Противоэлектрод для электрохромных устройств, а также золь для его изготовления, содержащий литий, никель и титан, отличающийся тем, что для улучшения растворимости соединений указанных металлов в спиртовых растворах в состав вводят 1-10% комплексообразователей, выбираемых из числа: моноэтаноламин, диэтаноламин, триэтаноламин, этилендиамин, триэтиленамин, диэтилендиамин, цистеамин (тиоэтаноламин), амино моно-, ди- и триуксусная, аминопропионовая, аминомасляная, этилендиаминтетрауксусная кислоты и их производные, щавелевая, винная, лимонная кислоты, ацетилацетон, ацетоуксусный эфир и его производные, циклогександион и его производные, полиэтиленимин, олиго- и полиакрилаты без ограничения списка.1.
