Claims (18)
1. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава, в котором упомянутая подложка содержит WC, гамма-фазу и фазу связующего вещества, причем упомянутая подложка снабжена обогащенной фазой связующего вещества поверхностной зоной, которая обеднена гамма-фазой, при этом никакого графита и эта-фазы не присутствует в микроструктуре упомянутой подложки, и, причем, фаза связующего вещества является высокоэнтропийным сплавом.
2. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по п. 1, в котором высокоэнтропийный сплав содержит 4 или более элементов, причем количество каждого элемента составляет 5-35 атомн.% по полному количеству высокоэнтропийного сплава.
3. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере один из элементов в высокоэнтропийном сплаве выбран из Cr, Fe, Ni и Co.
4. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере два из элементов в высокоэнтропийном сплаве выбраны из Cr, Fe, Ni и Co.
5. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором элементы в высокоэнтропийном сплаве выбираются из Co, Cr, Cu, W, Fe, Ni, Mo и Mn.
6. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором высокоэнтропийный сплав содержит Co, Cr, Fe и Ni.
7. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором высокоэнтропийный сплав содержит Co, Cu, Cr, Fe и Ni.
8. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором толщина поверхностной зоны составляет от 2 до 100 мкм.
9. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором гамма-фаза содержит (W,M)C и/или (W,M)(C,N), где M представляет собой один или больше из Ti, Ta, Nb, Hf, Zr и V.
10. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором количество гамма-фазы составляет 3-25 об.%.
11. Режущий инструмент, содержащий подложку из твердого сплава по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором подложка снабжена покрытием.
12. Способ изготовления режущего инструмента, содержащего подложку из твердого сплава, включающий следующие стадии:
обеспечение порошков, формирующих твердые составные части, содержащих WC, по меньшей мере один кубический карбид и по меньшей мере один нитрид или карбонитрид Ta, Ti, Nb, Cr, Hf, V и Zr.
обеспечение порошков, формирующих фазу связующего вещества из высокоэнтропийного сплава,
обеспечение жидкости для измельчения,
измельчение, сушку, прессование и спекание порошков в подложку из твердого сплава.
13. Способ создания режущего инструмента по п. 12, в котором любое из сажи, W или W2C добавляют для регулирования содержания углерода в твердом сплаве.
14. Способ создания режущего инструмента по любому из пп. 12 и 13, в котором износостойкое покрытие осаждают на подложку из твердого сплава.
