel and provided with helical winding. Цель изобретения - повышение качества очистки вороха корнеплодов от связанной ботвы. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning heap of root crops from related tops.

Шнековый очиститель содержит параллельно расположенные продольные валики 1 со спиральными навивками 2, угол наклона которых увеличивается к сходным концам валиков 1 так, что угол α между спиральными навивками 2 и осями валиков 1 становится меньшим угла резания. Привод валиков 1 в попарное встречное вращение производится цилиндрическим редуктором 3, а для подачи и отведения корнеплодов и ботвы служат транспортеры 4, 5 и 6. В процессе работы шнекового очистителя очищаемый ворох корнеплодов подается транспортером 4 сверху на попарно встречновращающиеся валики 1. Спиральные навивки 2 валиков 1 транспортируют корнеплоды вдоль них к сходным концам валиков 1, при этом примеси и связанная ботва протягиваются между валиками 1 вниз и пока угол α между навивками 2 и осями валиков 1 больше угла резания, а шаг навивки 2 недостаточно увеличивается, то нет относительных движений навивок 2 и ботва скользит между ними, но не отминается. Однако на сходных концах валиков 1, когда указанный угол становится меньшим угла резания, происходит отминание связанной ботвы с головок корнеплодов. Листья отмятой ботвы попадают на транспортер 5 и отводятся за пределы очистителя, а очищенные корнеплоды по сходным концам валиков 1 попадают на транспортер 6 и также отводятся за пределы шнекового очистителя.
