Claims (11)
1. Препрег, включающий
упрочненные волокна [A], скомпонованные в виде слоя,
композицию эпоксидной смолы, содержащую эпоксидную смолу [B] и отвердитель [C], при этом композиция эпоксидной смолы частично импрегнирована в упрочненные волокна [A], и
термопластическую смолу [D], которая является нерастворимой в эпоксидной смоле [B] и локализуется на поверхности одной стороны препрега,
где препрег характеризуется степенью импрегнирования ϕ композицией эпоксидной смолы в диапазоне от 30 до 95%,
в слое упрочненных волокон [A] область, неимпрегнированная композицией эпоксидной смолы, смещается в сторону, где локализуется термопластическая смола [D], и
препрег характеризуется параметром смещения σ, который определяет степень смещения, в диапазоне 0,10 < σ < 0,45.
2. Препрег по п. 1, характеризующийся коэффициентом воздухопроницаемости К в плоскости препрега, составляющим 2,0 × (1 - ϕ/100) × 10- 14 [м2] и более.
