Claims (38)
1. Способ частичного окрашивания полимерных деталей, который включает стадии:
i) погружение полимерной детали в красильную ванну,
ii) при необходимости нагревание красильной ванны,
iii) облучение полимерной детали стадии i) и при необходимости стадии ii) фокусированным неионизирующим электромагнитным излучением, предпочтительно фокусированным неионизирующим электромагнитным излучением с длиной волн в диапазоне от ≥0,1 до ≤1 мм, особенно предпочтительно от ≥0,15 до ≤20 мкм, еще более предпочтительно лазерным излучением с длиной волн в диапазоне от ≥0,15 до ≤20 мкм,
причем частичное окрашивание происходит в основном лишь в облученных на стадии iii) местах.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что стадию iii) осуществляют посредством лазерного излучения с длиной волн в диапазоне от ≥0,15 до ≤20 мкм.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что красильная ванна содержит по меньшей мере одно красящее средство, предпочтительно по меньшей мере один краситель, или его смеси.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что красильная ванна содержит по меньшей мере один краситель группы Solvent Dyes и/или Dispers Dyes согласно классификации цветового показателя или смеси указанных красителей.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что глубина погружения полимерной детали на стадии i) составляет ≤120 мм, предпочтительно от 0,01 до 100 мм, особенно предпочтительно от 0,1 до 20 мм.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что красильная ванна содержит:
a) воду и/или органический растворитель,
b) по меньшей мере одно красящее средство, предпочтительно по меньшей мере один краситель, особенно предпочтительно по меньшей мере один краситель из Solvent Dyes и/или Dispers Dyes согласно классификации цветового показателя или смесь указанных красителей.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что окрашивающая ванна дополнительно содержит:
с) по меньшей мере один растворитель со структурной формулой (I):
в которой
R означает этильный, пропильный или бутильный остаток,
m означает 2, 3 или 4 и
n означает 1, 2 или 3,
при условии, что если R означает бутил, то m означает 2 или 4,
d) по меньшей мере одно нивелирующее средство со структурной формулой (II):
в которой
m означает 2, 3 или 4 и
n означает 1, 2 или 3.
8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что компоненты от а) до d) содержатся в следующих количествах в пересчете на общую массу красильного раствора составляет:
a) от 50,0 до 99,99% масс., предпочтительно от 62,5 до 90,0% масс., особенно предпочтительно от 65,0 до 85,0% масс.,
b) от 0,01 до 15,0% масс., предпочтительно от 0,1 до 5,0% масс., особенно предпочтительно от 0,2 до 4,0% масс.,
c) от 0 до 35,0% масс., предпочтительно от 1,0 до 30,0% масс., особенно предпочтительно от 5,0 до 25,0% масс.,

9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная деталь содержит по меньшей мере одну термопластичную пластмассу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из одного или нескольких поликарбонатов или сополикарбонатов на основе дифенолов, полиакрилатов или сополиакрилатов и полиметакрилатов или сополиметакрилатов, полимеров или сополимеров со стиролом, термопластичных полиуретанов, а также полиолефинов, поликонденсатов или сополиконденсатов терефталевой кислоты, поликонденсатов или сополиконденсатов нафталиндикарбоновой кислоты, поликонденсатов или сополиконденсатов по меньшей мере одной циклоалкилдикарбоновой кислоты, смесей указанных выше полимеров или их комбинации.
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что полимерная деталь является формованным изделием.
11. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная деталь представляет собой слоистую структуру, содержащую по меньшей мере один слой термопластичной пластмассы, выбранной из полимеризатов этиленненасыщенных мономеров и/или поликонденсатов бифункциональных реакционноспособных соединений, предпочтительно один или несколько поликарбонатов или сополикарбонатов на основе дифенолов, полиакрилатов или сополиакрилатов и полиметакрилатов или сополиметакрилатов, полимеров или сополимеров со стиролом, термопластичных полиуретанов, а также полиолефинов, поликонденсатов или сополиконденсатов терефталевой кислоты, поликонденсатов или сополиконденсатов нафталиндикарбоновой кислоты, поликонденсатов или сополиконденсатов по меньшей мере одной циклоалкилдикарбоновой кислоты, их смесей или их комбинаций, особенно предпочтительно одного или нескольких поликарбонатов или сополикарбонатов на основе дифенолов или комбинаций, содержащих по меньшей мере один поликарбонат или сополикарбонат.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что слоистая структура включает дополнительный слой, содержащий по меньшей мере одну термопластичную пластмассу и по меньшей мере одну чувствительную к лазерному излучению добавку, предпочтительно черный пигмент, особенно предпочтительно сажу.
13. Способ по одному из пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает следующие стадии:
iv) удаление красильной ванны,
v) облучение таким же лазерным лучом, как и на стадии iii).
14. Полимерное изделие по одному из пп. 1-13.
