Claims (9)
1. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов, указанный способ включает гидролиз биомассы, содержащей ксилан и целлюлозу, с использованием целлюлазной композиции,
где указанная целлюлазная композиция имеет по меньшей мере активности ксиланазы, целлобиогидролазы и β-глюкозидазы, и по существу не имеет активности β-ксилозидазы, направленной на указанную биомассу, во время гидролиза, где указанная целлюлазная композиция содержит активные ферментативные компоненты, получаемые посредством существенной инактивации активностей β-глюкозидазы и β-ксилозидазы, направленных на указанную биомассу, посредством инкубации целлюлазной смеси, происходящей из гриба, относящегося к роду Trichoderma, имеющей по меньшей мере активности ксиланазы, целлобиогидролазы, β-глюкозидазы и β-ксилозидазы, направленные на указанную биомассу.
2. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по п. 1, в котором указанная инкубация представляет собой процесс инкубации указанной целлюлазной смеси, происходящей из гриба, относящегося к роду Trichoderma, pH которой корректируют до 5,5-8,0, при 35-60°C.
3. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по п. 1 или 2, в котором компонент, имеющий активность β-глюкозидазы в указанной целлюлазной композиции, содержит компонент, имеющий активность β-глюкозидазы, происходящий из гриба, относящегося к роду Aspergillus.
4. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по любому одному из пп. 1, 2 или 3, в котором активность β-ксилозидазы в указанной целлюлазной композиции в отношении ферментативной активности для разрушения 4-нитрофенил-β-D-ксилопиранозида составляет 50-500 Ед/г белков в указанной целлюлазной композиции.
5. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по любому одному из пп. 1, 3-4, в котором активность β-глюкозидазы в указанной целлюлазной композиции в отношении активности для разрушения 4-нитрофенил-β-D-глюкопиранозида составляет по меньшей мере 14000 Ед/г белков в указанной целлюлазной композиции.
6. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по любому одному из пп. 1, 3-5, в котором значение pH во время гидролиза составляет 6,0-8,0.
7. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по любому одному из пп. 1-6, который включает гидролиз продукта, получаемого посредством предварительной обработки указанной биомассы, содержащей ксилан и целлюлозу, с использованием щелочи.
8. Способ получения ксилоолигосахаридов по любому одному из пп. 1, 3-7, дополнительно включающий стадии: разделения гидролизата, получаемого посредством реакции гидролиза, на твердые и жидкие продукты; фильтрования получаемого жидкого продукта через ультрафильтр; извлечения целлюлазной композиции со стороны не проникшего и получения ксилоолигосахаридов со стороны проникшего.
