Claims (34)
1. Ортопедический протезный компонент, содержащий
основание,
фиксирующий штифт, отходящий от основания к дистальному наконечнику, при этом фиксирующий штифт содержит пористую трехмерную структуру, выполненную с возможностью обеспечения врастания кости, причем указанная пористая трехмерная структура имеет границу наружной поверхности,
причем фиксирующий штифт содержит множество пластин, прикрепленных к пористой трехмерной структуре на границе наружной поверхности, при этом каждая пластина содержит сужающуюся основную часть, имеющую наружную стенку, которая обращена от пористой трехмерной структуры и лишена каких-либо отверстий.
2. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 1, в котором сужающаяся основная часть каждой пластины проходит продольно вдоль пористой трехмерной структуры.
3. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 2, в котором
сужающаяся основная часть каждой пластины проходит от проксимального конца до дистального конца, и
сужающаяся основная часть каждой пластины имеет первую ширину на проксимальном конце и вторую ширину, которая является большей, чем первая ширина между проксимальным концом и дистальным концом.
4. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 2, в котором наружная стенка каждой пластины содержит вогнутую поверхность, которая образует сужающийся канал.
5. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 1, в котором множество пластин размещено по окружности на пористой трехмерной структуре.

9. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 8, в котором удлиненный стержень проходит от большеберцовой платформы до дистального наконечника, при этом удлиненный стержень выполнен с возможностью имплантации в хирургически подготовленный проксимальный конец большеберцовой кости пациента.
10. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 9, дополнительно содержащий пористый трехмерный слой, прикрепленный к дистальной поверхности большеберцовой платформы,
причем удлиненный стержень проходит наружу от трехмерного слоя, а фиксирующий штифт проходит наружу от пористого трехмерного слоя.
11. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 1, в котором
сужающаяся основная часть каждой пластины проходит от проксимального конца до дистального конца, и
сужающаяся основная часть каждой пластины имеет первую толщину на дистальном конце и вторую толщину, которая является большей, чем первая толщина между проксимальным концом и дистальным концом.
12. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 11, в котором каждая пластина проходит по окружности вокруг пористой трехмерной структуры.
13. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 12, в котором смежные пластины из множества пластин расположены на расстоянии друг от друга на пористой трехмерной структуре в проксимально-дистальном направлении.
14. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 12, в котором дистальный наконечник фиксирующего штифта содержит продольный паз.
15. Ортопедический протезный компонент, содержащий
большеберцовую платформу, выполненную с возможностью приема большеберцовой вставки,
пористую трехмерную структуру, соединенную с большеберцовой платформой, при этом пористая трехмерная структура выполнена с возможностью обеспечения врастания кости, и удлиненный стержень, проходящий от большеберцовой платформы к дистальному наконечнику,
причем пористая трехмерная структура содержит слой, соединенный с большеберцовой платформой, и множество фиксирующих штифтов, проходящих от слоя, причем каждый фиксирующий штифт содержит часть пористой трехмерной структуры, которая имеет границу наружной поверхности, и
при этом множество пластин прикреплено на границе наружной поверхности каждого фиксирующего штифта, причем каждая пластина содержит сужающуюся основную часть, имеющий наружную стенку, не содержащую каких-либо отверстий.
16. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 15, в котором сужающаяся основная часть каждой пластины проходит продольно вдоль пористой трехмерной структуры.
17. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 16, в котором наружная стенка каждой пластины содержит вогнутую поверхность, которая образует сужающийся канал.
18. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 15, в котором смежные пластины из множества пластин расположены на расстоянии друг от друга по окружности на каждом штифте.
19. Ортопедический протезный компонент по п. 15, в котором смежные пластины из множества пластин расположены на расстоянии друг от друга на пористой трехмерной структуре в проксимально-дистальном направлении.
20. Способ изготовления ортопедического протезного компонента, содержащий этапы, на которых
наносят и сканируют последовательные слои металлических порошков с образованием пористой трехмерной структуры, содержащей по меньшей мере один фиксирующий штифт,
при этом по меньшей мере один фиксирующий штифт содержит пористую часть и по меньшей мере одну твердую пластину, расположенную на пористой части.
