Claims (21)

1. Способ обработки (S) детали из металлического сплава, отличающийся тем, что он включает следующие далее стадии:
- производство исходной рецептуры (S1) в результате смешивания, при равных молярных частях кремния, спиртового раствора гидролизованного эпоксисилана и спиртового раствора гидролизованного аминосилана,
- смешивание (S2) исходной рецептуры с суспензией, включающей проводящую нанопроволоку в массовом количестве в диапазоне от 0,1% до 10% при расчете на общую массу исходной рецептуры, для получения разбавленной рецептуры и
- осаждение (S3) разбавленной рецептуры на детали для получения покрытия.
2. Способ (S) по п. 1, где проводящая нанопроволока включает серебряную нанопроволоку, углеродную нанопроволоку и/или медную нанопроволоку.
3. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1 или 2, где проводящая нанопроволока включает серебряную нанопроволоку, при этом суспензию серебряной нанопроволоки получают в результате центрифугирования суспензии нанопроволоки и серебряных частиц при скорости в диапазоне от 2000 до 6000 оборотов в минуту.
4. Способ (S) по п. 3, где суспензию серебряной нанопроволоки получают в соответствии со следующими далее подстадиями:
- растворение поливинилпирролидона в этиленгликоле для получения раствора,
- нагревание таким образом полученного раствора при температуре в диапазоне от 100°С до 160°С и
- после стабилизирования температуры добавление раствора хлорида натрия и ацетилацетоната железа (II), после этого добавление раствора нитрата серебра в этиленгликоле.
5. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-4, где спиртовой раствор аминосилана содержит изопропанол.
6. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-5, где концентрация спиртового раствора гидролизованного эпоксисилана и концентрация спиртового раствора гидролизованного аминосилана составляют приблизительно 0,1 моль/л.
7. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-6, где исходная рецептура дополнительно содержит фторсилан при молярной концентрации в диапазоне от 0,5% до 5% при расчете на кремний, произведенный из эпоксисилана и из аминосилана, и/или нанометровый диоксид кремния при молярной концентрации в диапазоне от 1% до 5% при расчете на кремний, произведенный из эпоксисилана и из аминосилана.
8. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-7, где исходная рецептура дополнительно содержит краситель при массовой концентрации в диапазоне от 0,5% до 5% при расчете на сухую массу исходной рецептуры.
9. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-8, дополнительно включающий перед осаждением покрытия стадию обнажения детали и/или стадию предварительной обработки детали при использовании усилителя адгезии.
10. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-9, дополнительно включающий после проведения стадии осаждения (S3) покрытия стадию (S4) полимеризации для детали при температуре в диапазоне от 80°С до 150°С, предпочтительно от 80°С до 120°С.
11. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором в исходной рецептуре проводящая нанопроволока характеризуется аспектным соотношением в диапазоне от 1 до 100.
12. Способ (S) по любому из пп. 1-11, в котором осаждение проводят в результате распыления разбавленной рецептуры на деталь, в результате нанесения покрытия на деталь при ее окунании в разбавленную рецептуру или при использовании роботизированных средств.
13. Деталь из металлического сплава, отличающаяся тем, что она включает покрытие, полученное в соответствии со способом обработки (S) по любому из пп. 1-12 и характеризующееся толщиной покрытия в диапазоне от 0,5 до 5 микронов.
14. Деталь по п. 13, в котором материал детали включает алюминиевый сплав, железный сплав или магниевый сплав.
15. Деталь по п. 13 или 14, в которой покрытие включает серебряную нанопроволоку.
