Claims (10)
1. Способ получения композиции нестевиоловых гликозидов, включающий стадии:
a. подготовки растительного материала Stevia rebaudiana;
b. подготовки экстрагирующего растворителя;
c. смешивания растительного материала Stevia rebaudiana и экстрагирующего растворителя для получения смеси растительного материала стевии и растворителя;
d. разделения смеси растительного материала стевии и растворителя с целью получения фильтрарат, содержащего молекулы стевиоловых гликозидов и молекулы нестевиоловых гликозидов;
e. выделения или отделения молекул стевиоловых гликозидов от фильтрата с целью получения композиции нестевиоловых гликозидов,
при этом полученная композиция нестевиоловых гликозидов содержит, по меньшей мере, одну молекулу нестевиоловых гликозидов, выбранную из фенольных соединений, полифенолов, флавоноидов, хинной и кофейной кислот и их производных, нехлорогеновой кислоты (нео-CGA; 5-O-кофеилхинная кислота или 5-CQA), крипто-хлорогеновой кислоты (крипто-CGA; 4-O-кофеилхинная кислота или 4-CQA), н-хлорогеновой кислоты (н-CGA; 3-O-кофеилхинная кислота или 3-CQA), изохлорогеновой кислоты A (изо-CGA A; 3,5-дикафеилхинная кислота), изохлорогеновой кислоты B (изо-CGA B; 3,4-дикафеилхинная кислота), изохлорогеновой кислоты C (изо-CGA C; 4,5-дикафеилхинная кислота), других хлорогеновых кислот и изохлорогеновых кислот, известных в данной области, ретиноидов, пигментов, полисахаридов, олигосахаридов, дисахаридов, моносахаридов, компонентов эфирных масел, стеринов, терпеноидов, сесквитерпеноидов, дитерпенов, тритерпенов, кумаринов, жирных кислот и их производных, аминокислот и их производных, дипептидов, олигопептидов, полипептидов, белков, австроинулина, кверцетина, стеребинов, спатуленола, декановой кислоты, 8,11,14-эйкозатриеновой кислоты, 2-метилоктадекана, пентакозана, октакозана, стигмастерола, ситостерола, α- и β-амирина, лупеола, ацетат β-амирина, пентациклического тритерпена и/или их гликозидов и их комбинаций.
2. Композиция нестевиоловых гликозидов, полученная способом по п.1.
3. Потребляемый продукт, содержащий композицию нестевиоловых гликозидов по п.2.
4. Способ получения потребляемого продукта, включающий стадию добавления композиции нестевиоловых гликозидов по п.2, в потребляемый продукт.
