Claims (16)

1. Медицинский инструмент (10) с отверстием (16) выпуска аэрозоля, причем инструмент (10) посредством аэрозольного трубопровода (20) гидродинамически соединен с генерирующим устройством (12), причем генерирующее устройство (12) выполнено для выработки аэрозоля для выдачи посредством медицинского инструмента (10) за счет распыления жидкости посредством потока газа.
2. Инструмент (10) по п. 1, причем генерирующее устройство (12) при медицинском применении инструмента (10) опирается на поверхность.
3. Инструмент (10) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем длина аэрозольного трубопровода (20) между генерирующим устройством (12) и отверстием (16) выпуска аэрозоля или между генерирующим устройством (12) и инструментом (16) составляет по меньшей мере 1 м, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 2 м.
4. Инструмент (10) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем генерирующее устройство (12) выполнено таким образом, что подача жидкости к генерирующему устройству (12) происходит без помощи электрически приводимого в действие насоса.
5. Инструмент (10) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем инструмент и/или генерирующее устройство (12) выполнены для подачи аэрозоля к отверстию (16) выпуска аэрозоля без помощи электрически приводимого в действие насоса.
6. Генерирующее устройство (12), например, для приспособления (11) с инструментом (10) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем генерирующее устройство (12) имеет смесительный узел (25) для смешения жидкости и газа друг с другом, причем смесительный узел (25) присоединен к резервуару (49) для жидкости для снабжения смесительного узла (25) жидкостью, причем генерирующее устройство (12) выполнено для использования газового давления находящегося под давлением газа для подведения давления к жидкости для выдавливания жидкости из резервуара (49) для жидкости к смесительному узлу (25).
7. Генерирующее устройство (12) по п. 6, причем генерирующее устройство (12) присоединено к газовому баллону (36) или к стационарной сети сжатого газа в качестве источника (36) находящегося под давлением газа.
8. Генерирующее устройство (12) по п. 6 или 7, причем жидкость содержится в резервуаре (36) высокого давления, к которому является подводимым находящийся под давлением газ.
9. Генерирующее устройство (12) по одному из пп. 6-8, причем генерирующее устройство (12) выполнено таким образом, что для подачи жидкости к смесительному узлу (25) давление к резервуару (49) для жидкости является подводимым извне.
10. Генерирующее устройство (12) по одному из пп. 6-9, причем резервуар (49) для жидкости выполнен для его сжатия.
11. Генерирующее устройство (12) по п. 10, причем резервуар (49) для жидкости является пакетом, прежде всего применяемым в клинике стандартным пакетом для раствора поваренной соли.
12. Генерирующее устройство (12) по одному из пп. 10, 11, причем резервуар (49) для жидкости расположен в резервуаре (45) высокого давления, причем к резервуару (45) высокого давления является подводимым сжатый газ.
13. Генерирующее устройство (12) по одному из пп. 10-12, причем газовое давление газа непосредственно воздействует на резервуар (49) для жидкости.
14. Генерирующее устройство (12) по одному из пп. 6-13, причем смесительный узел (25) имеет канал (26) с сужением (27), и причем канал (26) выше по потоку от сужения (27) присоединен к источнику (36) давления, и причем резервуар (49) для жидкости на сужении (27) и/или ниже по потоку от сужения (27) присоединен к каналу (26) для подачи жидкости из резервуара (49) для жидкости в канал (26) посредством падения давления за счет сужения.
15. Генерирующее устройство (12) по п. 14, причем канал (26) выше по потоку от сужения (27) присоединен к источнику (36) давления, который использует генерирующее устройство (12) для подведения давления к жидкости.
16. Генерирующее устройство (12) по п. 15, причем присоединенный к источнику (36) давления трубопровод (35, 26) разветвляется между сужением (27) и источником (36) давления для того, чтобы из трубопровода (35, 26) как запитывать газом сужение (27), так и обеспечивать газ для подведения давления к жидкости.
