Claims (24)
1. Полиольный компонент, пригодный для получения двухкомпонентной полиуретановой пены, где полиольный компонент содержит полиол, газообразный гидрогалогенолефиновый вспенивающий агент, азотсодержащий катализатор и оловянный катализатор, где оловянный катализатор содержит атом серы, причем газообразный гидрогалогенолефиновый вспенивающий агент выбран из 1,3,3,3-тетрафторпропена (HFO 1234ze), 2,3,3,3-тетрафторпроп-1-ена (HFO 1234yf), 1,2,3,3,3-пентафторпропена (HFO 1225ye), 1,1,3,3,3-пентафторпропена (HFO 1225zc), 1,1,2,3,3-пентафторпропена (HFO 1225yc) или их комбинации.
2. Полиольный компонент по п. 1, в котором полиол выбран из группы, включающей сахарозосодержащий полиол, фенол, содержащий фенолформальдегид полиол, глюкозосодержащий полиол, сорбитсодержащий полиол, метилглюкозидсодержащий полиол, ароматический сложный полиэфирполиол, алифатический сложный полиэфирполиол, ароматический простой полиэфирполиол, алифатический простой полиэфирполиол, полибутадиенполиол, поликапролактонполиол, поликарбонатполиол, полиолефинполиол с концевой гидроксильной группой, привитой полиол, глицерин, этиленгликоль, диэтиленгликоль, содержащий пропиленгликоль полиол, графт-сополимеры простых полиэфирполиолов с винильным полимером, сополимер простого полиэфирполиола с полимочевиной; одно или более соединений из числа (a), конденсированных с одним или более соединениями из числа (b): (a) глицерин, этиленгликоль, диэтиленгликоль, триметилолпропан, пентаэритрит, соевое масло, лецитин, талловое масло, пальмовое масло, касторовое масло; (b) этиленоксид, пропиленоксид, смесь этиленоксида и пропиленоксида; или их комбинации, предпочтительно сахарозосодержащий полиол.
3. Полиольный компонент по п. 1 или 2, содержащий простой полиэфирполиол и/или сложный полиэфирполиол в количестве больше чем 50 мас.% из расчета на общую массу полиола, присутствующего в полиольном компоненте, предпочтительно больше чем 70 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 85 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 95 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 98 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 99 мас.%.
4. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-3, содержащий алифатические простые полиэфирполиолы, алифатические сложные полиэфирполиолы, ароматические сложные полиэфирполиолы и их комбинации в количестве больше чем 50 мас.% из расчета на общую массу полиола, присутствующего в полиольном компоненте, предпочтительно больше чем 70 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 85% масс., предпочтительно больше чем 95 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 98 мас.%, предпочтительно больше чем 99 мас.%.
5. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором газообразный гидрогалогенолефиновый вспенивающий агент представляет собой HFO 1234ze(E).
6. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором полиольный компонент дополнительно содержит жидкий гидрогалоген-олефиновый вспенивающий агент, имеющий температуру кипения больше чем 180°С при 1 атм., предпочтительно HFO-1336mzz, HFO-1233zd и их комбинации, предпочтительно HFO-1336mzz(Z), HFO-1233zd(E) и их комбинации.
7. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором полиольный компонент дополнительно содержит галогенированные отличные от гидрогалогенолефинов вспенивающие агенты в количестве меньше чем 10 мас.%, предпочтительно меньше чем 5 мас.%, предпочтительно меньше чем 1 мас.%, предпочтительно 0 мас.%, предпочтительно 0 мас.% от общей массы полиольного компонента.
8. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором азотсодержащий катализатор представляет собой стерически затрудненный аминный катализатор или его соответствующий аммониевый ион, предпочтительно катализатор, выбираемый из группы дициклогексилметиламина, этилдиизопропиламина, диметил-циклогексиламина, диметилизопропиламина, метилизопропилбензил-амина, метилциклопентилбензиламина, изопропил-втор-бутил-трифторэтиламина, диэтил-(α-фенилэтил)амина, три-н-пропиламина, дициклогексиламина, трет-бутилизопропиламина, ди-трет-бутиламина, циклогексил-трет-бутиламина, ди-втор-бутиламина, дициклопентиламина, ди-(α-трифторметилэтил)амина, ди-(α-фенил-этил)амина, трифенилметиламина, 1,1-диэтил-н-пропиламина, диморфолинодиэтилового эфира, N-этилморфолина, N-метилморфолина, бис(диметиламиноэтилового) эфира, имидазола, н-метилимидазола, 1,2-диметилимидазола, диморфолинодиметилового эфира, N, N,N',N',N'',N''-пентаметилдиэтилентриамина, N, N,N',N',N'',N''-пентаэтилдиэтилентриамина, N, N,N',N',N'',N''-пентаметилдипропилен-триамина, бис(диэтиламиноэтилового) эфира, бис(диметиламино-пропилового) эфира, их соответствующих аммониевых ионов и их комбинаций, предпочтительно 2,2'-диморфолинодиэтилового эфира или дициклогексилметиламина, их соответствующих аммониевых ионов и их комбинаций.
9. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором азотсодержащий катализатор содержит четвертичное аммониевое соединение формулы (NR1R2R3R4)+, где заместители R1, R2, R3 и R4 каждый независимо выбран из группы, включающей алкилы и алкенилы, предпочтительно из группы, включающей метил, этил и пропил, наиболее предпочтительно из группы, включающей метил и этил.
10. Полиольный компонент по п. 9, в котором азотсодержащий катализатор содержит тетраметиламмоний.
11. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором оловянный катализатор выбран из группы меркаптидов олова, предпочтительно дилаурилмеркаптида диоктилолова, бис(2-этил-гексилгликолята) диметилолова, бис(2-этилгексилтиогликолята) диоктилолова, трис(2-этилгексилтиогликолята) октилолова, бис(2-этилгексилтиогликолята) дибутилолова, диизооктилтиогликолята диметилолова, триизооктилтиогликолята метилолова, дилаурил-меркаптида диметилолова, дилаурилмеркаптида дибутилолова и их комбинаций, предпочтительно дилаурилмеркаптида дибутилолова, дилаурилмеркаптида диметилолова, дилаурилмеркаптида диоктилолова и их комбинаций.
12. Полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-11, содержащий
- от 20 до 95 мас.%, предпочтительно от 30 до 60 мас.% и более предпочтительно от 40 до 50 мас.% полиола от общей массы полиольного компонента;
- 5-50 мас.%, предпочтительно 10-30 мас.%, предпочтительно 15-25 мас.% газообразного гидрогалоген-олефинового вспенивающего агента от общей массы полиольного компонента;
- 0,1-10 мас.%, предпочтительно 0,5-7 мас.%, предпочтительно 0,5-5 мас.% азотсодержащего катализатора от общей массы полиольного компонента; и
- оловянный катализатор в количестве 0,001-10 мас.%, предпочтительно 0,005-5 мас.%, более предпочтительно 0,01-2 мас.% олова от общей массы полиольного компонента.
13. Формирующий двухкомпонентную полиуретановую пену комплект, где комплект содержит изоцианатный компонент, содержащий подходящий изоцианат и необязательный вспенивающий агент; и полиольный компонент по любому из пп. 1-12.
14. Комплект по п. 13, в котором изоцианат выбран из группы ароматических диизоцианатов, ароматических триизоцианатов, ароматических тетраизоцианатов, арилалкильных полиизоцианатов, алифатических полиизоцианатов, полиметилен-полифенилизоцианатов, алкиленовых диизоцианатов, ароматических полиизоцианатов и их комбинаций.
15. Полиуретановая пена, вспененная с использованием полиольного компонента по любому из пп. 1-12.
16. Пена по п. 15, содержащая в ячейках пены газообразный гидрогалогенолефин, где полиуретановая пена имеет плотность сердцевины при свободном подъеме пены меньше чем 35 кг/м3, меньше чем 34 кг/м3, меньше чем 32 кг/м3, меньше чем 31 кг/м3, меньше чем 30 кг/м3, меньше чем 29 кг/м3, меньше чем 28 кг/м3, причем плотность сердцевины при свободном подъеме пены измеряют в соответствии со стандартом EN 1602.
17. Способ формирования пены, включающий:
- обеспечение изоцианатного компонента, содержащего подходящий изоцианат и необязательный вспенивающий агент;
- обеспечение полиольного компонента по любому из пп. 1-12; и
- смешение изоцианатного компонента и полиольного компонента с формированием пены.
