Claims (16)

1. Картридж, содержащий:
корпус, включающий в себя множество резервуаров для реагентов и отверстие для загрузки образца;
реакционную камеру;
узел струйной техники, включающий в себя гидравлическую сеть и поворотный клапан,
при этом гидравлическая сеть включает в себя канал для образца, множество каналов резервуаров и питающий канал, причем канал для образца находится в проточном сообщении с отверстием для загрузки образца на первом конце и отверстием сети на втором конце, каждый из множества каналов резервуаров находится в проточном сообщении с соответствующим резервуаром для реагента из множества резервуаров для реагентов на первом конце и соответствующим отверстием резервуара из множества отверстий резервуаров на втором конце, а питающий канал находится в проточном сообщении с питающим отверстием на первом конце и реакционной камерой на втором конце, и
при этом поворотный клапан включает в себя корпус клапана, содержащий проточный канал, первое отверстие и второе отверстие, причем второе отверстие находится в проточном сообщении с питающим отверстием, корпус клапана способен поворачиваться вокруг оси из первого положения, в котором первое отверстие находится в проточном сообщении с отверстием сети, во второе положение, в котором первое отверстие находится в проточном сообщении с соответствующим отверстием резервуара из множества отверстий резервуаров; и
уплотнение, герметично прилагающее к корпусу, причем уплотнение закрывает и герметизирует множество резервуаров для реагентов в корпусе.
2. Картридж по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий КМОП-датчик изображения, расположенный прилегающим к реакционной камере, причем КМОП-датчик изображения предназначен для обнаружения световых сигналов из реакционной камеры.
3. Картридж по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий контактный набор электрических контактов, при этом КМОП-датчик изображения находится в электрической связи с контактным набором.
4. Картридж по п. 2, в котором реакционная камера включает в себя крышку проточной кюветы, содержащую проточный канал, первое отверстие и второе отверстие, причем первое отверстие находится в проточном сообщении питающим каналом, второе отверстие находится в проточном сообщении с выпускным каналом.
5. Картридж по п. 4, в котором КМОП-датчик изображения включает в себя активную зону для обнаружения освещения, при этом вся активная зона КМОП-датчика изображения используется для обнаружения освещения в пределах проточного канала крышки проточной кюветы.
6. Картридж по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий оптический путь, направляющий осветительный свет от источника света, внешнего по отношению к картриджу основного прибора, в реакционную камеру.
7. Картридж по п. 1, в котором реакционная камера включает в себя оптически прозрачное окно.
8. Картридж по п. 1, в котором узел струйной техники дополнительно включает в себя множество мембранных клапанов и выпускной канал, при этом множество мембранных клапанов находится в проточном сообщении с выпускным каналом, который находится в проточном сообщении с реакционной камерой, причем множество мембранных клапанов способны функционировать в качестве насоса.
9. Картридж по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий резервуар для отходов, при этом узел струйной техники дополнительно включает в себя выпускной канал, находящийся в проточном сообщении с реакционной камерой и резервуаром для отходов.
10. Картридж по п. 7, в котором резервуар для отходов содержится в пределах корпуса.
