Claims (17)
1. Композиция, содержащая от 0,005 вес. % до 0,250 вес. % экстракта листьев Harungana madagascariensis в пересчете на вес сухого экстракта и общий вес состава и один или несколько приемлемых для местного применения вспомогательных веществ и/или растворителей.
2. Композиция, содержащая от 0,005 вес. % до 0,250 вес. % экстракта листьев Harungana madagascariensis в пересчете на вес сухого экстракта и общий вес состава для ее применения в лечении угрей и/или предупреждении их появления в способе лечения человеческого организма с помощью терапии.
3. Композиция по п. 2, где угри представляют собой обыкновенные угри и/или юношеские.
4. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, где экстракт характеризуется содержанием полифенольных соединений, полученным в результате анализа с помощью колориметрического метода на основе реагента Фолин-Циокальту, составляющим ≥10 вес. % (в пересчете на сухой экстракт листьев).
5. Композиция по п. 4, где полифенольные соединения включают флавоноиды, выбранные из группы кверцитрина, кверцетина, гликозилированного кверцетина, катехина, таксифолина, рамнозида таксифолина, арабинозида таксифолина, изорамнетина и/или астильбина.
6. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где указанный экстракт листьев Harungana madagascariensis содержит количество соединений антрахинона, которое меньше или равняется (≤) 0,03% (вес/объем), определенное с помощью HPLC-MS в 5% растворе (вес/объем) экстракта в глицерине и воде (60:40 вес/вес).
7. Композиция по одному из предыдущих пунктов, дополнительно содержащая одно или несколько приемлемых для местного применения вспомогательных веществ и/или один или приемлемые для местного применения активные ингредиенты.
8. Способ получения экстракта листьев Harungana madagascariensis, предусматривающий стадии:
A) экстрагирования сухих и измельченных листьев Harungana madagascariensis с помощью смеси растворителей, содержащей воду и этанол, с получением тем самым неочищенного экстракта;
B) фильтрования указанного неочищенного экстракта с получением тем самым фильтрата неочищенного экстракта;
отличающийся тем, что способ дополнительно предусматривает стадии:
C) приведения указанного фильтрата неочищенного экстракта в контакт с активированным древесным углем с получением тем самым композиции;
D) фильтрования указанной композиции, полученной после стадии С), с получением тем самым фильтрата экстракта;
E) концентрирования указанного фильтрата экстракта с получением тем самым экстракта листьев Harungana madagascariensis.
9. Способ по п. 8, где указанный экстракт листьев Harungana madagascariensis, полученный после стадии Е), содержит количество соединений антрахиона, которое меньше или равняется (≤) 0,03% (вес/объем), определенное с помощью HPLC-MS в 5% растворе (вес/объем) экстракта в глицерине и воде (60:40 вес/вес).
10. Экстракт листьев Harungana madagascariensis для применения в лечении угрей и/или предупреждении их появления в способе лечения человеческого организма с помощью терапии.
11. Применение композиции по п. 1 в косметическом средстве.
