Claims (21)
1. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция, содержащая частицы элементарного серебра со средним диаметром частиц 5-20 нм, определенным с помощью просвечивающей электронной микроскопии (ТЕМ), и распределением частиц по размерам D90 ≤ 25 нм, определенным с помощью лазерной дифрактометрии, в которой содержание серебра в расчете на общую массу гидрогелевой композиции составляет от 15 до 500 ppm.
2. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что средний диаметр частиц составляет 9-18 нм.
3. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что содержание серебра в расчете на общую массу гидрогелевой композиции составляет от 25 до 250 ppm.
4. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что гидрогелевая композиция содержит гидрофильный пенополиуретан.
5. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что гидрогелевая композиция содержит сополимер полиуретан-полимочевина.
6. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что гидрогелевая композиция дополнительно содержит неионное поверхностно-активное вещество.
7. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностно-активное вещество выбрано из Tween 20, полиэтиленгликоля, сорбита и поливинилпирролидона или их смесей.
8. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по любому предшествующему пункту, дополнительно содержащая 5-30% масс., многоатомного спирта, выбранного из пропиленгликоля и/или глицерина, в расчете на общую массу гидрогелевой композиции.
9. Водосодержащая гидрогелевая композиция по любому предшествующему пункту, состоящая из 6-20% масс., форполимера с концевыми изофорондиизоцианатными группами, 4-15% масс., диамина на основе полиэтиленоксида, 15-20% масс., пропиленгликоля и/или глицерина, 40-70% масс., воды и 25-250 ppm элементарного серебра со средним диаметром частиц 9-18 нм, при этом все массовые значения указаны в расчете на общую массу гидрогелевой композиции.
10. Многослойная повязка на рану, содержащая по меньшей мере один слой подложки, непроницаемый для воды и непроницаемый для водяного пара, абсорбирующий слой и слой, содержащий водосодержащую гидрогелевую композицию по любому из пп. 1-9.
11. Многослойная повязка на рану по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что абсорбирующий слой содержит гидрофильный пенополиуретан и гидрогель.
12. Многослойная повязка на рану по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность гидрофильного пенополиуретана по меньшей мере частично пропитана гидрогелем.
13. Многослойная повязка на рану по любому из пп. 10-12, отличающаяся тем, что повязку на рану используют в фазе воспаления и/или фазе грануляции заживления раны.
14. Многослойная повязка на рану по любому из пп. 10-12 для применения для лечения ожогов и/или хронических ран.
15. Способ получения гидрогелевой композиции, включающий приведение во взаимодействие смеси, содержащей:
(a) полиамин,
(b) необязательно неионное поверхностно-активное вещество,
(c) дополнительно необязательно многоатомный спирт, выбранный из пропиленгликоля и/или глицерина,
(d) частицы элементарного серебра со средним диаметром частиц 5-20 нм, определенным с помощью просвечивающей электронной микроскопии (ТЕМ), и
(e) воду,
с алифатическим диизоцианатным полимером для получения водосодержащей гидрогелевой композиции, в которой содержание серебра в расчете на общую массу гидрогелевой композиции составляет от 15 до 500 ppm.
