Claims (30)
1. Способ предотвращения убыли цвета в окрашенном материале, где способ включает приведение материала в контакт с композицией, включающей хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты

4. Способ по п. 3, в котором материал представляет собой растущие волосы человека или волосы животного, предпочтительно растущие волосы человека.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который применяют к материалу, который был окрашен.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором композиция, контактирующая с волосами, включает два или более хелатирующих агента, полученных из поликарбоновых кислот.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором композиция, включающая хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты, выбрана из композиции шампуня, кондиционирующей композиции, композиции для укладки волос, композиции для перманентной завивки волос, композиции для распрямления волос, композиции для перманентного выпрямления волос или композиции для окрашивания волос.
8. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция, включающая хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты, дополнительно включает от 1 до 30% масс. одного или более поверхностно-активных веществ.
9. Способ окрашивания волос, который включает:
(a) приведение волос в контакт с окрашивающей композицией; и
(b) приведение волос в контакт с композицией, включающей хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты.
10. Способ по п. 8, в котором этап (b) осуществляют после проведения этапа (а).
11. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где хелатирующий агент выбран из глутаминовой кислоты - N,N-диуксусной кислоты (GLDA), диэтилентриаминпентауксусной кислоты (DTPA), иминодиянтарной кислоты (IDS), L-аспарагиновой кислоты - диуксусной кислоты (ASDA), этилендиаминтетрауксусной кислоты (EDTA), этилендиаминдиянтарной кислоты (EDDS) гидроксиэтилэтилендиаминтриуксусной кислоты (HEDTA), лимонной кислоты и их смесей.
12. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором хелатирующий агент выбран из GLDA, DTPA, IDS и их смесей.
13. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где хелатирующие агенты выбраны из GLDA, DTPA и их смесей.
14. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция, включающая хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты, дополнительно включает альдегид, который представляет собой альфа-замещенный альдегид и/или гидроксиальдегид.
15. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция, включающая хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты, дополнительно включает сложный сукцинимидиловый эфир.
16. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция, включающая хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты, дополнительно включает аминную соль карбоновой кислоты.
17. Способ или композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция, включающая хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты, дополнительно включает сшивающий агент, включающий два или более реакционноспособных фрагмента, полученных из малеиновой кислоты, и линкер, содержащий две или более аминогруппы.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 9-16, в котором этапы (а) и (b) осуществляют одновременно, и способ включает приведение волос в контакт с окрашивающей композицией, включающей хелатирующий агент, полученный из поликарбоновой кислоты.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 9-16, в котором этап (b) осуществляют перед проведением этапа (а).
20. Способ по любому из пп. 9-16, в котором этап (b) осуществляют после проведения этапа (а).
21. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который обеспечивает значительное снижение убыли цвета после проведения от 1 до 3 сеансов мытья, в результате чего цвет становится визуально более интенсивным по сравнению с цветом волос, окрашенных эквивалентным способом в отсутствие хелатирующего агента.

25. Способ или применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, которые обеспечивают снижение убыли цвета по меньшей мере на 20%.
26. Упакованный продукт для окрашивания волос, включающий одну или более композиций, в котором одна или более композиций совместно включают по меньшей мере одно соединение-краситель и/или один предшественник красителя и хелатирующие агенты, полученные из поликарбоновых кислот.
27. Способ по п. 1, в котором окрашенный материал представляет собой текстильный материал, предпочтительно текстильный материал, включающий шерсть.
28. Способ по п. 1 или 27, препятствующий убыли цвета в результате стирки окрашенного текстильного материала.
